Is it possible to see historical numbers of active profiles?

Is there somewhere on Klaviyo that I can view the numbers of active profiles in my account in, say, a particular month, or a period of time in the past? Or is it only current active profile numbers that are available to see?

Can a profile be automatically removed from the 'SMS subscribers' list after sending a standard keyword?

There is a list of standard keywords https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035285472#01H8PSCKC0XVP9F1S1SSVD4JMNSTART, UNSTOP: …  Note: You must have a list titled "SMS Subscribers" for the keywords to work.  Сan the use of any of these keywords remove a user from this list?Or the user always remains in the "SMS Subscribers" list but only his general SMS consent status changes? Thank you!

Get analytics reports sent directly to my email inbox

I am trying to have an analytics report sent to my email inbox so that I can see performance at a glance, using this kind of thing: https://www.klaviyo.com/analytics/report/It seems to be that if I schedule a report, it sends me a reminder and I have to visit Klaviyo to see the actual report, which is not what I'm looking for. Is there a way to have the report sent straight to my inbox?

Emails going to spam in Hotmail

I noticed a lot of posts about this, but none were actually resolved. For the last 2 or so months all of our campaigns are going straight into spam for all hotmail users (including myself). We haven’t changed anything to do with our campaigns or our delivery strategy. We only usually send to users who have engaged in the last 30 days.  I also did a test campaign yesterday to all of our hotmail subscribers, which resulted in an open rate of 1%, which is obviously well below our usual open rate, even for non-engaged customers.  Has anyone had any luck with resolving this, if they were struggling with this too?

Klaviyo DNS changed are adding 9 SPF Lookups

Our IT department and hosting provider told us that Klaviyo is adding 9 SPF lookups on our domain and the limit of SPF lookups allowed is 10 before your sending deliverability goes down. We have chatted with support a few times but no resolution and we don’t know what's going on. Does anyone know how to stop Klaviyo from adding 9 SPF lookups. Seems odd that it will add 9 when the max limit is 10.

Suspicious SPAM adresses signing up

Hello,Recently, I've been getting these computer-generated sign-ups like:XXXX+sdf8yf@gmail.com and their locations are like weird international places.Screenshot from a segment I built (with some deletions for privacy)My question is are they spammers or is this the new privacy feature that apple users. Or VPN features?I know that the + sign is a way of redirecting your emails within Gmail, not sure if it works in other systems.Because I have been getting a few and wither way it sucks for working out legit customers.PS: I know I can activate double opt-in to prevent spam.

How to see click through rates on clipped message

Hi everyone. We’ve had a few messages that have been clipped and when I previously used campaign monitor you could see click rates for the “see full message” link. I can’t seem to find this in Klaviyo? It’s not in the campaign link performance stats. Is this not enabled or am I missing where to find it?Thanks in advance

SMS - Your toll-free number application was rejected

I attended one of Klaviyo's training sessions to implement SMS. I requested authentication for our number but received the message that oour toll free number was rejected.After verification, it appears that our number is managed through a VOIP application (Canada), so it's not like a regular personal number. It's the company's number that reaches several individuals' cell phones.Is it still possible to run SMS campaigns? What do you recommend? We also don't want people to reply to this number (as it's our number for managing orders).I'm not sure if I'm being clear.I really want to try SMS campaign.

How many emails can I send at once?

Hi Community!I’m getting in to email marketing to grow my start-up and have a bunch of things I’m trying to figure out so I can be more effective How many emails can I send at once? or in a single day? - Someone told me 50 per hourWho sets those limits? What happens if you exceed that number?I am using my own domain to send emails which I purchased over a month ago.Is Klaviyo sending the emails or is the company I host my email with sending them?  Thanks all for your help!

Updating LIST property using update_property_link

I am trying to add a value to a custom property, which should be a LIST.Unfortunately, the list is overwritten by the value I entered in the link - instead of the value being appended to the list.I have googled and searched this forum, finding some older posts about this - and no solution. Hopefully something has happened during the 2-3 years since last post about it :) Is it in anyway possible to add a value to a property of type LIST when clicking a link in an email? I looked into the flow solution, using segments. But you can’t trigger a flow when a profile has been updated so … Any ideas?

