Hey guys, my price drop flow is not showing the correct values for the “sale price, was and you save”. Here is showing to me now (sent a test email to me): And here is how it should be:Sale Price $100 Was Price: $125 You Save: $25Here is how the email looks right now (used the pre-built klaviyo Price Drop flow): It also says to the test email I sent to myself: You can now purchase it with a 20$ reduction! But it should be 25$!Here is the main trigger of the flow:  Can someone help me please get those values correct? Thanks

This was possible using the old version of the Python SDK however it does not appear to be possible here (or I”m missing).  I’d like to grab all events in my account but only those that pertain to a certain set of metric_ids and for a specific time range.   The problem with just grabbing all events is that on certain days, I’m grabbing 1million+ events which I don’t need.  I’m hoping if I can narrow my query to a certain metric Id my query would take a lot less time. Is this possible with the new version of the API?

I’ve been searching this forum for a while for an answer but can’t find one surprisingly...Without violating any laws or breaking Klaviyo’s acceptable use policies or terms of service, is there a way to send a cold email flow to leads (who publicly display their email addresses for their business) without receiving the opt-in email from Klaviyo?

I’ve been using Klaviyo nearly every day for the past 2 years and find myself custom coding a lot of things to gain greater control over element styles (where I can). I’m requesting these features for 3 reasons:Speed up the time it takes to create an email (minimal-no coding within text blocks) Provide greater control over styling, allowing for more unique designs Maintain client-friendly templates (no dealing with coded blocks) These are the most common things I would LOVE to see: Email EditorAdd border-radius as a UI option for images. And add an option to control hover styling. Add text-alignment UI option for images (alt text always shows up left-aligned and looks bad in center-aligned designs). Leave 18px (default mobile padding) when full width on mobile is selected for buttons; or have an option to toggle the 18px on/off. And add an option to control hover styling. Add valign=”middle” to split blocks.Add ability to control individual column padding in split blocks and use class=

HiI’m due to launch a crowd funding campaign. I want to send daily emails promoting this but was worried i would spam people too much and so was considering a different signup form for the campaign. There will be a page on my website dedicated to the campaign.  I would ask my existing audience to join in but they wouldn't have to if it’s not for them. Can i get some advice on people experience or the best way to manage this sort of thing? Maybe a two sign up forms? different list? any ideas welcomed! Kindest regards 

Hi there! We have a registration form on our WordPress site. Whenever a user registers we’d like to add his email to a chosen list. We’ve searched the Klaviyo API and we found that we can use this - https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/create_client_subscription.Can you help us and confirm if we should use this? We tried adding the nessary data to the script in the article above but then when we try to execute it on successful registration we get a fulfilled promise but nothing really happens in the list, the profile is not there.We tried running this script with an email that we have access to, but haven’t received anything yet.What should we do?Thanks!Kind regards.

I’ve setup a RECENTLY_VIEWED_PRODUCTS feed to show products a customer has recently viewed.I’m planning on using this in a sale campaign as a way to personalise the email.In preview I can see that when a product that a profile has viewed is out of stock (OOS), it shows in the email with £0.00. A click thru reveals the product is OOS.Is there any way to ignore individual products that are now OOS?

Hi,Trying to create some email templates - when I use a text block and type normal text it wraps it in <div> tags instead of <p> which the old editor used.This is good for Outlook emails, since adding a linebreak between “paragraphs” adds a<div> </div>which Outlook seems to honour and saves having to do the old manual trick of adding<!--[if mso]><br><![endif]-->after each <p> tag within a block.Some of these templates we need to send from our internal system - but when I export the HTML it is removing the non-breaking space ( ) from between the <divs> - this means all paragraphs are squished together.eg: In a text block I type:Some wordsAnother paragraphViewing the code it is:<div>Some words.</div><div> </div><div>Another paragraph</div>But when I export, it becomes:<div>Some words.</div><div> </div><div>Another paragraph</div>Can you please ad

Is there a way to avoid to subscribe to a list for profiles that are already in another list.Right now if someone try to subscribe to list again with the same email address using embeded signup form he received thank you message but Klaviyo don't trigger DOI as this profile is already in list.Is it possible across many lists?

