Hi,I see that the Profile API does not return the updated_at field for a profile. Is there any other way to get this information using the API? I see that it is available in the UI when viewing a person’s profile.I would love this feature and think it would be easy to add since the data is already in the UI.Thank you,Jeremy

Hi,I have a question about setup a flow to send email everytime customer visit our restaurant.Here is my logic below:There is a property called ‘To be send restaurant email’ and the value is ‘Y’ A segment included those profile based on filter property ‘To be send restaurant email’ equal to ‘Y’ A flow based on that segment to send out the email  The last step of the flow is to remove property ‘To be send restaurant email’So in my idea, the next time they revisit our restaurant they will have property ‘To be send restaurant email’ again so they would be included in the same flow again.So far it worked for the first time. But the second time even they are in the segment already, it still don’t trigger the flow. Do you have any idea to make it work? Thanks.Mars

Hi,Deleted Lists keep reappearing in Lists & Segments. After deleting a list it will reappear a few hours later. Is there a way to permanently remove the list? Thank you

Hi Folks,  I created an abandon cart/checkout flow for bigcommerce a few days ago. I found out about the “empty cart” experience for anyone opening the email on a new device, which I think is terrible, so I installed the arctic leaf cart reminder app and their pre-built flow. Since turning that flow live, I turned the old abandoned cart flow to draft, and it stopped showing the associated revenue for it in the dashboard.Is this intended behaviour? it seems strange to stop attributing to revenue this way, but would be very happy for an explanation. Thanks!

Hi everyone! I’m currently looking into our GA reporting as it is currently half pulling through to ‘Email’ and half to ‘Other’. I’ve checked that all channel settings are system defined and tracking is used on every email. Could anyone hazard a guess as the issue I’m having? Thanks!

I’m sure it’s in here somewhere, but I’ve looked and looked and can’t find what I’m looking for. I have an email that contains links to recently viewed items. I want to add a button that sends them to the specific product.So basically, I want to duplicate the “Buy Now” button that’s native to the product block, but send them to their most viewed item.  

Hey everyone, this is the first time I have ever had this issue. I created a JPG file in Affinity Photo, exported, and then when uploading to Klaviyo Email Campaign, there is a very noticeable Grey/Gray overlay. I have looked everywhere in the block and image block sections to see where it is coming from but it appears that the grey is coming from the uploaded file.We have tried several different exports however this has not corrected the error.Has anyone else come across this? Do you have any solutions?

Hi all, Should revenue attributed to email flows being appearing in klaviyo right away, or is it only counted once the 5 day conversion period has passed? The reason I’m asking is I now have a few flows live etc, and there have been quite a few orders placed after receiving abandoned cart emails, such as below (although the screenshot doesnt show “clicked email” there have been a few) - but no flows has been live for over 5 days yet. I thought since everything else is reporting so quickly, it would seem like revenue would too. Thanks!

I have a high value abandoned cart flow, where I am sending the customer a 15% off coupon code in one of the emails. Then in another email I’m reminding them, but I’m also using the coupon code label in the second email?  Does Klaviyo know that this is one flow and will use the same exact coupon code, or does the Flow create a new code per email?

Hi there,I’ve set up a dedicated sending domain using instructions from this page. However, I’m using Media Temple, and for some reason their DNZ zone records don’t accept the @ symbol in the  name field for the site verification txt entry. Gives me an error if I try to save it, so I left the field empty to be able to save it.It looks like the verification is all set though. I get a Your sending domain email.odetothings.com has been applied in Klaviyo, and I was able to send a test email. But I want to make sure I’m not doing something wrong. Is the @ symbol important in this process?Thanks, –oo

Hi, I have used various ESP platforms in the past and they all offer the functionality I am trying to achieve with Klaviyo, however, for the life of me I cant figure this out.I want to Send a series of emails to a particular segment, let’s call this ‘customers’. I want this to start on Monday the 12th July 2021.  Each user will receive email #1 and then move along the flow for the sale period. However, I am not able to find where I can just select a segment and any date to send. It looks like they are all birthday’s, anniversary dates etc.  Can anyone please let me know if there is a workaround for this?

I discovered this box while testing my site for bugs; I did read the other thread about it (mysterious checkbox on woo) and no matter what I do here, the checkbox is still there regardless - until I deactivate the plugin itself. What do I do? I feel this will definitely deter a potential customer considering they don’t know what’s being optional. Thanks!  Using woocommerce as well, all plugins up to date. 

We offer a 20% discount in one of our checkout abandonment flow emails but the product pricing is pulling through incorrectly. It is not showing the VAT on the product.E.g. An £18 (inc VAT RRP) product is showing as £12 in the email to the customer

I use a Justuno pop up to collect emails for Klaviyo.  Can I incorporate the SMS consent in the Justuno pop up also for Klaviyo? If so, can you tell me the steps to connect them/

Is there a recommended approach to adding opt in checkboxes for accepting email & SMS with a Shopify account sign up form?I’ve built a basic form with just the checkboxes, but Klaviyo warns that for the opt in blocks to work, they need a corresponding Email field block and a subscribe button block.
