Hello guys, I’ve creating multiplee flows and they are all live, but none of them seem to be working. For example I have the browse abandonment for viewing products flow set up, but when people view my products there have been no emails sent out, does anyone know how tofu this please?

Webhook to send info to shopify

Hi  I am reaching out because I need to set up a data flow from a flow TO our shopify system.We are currently sending digital products which are e-books of receipes. Once a use buys one, he receives a flow of email giving the final link to be able to get it. However, today the order of this user is not marked as fullfilled in our shopify system so it does not detect the user has fullfilled the order. Is there a way to get it done trough a webhook ? If yes do you know how to ?

Need help!

Hello, I am so new at a Klaviyo, and I am having a hard time! Without live support I hate it. They mention agency, I have no clue about agency and how much that will cost me. I am already in bad mood for all this. If I have a video step by step how to set up Klaviyo i will not have a problem.  Can somebody help me here?  😔

First purchase anniversary flow not working

I’m having an issue with the 1st purchase anniversary flow. I can’t figure out why the “conditional split” puts every customer in “Waiting”… I used Klaviyos template to create the flow.It has been active for over a month and no email has been sent yet. Any ideas of why this might happen?

Klaviyo & Shopify: Abandoned cart flow doesn't work

Hi everyone, I am new on Klaviyo and kind of struggling with the abandoned cart flow.I double checked all my settings like 100 times and everything seems right (i checked all the integration infos, the added and abandoned cart infos) but nothing seems to work. So: I integrated Klaviyo via the app on Shopify. Onsite tracking is enabled, embedded App is activated and snippet (id) is inserted in the custom liquid of my standard product page. I tested it with starting the check out (up until having to insert my credit card infomation then I closed the shop). However: the flow does not get triggered. I don’t know if it matters but I was able to integrate the sign up pop up which works perfectly fine (despite appearing more than once). So the integation must be ok. But even though a few people started the check out, it says: “Checkout started = 0”Can anyone help with this? I am a noob in any coding. I received an email that Public API is retiring, and I am using my Public API for my domain (crazydomains.com.au). Can somebody help me please. The email about API retirement is just so confusing for me who has no coding knowledge.  What do I do???

v1 API - Retrieving "unsubscribe" metric results in 404 error

Hello,we are an ETL tool and our application so far, has been retrieving data from various endpoints of the v1 API. However, on 1st April the the imports requesting from the endpoints'https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/metrics'and  'https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/metric/'have started to fail for the metric “unsubscribe” / “Unsubscribed. The response is a 404 error.As far we can read from docs, the v1 API will only be deprecated by June 30, 2024. Hence, we don’t have any idea why this endpoint is resulting in a 404 error for all our customers? Thank you!

Hi,I have a pop up and after customer write their email automatically a success message appear with the discount code. I don’t want this, I would like to change this and instead they get an automatic email after suscribing, is this possible? My website is in shopify.  ThanksJaime

One profile in multiple flows

Hello,I’m looking to create an automated flow to follow up with new users that submit the signup waiver for our gym and take a trial class.I want all new user signups to be added to a welcome series flow. I want to create an additional flow for users that were referred by a specific channel such as Instagram or referred by a friend for example.What would be the best way to organize the profiles and flows to accomplish this?This is what I’m thinking:Waiver signup form has an option to select “referred by channel” Add custom property to profiles for “referred by channel” All signups are added as profiles to a master list “all waiver signups” Profiles are segmented/tagged by specific referral channel (eg. Instagram, referred by friend, etc.) Create “welcome series” for all signups Create a separate “welcome series” made for a specific channel Profiles added to the “all waiver signups” list enter “Welcome Series”  flow Profiles tagged with specific channel enter the flow designed for that

A/B Test Post-Purchase Flow in Shopify

I have created a post-purchase flow in Klaviyo with three emails, which include: Order confirmation  While you wait  Reminder to get started to use product For each email I am A/B testing. I want to understand the following: How do I integrate this flow and A/B testing into Shopify? From what I have read the only option right now is to copy/paste the HTML for the email template from Klaviyo to Shopify but this means there is no A/B testing available for the order conf? If I want to A/B test is my only option to use a standard order confirmation (no A/B test) and then have the remaining triggered in Klaviyo for the user to receive (this I can A/B test)?Any suggestions or input would be helpful thank you!

