Signup form: Customer enters twice

Hi all,We are looking into improving our welcome flow and noticed that we have some customers who enter the flow twice.The flow is entered via the sign up form and we have a split for people who are not on the list (new customers) and existing customers.The existing customers normally don’t see the pop up/sign up form again but sometimes they do if they go on another PC (i think?) which sees them as a new customer.Is there a way to have the sign up form give a warning like: this email adres is already used or anything within the pop up.This because they can enter their mail again and confirm it but klaviyo wont send them any mail.If they would receive a mail while being already subscribed and used the discount before we could tell them in the email, however the email we made for existing customers doesnt get send Hope the question is clear and anybody can help me out! Thanks.

Shopfiy 2.0 & Klaviyo Pop-up not working

I am at a loss to why the klayivo pop-up in not working. We upgraded our theme and realized the pop-up was not working. As we are on 2.0 I used the new amp embed but its not getting triggered. I even added back the code in the theme but still did not trigger. I checked to make sure we were tracking and we are. I cleared cookies and tried in Incognito.

Email and SMS pop ups

I have created email and SMS popups through Klaviyo for my Shopify store. The popups work like they are suppose to on mobile devices but they are not working on laptops. I have gone back and checked all the forms and can’t find any issues as to why they are popping up on my laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, For some reason the embedded sign-up form on our website is not displaying a “subscribe” button, but on the mobile version. Everything is working ok on the desktop version. The button is marked as “shown on all devices.”Any help is appreciated as this is super urgent.Thanks!

Custom Webflow Form - Add user to list with option to opt-in to marketing

I was following this guide on sending Webflow form data to Klaviyo via its API. It's great, it works.However, I realized my use-case is stlightly different. I don't want my form to always sign them up for a newsletter, I want to add them to a list, and give them the option to join the newsletter with a checkbox.Has anyone tried this before? I'm hoping to avoid having to iframe in a klaviyo sign-up page.

Klaviyo doesn't save contacts to the right list when they come from Google

When my traffic comes from Google and visitors sign up for a Klavyio pop-up embedded on my site, Klavyio doesn't save them to the right list.Klavyio indicate that customers sign up for my newsletter via my site and that it imports them from Shopify. This is a mistake, as they sign up via the Klavyio form.Profiles should be added to my POP UP list, not my newsletter list.Do you know what could explain this?It seems to me that this only happens when the traffic source is Google. Basically when I'm pretty sure that I should be seeing this (checked on Hotjar) :I'm seeing this :Thank you in advance for your help

Error message on pop-up sign-up form

Hey there!I’m setting up an email flow/campaign so that people who sign-up to join our Hash Lab, then become apart of the list/segment “Hash Lab Members” in Klaviyo, but I’m having some trouble getting it to work. Essentially, what I want is for those people who sign-up using the pop-up sign-up form on our homepage to then be added to that members list so we can then use a targeted welcome series of emails to welcome them to the exclusive club. This then, will become a mailing list that we’ll send content to via emails. I’ve set up the list, the sign-up form, and even the subscription pages.However, when I tried to sign-up  myself on mobile, I receive the error message below (see screenshot). When I tried to sign-up on desktop, I was sent to my success message, but I can’t see in Klaviyo where my email went. I’ve scoured the help center and the community for answers, and I’m at a loss.  I’m hoping someone can help me figure out the flow, and why I’m receiving this error message. Thank

California IP specific pop-up for first time visitors

We want to create a pop-up that works for first-time visitors with Californian IP addresses only who visit our website for the first time. We have only been able to segment the pop-up to trigger for all of the US in the Klaviyo menu. How do we segment even further so that only visitors from California trigger the pop-up?

Pop-up form teaser removed but still displays

I have a pop up formatted for desktop and one for mobile. I set both up originally with a teaser.I turned off the teasers weeks ago. But I continue to see these teasers as do folks I’ve asked to have a peek and check for me.I’ve cleared my cache, reloaded the page, checked on different browsers and on different machines. I keep seeing it. The URL is https://2xedge.comAm I nuts? Or do others still see the teaser. If it’s there, how do I get rid of it?Thanks!