Sign up versus subscribers list

Hi,I have a shopify website and it is closed by a password. On that page I created a embed sign in form to collect phone numbers and ta goes to a list where every person that put their number on it will immidietly receive an SMS with a link in it to confirm their subscription.Secondly i want another sms to be sent to them when they complete the confirm subscription link. I need help configuring those 2 lists, dont know if i need to check double opt in or single… Please help me😄

Verizon Bounce Rate

We have recently experienced a very high bounce rate all of a sudden with Verizon users. This appears to have been an issue in the past, but I wanted to double-check the best practice for resolving this. Currently we have stopped sending to anyone with a Verizon email. Which of the following would be best to get this resolved ASAP?Create a segment of engaged Verizon addresses (who have opened an email in the past month) and send to this segment separately alongside our regular lists.  Create a Very highly engaged, highly engaged and engaged Verizon segment and start sending to each after a week (eg. week 1 only the very highly engaged, week 2 add in the highly engaged etc)?  Wait and see if it is a Verizon issue and try sending to Verizon customers in a day or two? My other question was, if we separate the engaged Verizon users, do we just stop sending to the unengaged ones indefinitely or is there a way to bring them back in eventually?  Thank you! (Aware there is a Klaviyo help docum

Data migrated via Klaviyo is not similar to MailChimp.

Hello,We recently migrated the historical mailchimp campaign data to Klaviyo via the Klaviyo integration app and selected the option “Collect open and click data for MailChimp campaigns."We observe that “Bounced” and “Recipients” metrics  are the same as MailChimp.But there are data mismatches between “Opened” and “Clicked” metrics.Why are the data not the same as mailchimp after historical data synced?Could someone provide some insight into this?

I am trying to create an unengaged segment.I was able to create the definitionWhen i get to my first condition I am not being offered ANY metrics. When I click the ...choose metrics drop down menu it reads: No Items Available. Does anybody have a solution for this?

Hello everyone,I’m having trouble figuring out something regarding Preference Pages and using multiple lists. I’ll try to explain to see if some of you can help.First, I have a central email list (Email List) with all my subscribers so far. I now want to create different lists based on the content that each list will deliver, e.g., Newsletter, Crowdfunding Projects, and Our Comic. Each list has specific content; depending on what you want to receive, you could subscribe to one or more.Secondly, I want to create a Preference Page where people can update this information. You are automatically subscribed to all the lists, but I want to give subscribers the option to update their preferences.Lastly, I want subscribers to enter my main list (Email List) and then get duplicated on each list and updated (unsubscribed) from the lists they don’t like to be in.The questions that pop up to me are:Can I do this in Klaviyo? Domain Reputation Sudden Drop after Applying DMAR SPF DKIM

Hi,After recent update of DMARC we are facing deliverability issue, We applied the settings on the start of Feb 2024, and from the day after our domain reputation dropped from high to bad, that was shocking.Also, in new google postmaster, another error “From Header Alignment” is visible, we checked all the settings and found no issues in anything. Is any of you have idea to resolve this issue.

Klaviyo and bigcommerce sending domain setuo

Is there any documentation on how to set this up correctly? There is no clear description from klaviyo on how to do this. I have followed the steps but thier is a lack of information. I am on the fence about leaving Klaviyo anyway. so if I can’t get the help I will just switch. I think its ridiculous that this is a requirement and there is no information on it.

Google/Yahoo sender reqs. with 2 differing domains

I have been trying to get this Sender Requirements worked out. Only just found out this was an issue, so there’s that.Received this in an email the other day:Aligned DomainUh oh, looks like you’ve recently sent some emails that don’t match up. Why is only Klaviyo requesting we create a sending subdomain in addition to DMARC?

We’re using three different bulk emailers: Klaviyo, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp. To my knowledge, they’re all requesting DMARC, but only Klaviyo is requesting the creation of a unique sending subdomain. Also, if we send well under 5000 emails per day, will our sending be affected? We’re mainly using Klaviyo for abandoned cart flows and rarely sending blasts out to segments. Thank you.

Troubleshooting SMS Consent via Shopify Checkout Page

Hi All, Can anyone assist me please? A customer makes a purchase and adds their email and SMS the the Checkout Page.They check the ‘Text me with news and offers’ check-box and completes their purchase. The customer’s details are added to Klaviyo, but they are NOT added as a SMS Subscriber, although their phone number is clearly visable.How or where do I troubleshoot this please?I’m really keen on resolving this ASAP as I’m wanting to focus on developing a strong SMS Marketing Strategy & Campaign. Thanks in advance!James

Setting up a Branded Sending Domain with WIX

Hi, I'm trying to set up a branded sending domain and I need to add/update my DNS records.I purchased my domain through WIX. I've managed to add the TXT and I've added the first NS record to the CNAME records but it's not letting me add more.Is that the correct place to add these records and do I have to add them all or is one enough??Thank you so much!!!!
