I’m using the latest stable API (version 2022-10-17) to get metrics info and aggregated data by flow id, So that I could join flow data with metric data, I would like to do the same for campaign data but I am able to get aggregated data by campaign name only, I am afraid there will some cases where campaign name would be same and my join would go wrong. why “by” attribute is supported for “flow id” but not for “campign id”, Is there any work around to do this?

Hi, Whenever I click on ‘’Support’’ on my Klaviyo account, it simply doesn’t work. I have tried many times, it won’t open any page. I hope someone can help me here with few issues. How can I customize the confirm your subscription e-mail? When the customer receives the e-mail titled ‘’Confirm your subscription’’. I would like to make it look better, like adding my logo, changing the colour of the button.  I created the sign up form but I’d also like to collect the names (not just their e-mails) to be to customize my e-mails. I don’ see where I can add that?  If a customer instantly closes the sign up form the first time, can I make sure that after 2-3 minutes it pops up again? (just 1 reminder)  I’m based in Montreal, Canada and there is an anti-spam law (like many countries). My store will be serving Canada and USA. A lawyer said I need to keep all the consents (SMS and e-mail marketing). How does that work with Klaviyo? Also, is it completely legal to get customer’s phone numbers?

So basically I created a VIP segment that had people submit a form if they wanted to be a part of the group. Once they submit the form they enter a segment which would then add them into a flow that sends a discount code. I was dumb and forgot to turn smart sending off for the flow and it skipped most the people who joined the segment. If I back-populate the flow now with smart sending off with those people who got skipped go back into the flow?

I add tags about customers in my POS so I can send Birthday emails, product and size emails, emails about the wedding or graduation they have in their family this year,…  How can I access these tags so I can create segments for emails?

We had replaced our card on the account.  It was not updated until recently as we had a new card mailed.  This card was updated today, but the account is still showing Disabled.  How do I talk to a Human at Klaviyo so that they can get this corrected ASAP?

Hi there!We have been using Klaviyo now for about a year, and I’m having really good success with our engaged segment. As we are a gift shop with several different categories (candles, specialty foods, tableware, baby, home decor, pets, etc) I’d like to begin capturing customer preferences so that when we are doing product specific emails, I am only sending to the people who are interested in those categories. What is the best way to capture that information after they complete the pop-up? Is it best to capture that immediately, or add it as part of our welcome flow? Or take them directly to a page online after completing the subscribe form? Is that something I can do using a Klaviyo form or is best achieved through an app?Greatly appreciate any advice or best practices that are working for others. Thanks!

Hello!I had just created a custom product feed, and turns out that it’s changing our accents, turning “cerámica” into “cerámica”. We don’t see this problem on the preview of the feed’s xml, not do we have it with the product names on the previous catalog, as you can see on the screenshot. (The fact that the price doesn’t show is also a problem, but i’m waiting for my response on that one) How could i fix this on the custom catalog feed? I hope there is an easy answer for us spaniards :) Thank you!

I’ve created a flow and accidentally put the incorrect flow filter, which skipped Email A for certain people. I want to send these skipped people Email A but can’t figure out how. Appreciate any support on this, thanks! 

I have a flow that sends data to another system through a webbook.  There are 2 lists I have that are entered when either a profile is suppressed or not. However it works the first time when you suppress a profile it will go into the other segment and run through the trigger. But if it gets removed from the list and eventually gets re-added. The profile appears in the segment again, but does not trigger the flow. Is there a way to make it trigger again, even if its been removed and re-added to the segment?

Hi everyone,Found out that our emails go to our recipients' Promotion folder instead of their Primary Inbox. So they don't see them. Do you have any ideas/recommendations/suggestions on how to prevent our emails to end up in promotions? Thanks!

But, I want to keep the existing sending domain for some time before the IP warming is done. My active send: Double opt-in emailWant to activate: Welcome Series My question is:Should I use the new dedicated domain for both the campaigns ? My send volume is less like maximum 5 sends for double opt-in and followed by the welcome series which will be received by the same double opt-in audience If I do not change the ‘Default sender email address’, Klaviyo will keep sending emails from the existing email address or it will take the new domain ? Thanks in advanceSuchi

We will be renaming our company and changing our url and domain name in a few weeks. Since my email list subscribed knowing the brand as is, can I still email them under this new url/domain without asking their permission and or having them to re sign up to my mailing list?
