Hi folks,The back in stock notification seemed to be working fine, but it turns out it’s showing on a product that uses options, and both options are in stock.I have a bad feeling this is going to be one of those situations where there’s a “gotcha” and it will be a case of “cant use back in stock in BigCommerce if you also use options” or something similar. I’m hoping to be proved wrong.Thought I’d reach out here in case someone else has experienced this. The time zone difference means I most likely won’t get a response from Klaviyo until tomorrow morning.Thanks!

I am currently using Pics.io for my Brand (Digital) Asset Manager. It would be amazing to be able to integrate that library with Klaviyo since Klaviyo is so behind in Asset Management. It can even be some of the others DAM systems. But anything to be able to manage assets other than what Klaviyo has now.  

I have Klaviyo on my Woocommerce site running Woocommerce Points and Rewards plugin. How do I call out the customer’s points earned on a post purchase email such as the Thank You and replenishment or winback emails? I want to be able to show the customer’s points earned or existing points in an email.

Hi,I was wondering if anyone is using Warranties forms on Shopify and the data syncing across into Klaviyo.What i am trying to do is capture email address from no direct purchasers so we can manage warranty and give added value to their purchases.I did think about using a Klaviyo form but the data is overridden each time I fill the form in.Any ideas?Dave 

Hi there!Is there any issue with Klaviyo today? For the past 3 hours, I'm not able to load any page inside my Klaviyo account.The campaigns, flows, templates, they're all blank and they never stop loading.  In this meantime I've:- Tested incognito mode- Tried different browsers: Chrome, Safari, and Opera- Updated the MacBook- Updated Chrome- Turned off all ad blockers  And nothing works! What could possibly be wrong? I've tried different accounts that I have access to and they're all facing the same issue. After I log in, I can’t even reach the support.  Please help. I’m out of ideas... Thank you,--

I have just opened up wholesale ordering on my website via customer groups in Bigcommerce (wholesale customers required to log in). They have the option of a 30 day account for payment which is then sending them into Awaiting Payment - and thus firing the Abandoned Cart flow. How can I stop the abandoned cart emails from going to those that are Awaiting Payment? Is there a way to eliminate certain customer groups in the flow; or eliminate Awaiting Payment people? To clarify, retail customers do not have the 30 day account option and pay upfront. Thanks

I need your help! i need to send an e-mail to 200 000 people. i can only send my email to 10500 people at the time.  so I have to create segments with only 10500 persons.  how can I Do that with my huge list?  i went to « create a segment » than « if someone is in the list » and dates added.  thanks in advance for you help!! 

Hi,I’ve seen a lot of questions regarding on segmenting your audience by engagement in terms of days but is there a way to segment your audience by percentage? Say I want to email a group that opens emails 75% to 100% of the time more often than I email a group that opens 25% to 50% of the time.

Hi  I’d like to add to my emails a content module with the closest store for my recipients. We’ve got 18 stores across the UK so how could I make this happen? Ideally I’d use distance to postcode to define the content (both copy and image). This is for both campaigns and flows. Thanks Leo

HiI have a very n00b question about building a product performance report and I am running into a wall.I need to display order ID on a daily basis and selected the following parameters in a single metric report The output is zilch.Changing the OrderID with ItemName gives me a nicely formatted report, however. How do I add the orderID to this report? I have tried multiple options but none seem to stick. 

Hi,I tried to set up the filter flow for cart abandonment.  Already included the filer “place order” in my flow.  But I found another filter “product order”.  What is the difference between “place order” and “product order”?  Should I included “product order” in my flow to remove customer who has purchased ?Thank you for your help.Salin

we just need to look into the add additional checkout fields in klaviyo when any new order generated, we need to sync these 2 fields in 3rd party APP Venue and Type, into  Klayvio/Zendesk/Hub Spot 

hile Klaviyo's email builder is very okay, I have come to find some specialized email building tools that focuses majorly on email designing and I have been using these tools (mainly stripo and BeePro) to design my emails and I have had some beautiful email templates created.  However, I noticed that when I moved my templates over to Klaviyo, they were only rendered in HTML and can only be edited in HTML. I don't have no knowledge of HTML so this has been a very big issue for me.Although, for me, I could have said this is still fine as I can just completely design my email using these tools and just simply move them over to Klaviyo for sending but then, I am a freelancer and I only work mainly with Klaviyo.I can't design templates that will require my clients to be editing it's html codes if they want to reuse it and not all of them will have stripo or BeePro account where I could design the templates and save it there for them to be editing and exporting to Klaviyo when they need.  Wh

Hi there, Having activated a Price Drop email last week, I wanted to report on not only engagement but also the revenue generated by the flow. However, this is not showing in the flow analytics. I’ve been researching and it seems this should be appearing on the flow analytics dashboard but all I’m seeing on mine is Delivered, Skipped, OR, CTR and active on site - there is no placed order metric. I’ve also downloaded the flow analytics to see if it would be on there but it isn’t. Additionally the flow analytics CSV shows no valid metrics (see below). I got a document with 0 on every metric, plus no revenue column. Can you help with this please?  Amma

Hi Experts, An urgent question. We have a product recall email ready to be sent to all the customer purchased that product, even the unsub scribers as well. I have created a segment with all the customers purchased the product and included that in the transactional flow, To send them this email, I have back populated all the recipients but so far it is showing 0. Is there anything that i am missing or is there any other way to send all these customer product recall email.I would really appreciate if some one can respond to it asap. Thank you so much in advanceSunny

Hi there, I’m new to Klaviyo. We have a WordPress site and I have connected this up to Klaviyo so it can handle data from our online orders. However we also have a physical store and these customer accounts are created in Quickbooks. However we do gather an email address most of the time. I’d like to know if it’s possible to connect Quickbooks and Klaviyo to start creating user accounts on Klaviyo that Klaviyo  will work with (ie be able to determine the customer’s value and send them emails, etc).
