I have set up a sign up form which is multi-step email & sms, and for the sms opt-in i set a list “A” for them to submitted to. So my question1 is how can i know about how many messages and emails i sent out already? since it is not a flow or a campaign, i couldnt find out where to check the data.2, Will they be shown in list “A” as long as they reply my message? Or they will only be shown in the list “A” by replying “yes” “y” “stop” “help”.3, What if they put in their phone number in the opt-in session, but they dont reply me anything when they receive the message for confirming signing up?

Hi- another store posted a link on their instagram feed for customers to click on link to sign up for SMS alerts. Right now i don’t know of any way other than my newsletter signup on our website for people to add their info. We have thousands of instagram followers so i was hoping to easily get more SMS subscribers by posting a link so they can directly sign up that way instead of having to log into our website and going through the motions of the newletter signup. TIA

The reason I ask this question because I noticed the article regarding the SMS relating to specific countries US, Canaca, UK, and Australia and therefore I am guessing Japan is out of scope as far as SMS functionalities are concerned. Hello everyone,It seems we aren’t generating enough sms consent with our newsletter enrollment on our front page.We are looking at getting SMS consent on checkout for transactional SMS flow. We are currently using a wordpress front site, that is integrated with BigCommerce, and have ReCharge subscription too.If I understand this properly we have 2 checkouts.Does anyone have a similar configuration with have the Transactional Flows (ordered, tracking number) working for both checkouts BigCommerce and Recharge?Could you guide me to the info and or settings?Thank you very much

My question is, during this 4-week-long process, will I still be able to send SMS campaigns out via Attentive? I realize I should probably ask my CSM over there but wanted to put it to the Klaviyo forum in case someone has gone through this.Ty!
Hi everyone,I just confirmed with Klaviyo Customer Support that it’s not currently possible to export all SMS conversations to csv, but I’m wondering if anyone might have thoughts on a workaround.They did say that “in Q2, our development team is planning on releasing a SMS to Zendesk feature.” Unfortunately we don’t use Zendesk, so that’s not much of a help to us.Any ideas? Hi There,Once a month we do a promotion where we offer free entry into our venues for the first hour of the day. (We are an indoor Playcentre company).We have successfully been able to establish this through Klayvio creating a new a signup form, list and a flow that will send them a “free entry ticket” for the day via email.One of the things we would like to do is when a customer enters the incorrect email address and the email bounces it will SMS the customer to let them know that they entered the wrong email address and to re-start the process. I have attached the flows we have setup. (we collect SMS and Email consent on the signup form) What seems to be happening is that Klayvio flags the email as bounced then suppresses the profile for both SMS and Email, preventing the SMS from being sent. Any suggestions on how to achieve this?
Is it possible to add SMS consent to a List Subscription page?I'm asking because the functionality to add SMS consent to the phone number field does not exist in Klaviyo's builder.The goal is to send an email within the First Purchase Welcome Series to new customer's who have yet to consent to SMS, and link them to a Lander with SMS consent.I suppose we could pop a consent form similar to what we're currently using but I'd rather use a dedicated Lander if possible.Let me know your thoughts. Hello,i am checking out the Create Campaign API, which requires a Template ID, created via the /v1/email-templates API.Since the Templates created like that are Email Templates, what happens if i send the Campaign to a List having only phone number profiles?Will the html from the template be rendered as text only (SMS) ?Or will it be converted to an MMS to get the same result as if it was an email?
We are trying to automate an SMS reminder to all customers who have not placed their weekly order by the order cut off deadline. BackgroundNew menu released = Monday/TuesdayOrder deadline = Thursday 1.pm. Surplus item sales (one-off sale day) = Saturday What I am really trying to achieve is send an SMS to everyone that has consented, but has not placed an order in the Mon/Tues - Thursday window. Even when I back populate this, it only adds a handful of people.The biggest problem I see is that placing an order is required to enter the flow. So, theoretically, if week 1 we have 100 customers order, on week 2 only customers from this population who don’t place an order will get the SMS (where we are actually trying to send it to everyone who has consented and not ordered). I figured back populating would solve this, but it does not. I’m at a loss for how to automate this. Hey everyone!Question RE linking SMS to a customers existing profile via pop up. If a customer opens a URL from an email and then I present them a pop up to leave their mobile number is there a way that klaviyo can recognise its the same user and update their profile? Or do I have to request both the email and phone number to get this synced to someones profile? Thank you! Penny
Hello,We’re looking to make an email to send out to all of our current email subscribers informing them of our new SMS VIP group. We want to have a way for them to sign up over the email. Is there a block we can put for them to input the number on the email directly? Or will we just have to include a button for them to click that brings them to the sign up page. Thanks