How do I clear all Flow Filters so it displays every flow?

When wanting to view the flows I have built out, I am forced to selected a filter to display the list of flows. “1 filter selected” is shown and I am unable to clear this. How do I clear the filter so it displays every flow, no matter the type?

Is there any need to keep active profiles?

My question is - are there any good reasons to keep active profiles that are not opted in for marketing?As the monthly plans are based on the number of active profiles you have, it seems silly to be paying for these if they can't really be emailed. We do send an abandon cart email however that is sent a few hours after their visit so after a few weeks, are these active profiles of any use if we won't be emailing them?Do you recommend keeping these for a certain amount of time?If deleting them is the way to go, is there a way to automate it so that it deletes non opted in active profiles after a certain period?

I have transferred all of my profiles over from Shopify. I have created a campaign. But when I go to send the campaign out it says, “0  estimated recipients.” And won’t let me send the campaign. SOS.

How to get extra profile values?

I have a typical profile.  It has some values under “Metrics and insights” as shown in the attachment.  How do I get these values via the API?  When I do a GET against /profile/xyz it doesn’t include this information.  Is it possible to pull this at all?

opening app from shopify always gives 403 error

A client sent me a Klaviyo invite but I am never able to launch the app from their Shopify store. I have access to their store’s Products, Themes, and Apps. I have deleted all site settings (cookies, etc.) and logged in fresh. I have had them resend me invites. But every time I click the App from within Shopify admin I get this error:Access to www.klaviyo.com was deniedYou don't have authorization to view this page.HTTP ERROR 403 I’m at a loss and frustrated that I can’t help my client.

Ask People if they want to continue getting our emails

Hello, We have a list of people who have not opened our emails for 90 days, I would like to email them asking if they want to continue getting our emails then click this button, and if they do not then remove them from our list. Is this possible? Thanks

Why are my subscribers coming up as not subscribed?

Hi, so I made a sign up flyout form for email subscribers. It is live and works, BUT when you go into the profiles it says on all but 1 that they have not subscribed? Why? They have to physically put there details in and click submit for it to come through as subscribing. Its pretty simple to work out and I've gone over the steps so many times and still can not find what I did wrong.

Account disabled for

My account has been disabled for over two weeks, yet the charges just keep on coming for $175 per month. I'm completely locked out from my account and neither email nor live chat support seem to be available. I've done my part, I've submitted a ticket, tried to suppress the inactive users as instructed, but guess what? I can't even get the segment to export. I've been pleading for help daily, responding to the ticket, and yet, it's like shouting into a void - not a single response in over four days! Is there anyone actually working in your support team? Hosted Page

I have a bit of an issue… We have been hosting our Klaviyo Embeded Webforms on our website.  We have a shopify site.  It looks like this www.pirani.life/pages/tortuga - It works but we want these subscribers to be added to a list that is different than the Shopify/Klaviyo integration.  I know I can signup for a webhosting like Godaddy (or anything like this) and just embed the widgets there, but since we don’t use them all year, it seemed like a waste.  We only use them 4-5 times per year for 2-3 days at a time.  I thought I could use the Hosted Page.  If this is not the best method, can someone help me. The issue is we don’t want them on the “Direct to Consumer” list which is the Shopify Integration ad we don’t want to turn of the Shopify Integration for the 2-3 days because that would mean we are losing customers from our website. Any thoughts would be AMAZING

How can I limit the number of results in API response?

I am using the get_lists API from the latest version with revision: 2024-02-15, and wondering why there is no option to limit the no of results I want in the API response. I nowhere found in documentation about how many results it will return by default. Ideally, the users should be allowed to put the batch size as per their requirement (under a max-batch size). Looking forward to hear back on this.Thanks.

OS not supporting a typeface

we were not able to solve one issue: being able to display our custom fonts due to an OS not supporting a typeface. Is there a way to use custom code to embed typefaces/ our host typefaces on a server and override the fallback font necessity on an OS? or any possible solution through code to help us rectify this issue?
