SMS Deliverability - Device Disconnected
I have an SMS flow launching today and I entered myself into the flow last night to test it. I received my opt-in messages, but the first SMS message failed to deliver due to "Device Disconnected" and I'm in the "Waiting" status for the second message.My device is definitely still connected and I need help troubleshooting so this doesn't happen to my customers who opt-in today.
Customers Accidentally Unsubscribing from SMS
We are running into an issue with the “unsubscribe” words with SMS. We offer subscriptions of our products to our customers. Every time a customer texts us to say they want to “cancel their subscription” it unsubscribes them from SMS because it contains the word “cancel”. They then resubscribe and send the same message only for the exact same outcome to occur, causing an extremely frustrating loop for the customer. There must be a way to add a word that will stop the word “cancel” from unsubscribing from SMS?
Making Email to Request SMS from customers
Hello,We’re looking to make an email to send out to all of our current email subscribers informing them of our new SMS VIP group. We want to have a way for them to sign up over the email. Is there a block we can put for them to input the number on the email directly? Or will we just have to include a button for them to click that brings them to the sign up page. Thanks

Is it possible to Place Order via SMS keyword/action?
Can a customer place an order via SMS? Here’s what I’m thinking:I sell a replenishable product, and my goal is to make reordering as simple as possible.I’d like to send and SMS with product details and ask the customer to reply with “Yes” (or something similar) if they want to reorder. Is this possible?If not, what is the most frictionless way to capture reorders via sms?
SMS welcome flow - not working with SMS sign up embed form
I recently started marketing with SMS and I would like to reach out to my email subscribers to encourage them to opt in to SMS marketing.I set up a welcome flow for SMS and it it working with the SMS subscription pop up. However in order to reach my email subscribers, I folllowed Klaviyo’s guidance on creating an embedded sign up form for SMS, and when I or others have subscribed to SMS marketing via the embedded form, the SMS welcome flow is not triggering. I can see that the new sign ups are added to the correct list and triggering ‘consented to SMS marketing’ which is the trigger for the flow, but the flow still doesn’t send a welcome SMS.Can anyone please help me understand where I am going wrong?
success page doesn't display if SMS opt in is skipped
So if a person adds their email the SMS option pops up. But if they say no thanks then the flyout just closes without going to the success step which tells them to check their emails.I can’t figure out how to make this work. Did i break something when I removed the SMS option then added it back?

Confusion around SMS opt-in consent
I’m a little confused about where the line is drawn for SMS opt-in, regardless of the country. Klaviyo training and experience have repeatedly shown me “Text YES to opt-in” when platforms have my number, but this is still an SMS message which I did not give consent to receive (unless it says somewhere in T&Cs that I consent to receive an opt in message). Even if I ignore or say no, what’s stopping an organisation from sending me daily messages offering me desperately to opt in (although I’d just mark as spam).
Incorrect email SMS Flow
Hi There,Once a month we do a promotion where we offer free entry into our venues for the first hour of the day. (We are an indoor Playcentre company).We have successfully been able to establish this through Klayvio creating a new a signup form, list and a flow that will send them a “free entry ticket” for the day via email.One of the things we would like to do is when a customer enters the incorrect email address and the email bounces it will SMS the customer to let them know that they entered the wrong email address and to re-start the process. I have attached the flows we have setup. (we collect SMS and Email consent on the signup form) What seems to be happening is that Klayvio flags the email as bounced then suppresses the profile for both SMS and Email, preventing the SMS from being sent. Any suggestions on how to achieve this?
Profile just for SMS
Hi,Can we create a profile / import contacts without having email ? Purpose is to use the profile only For SMS, not email campaigns.I checked this post - and found that it is possible using api or import. I tried the same - both by keeping the values in email column empty and removing the email column altogether in csv. However, got this error
Toll-free number - not verified- unable to verify business
Hi There, I'm trying to apply for a toll free number but it gives me a red sign saying" not verified- unable to verify business" i have resubmitted a request again ensuring the correct info needed. could you please provide me with an explantation on how to fix it.i'm also trying to connect my sign up form to my welcome series flow. when i test it out, I don't get any follow up text messages and my list members remain 0. Please help me with that as well because I want to launch my account whenever I fix this issue