Opt In Form Submit Button Not Working

We have an opt in form on our website for customers to join our Discount Club, however the submit button is not showing on mobile even though it is on desktop. As a large amount of customers use mobile they are having trouble joining. It used to come up and work fine but we are unaware as to when it stopped appearing. Embed signup form multiple languages

Hello,There are many docs related to how to manage multiple languages, however all of them are focused how to manage the languages after collecting the client data.My signup form is embed (Shopify store) within the home page, into the Klaviyo app block:My store has four languages, all languages properly translated, the primary language is Spanish. When the visitor select English, the whole store is in English, therefore the embed signup form should be displayed in English… I tried to translate the form like a “dynamic text”, but it seems the Klaviyo block doesn’t work in this kind of translation.Keep in mind the translation should be displayed before the client selects his preferred language, in case he wants subscribe.So, Is there any way to translate the embed signup form when the home page changes to other language?Many thanks;Miguel

Sign Up Form Erratic Loading On Shopify Page

Hello!We are having an issue where our embedded form is only showing up about 90% of the time on page load. In Klaviyo, we think we have the settings correct -- screenshotted below. And we have it to load the same on Desktop & Mobile.The error seems to happen randomly -- sometimes it will load after a refresh, sometimes it will load on mobile, sometimes it won’t. Sometimes it will load in an Incognito tab, sometimes it won’t. How do you add conditional logic to forms in Klaviyo

Is there any way to add conditional logic to a form? I would like to have a contact form that displays different options based on the form selections. For example the first form field is for inquiry type and if product inquiry is selected I would like to display a few checkboxes for product options that the user is interested in inquiring about. Is this possible?  Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Future of "Back In Stock" for Shopify?

This is a great feature, but when will this be a stand alone implementation that can be used on any theme. Currently it isn’t “really” supported on newer stores because of how Shopify changed their APIs…

Names not syncing to Klaviyo list through Shopify sign up form

We have a Name Field in the Shopify sign up forms on our homepage, however only the email address is syncing to Klaviyo, even when visitors enter their name. Can anyone help with why the Name isn’t showing in our Klaviyo newsletter subscriber list?

SMTP sending server

We have a dedicated sending domain setup. The confirmation email for the Sign Up Form is sent from send.txn.klaviyomsv.com We want to have the same sender as set up in the dedicated sending domain as some receieving servers reject or mark as spam due to the wrong sending SMTP.The subscription then is sent from our dedicated sending domain. It is all good regarding DMARC.Where can we set confirmation email sending server?

How do i embed a sign up form link into my css code on the Product Recommendation Quiz

Hello,Im currently trying to edit the code section of the last page of a survey and i want to embed a Klaviyo signup link so the results go straight into a list on klaviyo to speed up the flow. What code can I write to embed the code into this email section so it is connected to the form in klaviyo. I don't know how to access the html code so if there is a way of only changing the css code for this page, that would be great.If you have a better way of doing this I am also all ears.Goal: to create a process where the person enters their email and gets an automated message

How do I automate sending a discount code?

Hi there,I need to use Klaviyo for a slightly custom purpose and was wondering a. if it was possible and b. how would I set it up.So I need to e-mail a relatively small number of customers who have returned a product to us. The aim is to find out more information about the reason for their return. From the initial e-mail, I want to link them to a form which can be hosted anywhere, but ideally on our website. The form would include their name, and then a free text box allowing them to enter the details we require.Once they have completed a form with the required details, I then want to send them a discount code to thank them for their response.First off, I need to create a custom form which will allow me to gather the information I need. I need to be able to see the responses easily. And then I guess I need to add them to a specific list so I can add them to a flow?There may be an easier way to achieve what I am attempting to achieve. Be great if someone could help. Thanks

Difficulty determining if my flow unique shopify coupon is delivering after sign up

I have created a dynamic Shopify coupon code and in the flow, the trigger whenever anyone signup up on email list pop up.  In the pop-up, I have directed the SUBMIT button to add that person to the same email list, which I think should trigger the unique coupon code to be sent.But when I test it, I only receive the opt-in to the email list.  After I opt-in, I ma not seeng the discount code email anywhere. Before I publish the pop-up and go live I want to make sure the discount code is delivered. What might I be missing?
