Hello everybody,I’ve recently installed Klaviyo in my shopify store and there weren’t any problem.But now I don’t know why every time I click on the app to enter, it doesn’t function, there is no new tab for Klaviyo, so the only thing i can do is to open a new tab on google and tap “Klaviyo”, which is a bit annoying.Does anyone have ever got the same issue and be able to help me to fix it ? Thanks
My account has just been disabled, even though I had it verified by a Klaviyo employee from the Success Team last Friday and was assured that I could send my campaign today (Sunday) without any problems.We want to release a new product today and I don't get any feedback from the support team via email.I am slowly running out of time and the project seems to be falling through.If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful!
Hello,With the arrival of iOS 15, I’m really worried cause it might affect Klaviyo email marketing of my clients. I am trying to look at Google Postmaster as one of the things that can support/help my email marketing. What do you think about it? Will be very helpful?Or would you suggest other monitoring tools? I have sign up a new account and set step by step however at the end of confirmation. my email inbox shows nothing confirmation email. i follow our instruction by checking spam or junk folder, adding the email@example.com into my contact, and update new email address but didn’t work. So how can i solve the problem? did any one meet this problem before?
Hi everyone! I’m currently looking into our GA reporting as it is currently half pulling through to ‘Email’ and half to ‘Other’. I’ve checked that all channel settings are system defined and tracking is used on every email. Could anyone hazard a guess as the issue I’m having? Thanks!
Hello,It’s been now 5 working days to receive a reply from Klavyio support, after I’ve emailed them multiple times during the week to both their emails addresses firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com Anybody know what the expected timeframe is for them to respond to emails or why they would not be responding after so many days? How else is one able to communicate with them? It’s pretty poor customer experience to be honest and very inconvenient while I have to wait for them to action and resolve the issue I have.
Hey,Does anyone know if or when you will be able to be logged into several accounts in different windows and work on them simultaneously?I want to be able to have UK account open on one window/screen and US account open on the other to be able to copy content. At the moment it only allows you to work within one account at one time.I hope this makes sense. Thanks Shelle
Hello! I have very limited experience with configuring DNS records. My Klaviyo account is integrated with my Shopify store (I purchased my domain through Google). The email address associated with my Google domain is “firstname.lastname@example.org”. Therefore, my default sender email address on Klaviyo is “email@example.com”. According to my research, it seems like it’s best practice to set up a dedicated sending domain. I’ve successfully done so - my new sending domain is “send.mybusinessname.com”.I’m confused as to how this actually affects my emails. Apparently, it will remove “via Klayvio” from the senders address. More specifically:I’ve sent myself a test email prior to creating the new dedicated sending domain. I never actually saw “via Klaviyo” attached to the senders address. Could this be because the test email was sent from me to my own account? Would “via Klaviyo” have appeared if I had sent my test email to a completely separate email account? After creating the new dedic

Hi, I first created an account directly with Klaviyo as far as I know, with the mail X.then i added user Y and he created email flows. i could also put shopify triggers in it and it was integrated.I wanted to log in through shopify apps klaviyo but then was shown the klaviyo home page with the registration/integration.How do I get back to my normal account now? On Wednesday, June 16th, I was scheduling my first campaign to be sent out but I got an alert that my account was suspended. I answered all the questions needed to verify my account and I still have not heard anything back yet. I read that this only takes 24 hours to clear up but it’s been 4 business days now. What steps can I take now? We are behind on our schedule because of this
Our account was disabled this week and it was like pulling teeth getting back into it. We were finally let back in and our account was enabled (yay!), so we scheduled a campaign because we had a large group of products launching last night.However, this is what the campaign looks like currently and no one received the email.Then, the email that our Klaviyo account has as the sender email, keeps getting emails from SendGrid saying “Invalid SMTPAPI Header”. We don’t know what this is and want help getting it resolved.
I have created a Klaviyo account yesterday and bought a $150 plan. Then integrated with my woo commerce and uploaded my list. Now before sending the first email suddenly my account was saying under review and now saying account is disabled. What should I do now?
