I have transferred all of my profiles over from Shopify. I have created a campaign. But when I go to send the campaign out it says, “0  estimated recipients.” And won’t let me send the campaign. SOS.

HELP: Out of Office Hours Responses

Hi!I’m testing out a flow for our opening message with new SMS subscribers. What I’ve been attempting to do is to make an automated response for people who sends messages during out of office hours. I’ve been looking to do this within the flows and the account settings but can’t find a way. Has anyone got a solution?

success page doesn't display if SMS opt in is skipped

So if a person adds their email the SMS option pops up. But if they say no thanks then the flyout just closes without going to the success step which tells them to check their emails.I can’t figure out how to make this work. Did i break something when I removed the SMS option then added it back?

Can you require Double Opt In for Email but not SMS?

For my main list of contacts I had “Double Opt In” enabled - I noticed that a contact did not confirm via email for double opt in, so he was never added to my main list or my “Person is consented to receive SMS” segment. I removed double opt in so now anyone that fills out my form and has phone included will be added both to my main list and SMS segment. Ideally I would like it so that I can just require double opt in for emails, and single opt in for sms. Is there any way to do this?

Abandon Cart Link in SMS Flow

I’m working on adding an SMS branch to our abandon cart flow and I am not seeing where to add the link to return them to their cart from the text…. will this auto populate? When I send a preview text to myself there is no link but not sure if that’s because I don’t have a cart to preview?

Klaviyo C/S would be a joke if it wasn't so serious.

Support in Klaviyo does not exist. We’re moving to Beehiiv.  I can’t even log into my own account…. and it’s premium. We’re trying to get support from their SMS team, so I can access as it seems a duplicate was set up. Complete joke. Andrew Bialecki should be spending more time looking at the online forums, and the consistent complaints about Klaviyo CS...

Sign-up form not connecting to SMS list

I have a Sign-Up Form connected to my SMS list "SMS Subscribers" but even when people fill out the form and click submit, no customers are flowing into either the "SMS Subscribers" list nor my “Consent to Receive SMS Marketing” segment.It shows these users have received the “Send this text to subscribe to recurring automated personalized marketing alerts (e.g. special promotions, cart reminders) from...” text, and both my keyword “JOIN” and SMS list are set to double-opt in. Is that “Send this text to subscribe to recurring automated personalized marketing alerts (e.g. special promotions, cart reminders) from...” text considered the double opt-in text? Do they have take action after they “send the text” to themselves when using the sign-up form?And if that is NOT the double opt-in text, what does that look like? Because I went through the exercise of signing myself up and received the “Send this text to subscribe to recurring automated personalized marketing alerts (e.g. special promot

"SMS Consent Timestamp" and "Age gated DOB" properties not showing

I recently imported my first SMS CSV from our recent migration to Klaviyo. My SMS CSV had Phone Number, Email, SMS Consent Timestamp and Age gated DOB as respective columns. It appeared to have connected correctly upon upload:Why am I not seeing neither the “SMS Consent Timestamp” nor the “Age Gated Date of Birth” contact property on any of the users I’ve just uploaded when I go into their profiles?

"Create a sign-up form" step not marking as complete

Why isn't my "Create a sign-up form" step marked off as done in the SMS checklist on my Klaviyo account Home page - does that mean something is wrong with the Sign-Up (since I already created and set the multi-step form live?) It’s populating on our site, so I’m unsure why my account is not registering as having created a SMS sign-up form. This makes me this something is wrong with it.

"MESSAGE NOT RECEIVED" Response from Klaivyo SMS

Hi!I recently set up a new flow + separate segment list to run a holiday-related SMS campaign using a flow. The flow is triggered by submitting your number through a specific sign-up form followed by the conditional split of sending a trigger word. When people are inputting their numbers they are added to the list but after texting through the trigger word are receiving a “MESSAGE NOT RECEIVED” response.  I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong as our other flows work totally fine. This is the first SMS flow I’ve created from scratch.  Conditional split is set up as follows:Person Has “Sent SMS”where “message body”equals “[SPECIFIED TRIGGER WORD]”at least onceafter “[DATE I CREATED THE FLOW]” Thanks so much!

Push Campaign "Schedule or send" button is not active

When creating a Push Campaign, at the Review step, the 'Schedule or send' button is inactive, even though all checks are green, the settings for both Android and iOS platforms are correct, and the test pushes have successfully been delivered. Could you please advise what the issue might be? I am using test account.

SMS consent?

 Hello! I would like to know why all my SMS are falling into the NO path for all flows? Check the first image please.  We also have signup forms triggering to a list “sms subscribers” but this list is not getting any profiles - 0 profiles there right now.  Exit Intent popup: Welcome popup:   Both popups have also a email optin and have +50 submitted actions… does it mean that all leads are only including their emails but not their phone numbers?Settings of the SMS subscribers list with 0 contacts.. should I have single optin instead of double optin? Thank you (:

Need solution to receive MMS (image+video) from subscribers

We have a ported toll-free number (US+CA) and need to be able to receive images and videos from our subscribers. I’ve been searching desperately for a solution with no luck! Any ideas on how to work around this? I tried using the Zendesk integration (long shot), have researched toll-free text forwarding… Currently running in circles finding no solutions. Any ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

SMS to UK customers not working

My brand and me are both UK based and the majority of our audience is UK based. But when trying to collect UK SMS subscribers my customers are receiving a “Send this text to subscribe to [Brand Name]” text from a {+1 (833)….} US, Canada toll-free code number (resulting in customers SMS reply not delivering as its not valid in the UK).But on my Klaviyo account it is stated that both UK & Ireland region are ACTIVE with the standard Branded sender ID as number. So i don’t understand my customers from UK & Ireland aren’t receiving text messages from UK & Ireland number (Brand Sender ID).Image from my Klaviyo Account (13/01/24)Also the only SMS region available for my shareable SMS subscribing link is only United States, Canada. Why???Image 2 from my Klaviyo Account (13/01/24) I would appreciate any help or ideas from anyone been stuck on this past few days, thanks.
