Hi There,Once a month we do a promotion where we offer free entry into our venues for the first hour of the day. (We are an indoor Playcentre company). We have successfully been able to establish this through Klayvio creating a new a signup form, list and a flow that will send them a “free entry ticket” for the day via email. One of the things we would like to do is when a customer enters the incorrect email address and the email bounces it will SMS the customer to let them know that they entered the wrong email address and to re-start the process. I have attached the flows we have setup. (we collect SMS and Email consent on the signup form) What seems to be happening is that Klayvio flags the email as bounced then suppresses the profile for both SMS and Email, preventing the SMS from being sent. Any suggestions on how to achieve this?
Is it possible to add SMS consent to a List Subscription page?I'm asking because the functionality to add SMS consent to the phone number field does not exist in Klaviyo's builder. The goal is to send an email within the First Purchase Welcome Series to new customer's who have yet to consent to SMS, and link them to a Lander with SMS consent.I suppose we could pop a consent form similar to what we're currently using but I'd rather use a dedicated Lander if possible.Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

Hello,i am checking out the Create Campaign API, which requires a Template ID, created via the /v1/email-templates API.Since the Templates created like that are Email Templates, what happens if i send the Campaign to a List having only phone number profiles? Will the html from the template be rendered as text only (SMS) ?Or will it be converted to an MMS to get the same result as if it was an email?
We are trying to automate an SMS reminder to all customers who have not placed their weekly order by the order cut off deadline. BackgroundNew menu released = Monday/TuesdayOrder deadline = Thursday 1.pm. Surplus item sales (one-off sale day) = Saturday What I am really trying to achieve is send an SMS to everyone that has consented, but has not placed an order in the Mon/Tues - Thursday window. Even when I back populate this, it only adds a handful of people. The biggest problem I see is that placing an order is required to enter the flow. So, theoretically, if week 1 we have 100 customers order, on week 2 only customers from this population who don’t place an order will get the SMS (where we are actually trying to send it to everyone who has consented and not ordered). I figured back populating would solve this, but it does not. I’m at a loss for how to automate this. We’ve been doing it manually with campaigns/segments, but with Klaviyo segments updating only every 24 hours, some pe

I really hope someone can help me. Here is my problem: my site is bilingual so all my content must be too (email, sms, pop-up, etc.). I've read almost every post on this topic, but can't figure out in what order to do it. What should I do first? And then? Thank you for taking the time to respond.
Hey everyone!Question RE linking SMS to a customers existing profile via pop up. If a customer opens a URL from an email and then I present them a pop up to leave their mobile number is there a way that klaviyo can recognise its the same user and update their profile? Or do I have to request both the email and phone number to get this synced to someones profile? Thank you! Penny
Hello,We’re looking to make an email to send out to all of our current email subscribers informing them of our new SMS VIP group. We want to have a way for them to sign up over the email. Is there a block we can put for them to input the number on the email directly? Or will we just have to include a button for them to click that brings them to the sign up page. Thanks
I’m new to Klaviyo and using the Klaviyo Multi-step signup form template for email and then SMS opt-in. For the SMS opt-in offer, I am offering 5% off your next purchase. How should I set up the welcome flow to account for this delayed SMS 5% offer which triggers after the first purchase? I am still building out my first flows so I’m not sure what best practices are for something like this. Thank you!
Hi community!I have a concept for an SMS “bot” that I’m trying to build using my Klaviyo, and I’m wondering (a) if it’s feasible and (b) how to best tackle it.This is the ideal flow:new customer signs up for SMS list SMS prompts customer to provide zip code customer provides zip code SMS provides information based on that zip code (i.e. a NYC zip code will lead to response, an LA zip code will lead to another response, and a zip code in the middle of nowhere will likely prompt them to check back later)If there is not a good integration for zip codes, here’s an alternate flow that would work:new customer signs up for SMS list SMS provides customer with a list of cities (8-20) customer replies with city of interest from that list SMS provides information based on that cityIs this beyond the capability of Klaviyo? Is there a different program I should check out? Thanks in advance!
I’ve created a flow that sends SMS given a certain event. When editing the SMS, in the ‘Compliance’ tab in the ‘Consent’ section field there’s a toggle to enable/disable an ‘Unsubscribe link’. The toggle is fixed to ‘enable’. I can’t switch it off, nor can I edit the wording of how the unsubscribe link gets appended (in the UK). I’d much rather just offer ‘Text STOP to opt out’ functionality, and not a link, for UK recipients, but that doesn’t seem to be an option. Can anyone explain why?
I’ve turned on SMS consent at checkout now that it’s become available and I’m wondering if this will now trigger my SMS Welcome Series that is triggered off ‘when someone give SMS consent’. I’m assuming it will which isn’t great because that will mean the person gets a discount code directly after they’ve just made a purchase which is kind of a bad experience in my opinion. Any recs on how to make this not happen?
On October 21st, 2021, Blend Commerce are holding the first ever ‘in person’ Klaviyo SMS Bootcamp. The event is open to existing Klaviyo users who want to know more about how to get the most from the recently launched service in the UK. More information and application details can be found here.
Can I Create a Post Purchase SMS Flow to send Product Suggestions based on Customer's Purchase Behavior?
Hello! We are trying to understand if this situation is possible and if anyone has achieved something similar. Our client wants automatically send SMS text messages to customers, with links to the URL pages of products they have purchased -- but only for the NEW products they have purchased (their basket may include a mix of new and previously purchased items). The goal is to provide a sort of “Thank you for purchasing, read more about your new product” marketing initiative.Do you know how we can achieve this? I know we can setup a “Flow” that will be triggered post-purchase. But I’m not familiar with how / or whether Klaviyo can know only about a customer’s new vs previous purchase history, and only send them links related to their new purchases. Any ideas?
Hello!I’m using Konnektive as a CRM and FunnelKonnekt to process sales. Because of another plugin, I need to use this system. The CRM has a plugin for Klayvio but only sends email permission along with product info and customer information, but I want to set up Texting as well.Short of exporting through Zapier, is there an easy way to manually get consent into the accounts when they submit the landing page. Below is the code for the checkbox. Maybe there is a way to transmit the data along with the form?I appreciate any help you can provide. It says it’s HTML code if that helps. I don’t know much about this other than how to fins it. lol <input type="checkbox" value="True" name="SMS Consent" opencheckboxsection="" onclick="checkBoxChange(attributes)" id="SMS_Consent" checked="" requiredtype="" class="fk-form-checkbox form-check-input"> <label id="i7wzfc" class="form-check-label">Yes! Confirm by Text my entry is in and if I'm a prize winner! I also want to receive