I had the idea to make a flow that would define the custom property according to the country of the user: if the user is in France then language=FR, otherwise EN.What do you think about it ? Hi,I’d like to be able to assign more than one value to one custom property. For example, I may have a custom property of “Interests”, and I may collect that information from a sign up form with both radio button questions and multiple check box questions. I also want to be able to assign an additional “Interest” value according to certain actions they take in the email, such as clicking on a certain link. I don’t want the old value to be overwritten. Is there a way to accomplish this?I understand that I need to use the list/array data type, and that there is a way to do that if I upload a CSV. My question is how to create list/array data type properties through sign up forms or in-email behavior. Anyone has any experience with this? Thanks!Dawn

Hi all, two questions:I’m using a shopify restock alert app that emails users when a product comes back in stock. On the form there is also a tick box that allows them to sign up to email marketing. This email is being collected by Klaviyo successfully but doesn’t automatically get stored in my preferred Newsletter list. How would I make this happen? They are being tagged, if this helps in the process. Also they have the words Never Subscribed in their profile, as they have given consent is there a way this could be fixed? Thanks!

I had my Klaviyo and Woocommerce connected for a while and all was good. I dont use klaviyo much but recently I had to setup a campaign and noticed that the products were not synced anymore (new products added on woocommerce were not showing up in klaviyo).Therefore, I decided to do a few troubleshooting steps, I installed the latest Klaviyo plugin which required me to setup an account with woocommerce.com … this wasnt necessary before… After I setup the plugin I had to also link my website with woocommerce.com … I did this and now when I go to my wordpress Marketing>Klaviyo admin page I see a message that says “ Your Klaviyo + WooCommerce integration is connected!Head back to the Klaviyo dashboard to continue with next steps for getting your account up and running or to modify any of your Klaviyo + WooCommerce integration settings.” with a button that says “go to your woocommerce settings” , when I click this buttons it sends me to klaviyo admin Integrations>woocommerce but its

When someone subscribes to the newsletter, klavyio sends two confirmation emails. Now I have switched off double opt, and a confirmation email is still sent directly from Klavyio. How can I see where this confirmation email comes from and switch it off? Thank you in advance

Hi,Is there a way to integrate the Thrive Quiz with Klaviyo? I need to pass the quiz result, the tags (added to certain quiz answers), as well as the opt-in information (name, email) to Klaviyo and subscribe to the list with the quiz result and the quiz tags as profile tags.I saw there is post about integrating with Thrive opt-in form (using Zapier), but it did not specify how to pass the quiz result and the quiz tags to Klaviyo as tags.Does anyone have any experience / suggestion?Best regards,Dawn

Hi there,We have a Metric based flow that utilizes a custom event added to Klaviyo via the Track API. We’re also passing several custom properties along with the event. The properties are available within SMS and email templates, for example: {{ event.prettyDate }} is pulling the correct information in.However, the same properties are not available within the dimensions of a Trigger Split. We need to split our flow logic halfway through based on certain properties of the event, but none of the properties are showing as available. Any ideas or insight would be greatly appreciated! Hi All,I am facing an issue related to Klaviyo profiles. So, I got the Klaviyo account reactivated after 2 years and everything was fine but today (14th of Nov) I am seeing that a lot of fake profiles are adding in the Klaviyo account. You can see in the image below. I don’t know from where they are coming as these profile don’t have any reference or website activity as show in below images.  Can anyone tell me how can I stop them as they are just coming in. Till now 5000+ profiles and counting.I have read different articles but those were about suppressing or deleting the profiles but right now, I want to stop them.

So our campaign CTR has more than halved in some cases over the last couple of weeks. Our open rates remain consistent and we haven’t made any changes to the current format. 25/10 our CTR was one of the highest ever 5.17% where as the week after this dropped to below 2% and has failed to break above this. Our open rates have remained consistent 40-45% so I unless hundreds of people all at once have decided not to click our emails, has there been some update to how these are being reported?TIALuke
