My account was suspended for payment like a month ago. Is it normal I can not see the history of my campaigns anymore in free plan?Also, I used to pay $70. Now the the minimum payment plan is $100 How this could happens from month to the other one.Ant the most important question. If I upgrade again I will be able to see my all my settings and the history of my campaigns performance?
I have an urgent concern so I stayed up late specifically for the live chat but 4 hours have passed and it is still offline. I also sent an email but still no response. My concern is needed in the next 2 days. Is it a holiday today for Klaviyo staff hence the live chat and email support is not available?

While I successfully passed all the exams, I am currently facing challenges when it comes to the Systems Integrator Certificate exam since I don't have any technical background. I am wondering whether it is necessary to pass all the exams to become a certified partner or if obtaining just the Klaviyo partner certificate is sufficient.Thank you,
The customer service holes are showing, friends. The live chat is an endless loop of “we are contacting your agent, please wait”. I have waiting days, weeks. If you say you have a live chat from 9-5 EST than DO IT, otherwise change the chatbot to reflect that NO ONE IS COMING as to not waste our time. This is poor customer service. With no phone number and no live chat, this is really lacking.

Hello community!I’m an email marketer and recently a brand reached out saying that they’d like to start working on Klaviyo, but their account got blocked/denied because of their business model.I wanted to ask: is there a way to appeal and change this decision or do they tend to be final? And if there is, would i need to get access to the brand Klaviyo account first to open a ticket?The brand is very similar to https://www.forhims.com/ in terms of business model, they sell prescription treatments and have a team of professionals to prescribe them.Thank you
Hi, I trialled an SMS subscription and cancelled it after 1 month. But now I can’t send any emails… it says my account is cancelled. When I update my plans, it says I’m already subscribed to the free email plan. However it won’t let me send any emails despite having many credits. Can you assist?
What happens if I change the organization website and default sender email when using shared sending domain?
We are planning on changing the organization website and the default sender email address. We are currently using a shared sending domain. If I make these changes, may keep sending campaigns and flows as regular or do I have wait for a while?
Hi Folks, happy new year!I’ve been talking to a prospective client and they’re using Magento 2. My experience with ecom platforms is limited to BigCommerce and Shopify, and I’ve found that there can sometimes be issues with features from Klaviyo not always being available outside of Shopify - ie persistent cart rebuilding doesn’t work on BC & Klaviyo.For those of you who are experienced with Magento, are there any “gotchas” when it comes to Klaviyo I should be aware of?Thanks!
I’ve a list of email addresses of different businesses, I obtained these emails from a friend of mine who works in the similar industry, am I eligible to send newsletters/emails to these businesses and individuals or do I need to consent from each business/individual to send them emails or newsletters in the USA.Want to know the legal aspect over this, would be great if anyone could guide, thanks.
Hi, my live chat has not been working for several days. It just says there are a number of agents waiting and then says Im “disconnected from the Wifi” which is clearly wrong when i exit the chat. This has been going on for a few days now and I can’t get in touch with the live chat feature.
I have set up and verified my sending domain. I elected for subdomain.rootdomain.com as my sending domain, however, I receive the email from rootdomain.com instead of subdomain.rootdomain.com as the from address.I am confused as in the past I have configured sending domains as subdomain.rootdomain.com and it would appear as such in the inbox.
