You should contact the Klaviyo team and they will be able to do it. You can not do it yourself. here is the form https://www.klaviyo.com/can...

Where can I adapt the text of the e-mail that people receive when they opt in for my newsletter to confirm that they want to opt in?

Hi everyone,I have a question regarding double opt-in process:Where can I adapt the text of the e-mail that people receive when they opt in for my newsletter to confirm that they want to opt in? I don’t see that e-mail in the flows section, and I don’t see the text of that e-mail in the sign-up form section. Thank you very much for your help.

Is it possible to keep several accounts open at once?

We have several multi accounts and it takes time to do a proper setup. We would like to be sure everything is named the same way but it is not possible to keep 2 different accounts open at the same time: in the account where you were last active, that's where the other session continues. Is there a solution to this? I solve it now by adding an additional user to all accounts, but it's not practical.

Hey everyone, I've been grappling with a bit of a conundrum when it comes to Klaviyo user permissions. I need to empower my team to create and manage things like flows, email campaigns, and build emails, but safeguarding sensitive profile information (email addresses and phone numbers) is paramount.The "Manager" role seems like the closest fit, but it grants full profile access, which exceeds my team's actual needs. updating my sending domain

Hi, I have set up my sending domain in klaviyo, i’ve also completed all the steps in shopify.  Klaviyo is saying my sending domain is active. Yet i still get the notification to update my sending email. When i try to add my new sending domain in the sender email box its telling me to Enter a valid email address. I have spent hours watching videos and all the posts on klavyio, but nothing is working.

Is there another way to get more customized filter dates in the new overview Dashboard?

So Klaviyo has officially rolled out their new overview Dashboard and removed the green circle charts...Clearly they seem to think this clean look is better. But for the life of me, I don’t know why it’s now limited the filter dates to only today → 7 days → 30 days.The old overview you could filter by month, 180 days, past year, etc - that was WAY better.This is so restrictive:It give us way less control over our data at the high level and literally made it impossible to see the total store revenue and total email revenue + percentages in one view, for custom date range or previous month.Really bad move.I seriously hope this is fixed soon...

Sending domain not sending from domain I set up

I have set up and verified my sending domain. I elected for subdomain.rootdomain.com as my sending domain, however, I receive the email from rootdomain.com instead of subdomain.rootdomain.com as the from address.I am confused as in the past I have configured sending domains as subdomain.rootdomain.com and it would appear as such in the inbox.

Why does Klaviyo have "live chat" when I have to wait?

I have been trying to receive help from Klaviyo customer support for days now and stayed in the live chat queue with promised that a “live agent” will be with me soon. Can we stop the fiction or at the very least tell the truth and say “ no one is coming and you need to sit back and deal with that on your own”. Live chat support is a benefit we are supposed to get. Please consider phone support or live interactive classes FOR TROUBLE SHOOTING! THe classes are all but useless to us.

What methods if any are there for reengaging with customers after 6 months of inactivity?

We recently had to cancel our Klaviyo Payments because of some restructuring within the business and as a byproduct, were unable to utilize the email marketing channel in its entirety for the last 6 months.Prior to the service disruption we had a decently active list of about 20k users however, that engaged segment is now down to only 5000 people given the time of inactivity.Is there anything to be wary about when sending out emails again to these customers? Would it be in our best interest to just send a blast out to the entire list and segment based on that email’s performance and go from there? Any help is appreciated!

opening app from shopify always gives 403 error

A client sent me a Klaviyo invite but I am never able to launch the app from their Shopify store. I have access to their store’s Products, Themes, and Apps. I have deleted all site settings (cookies, etc.) and logged in fresh. I have had them resend me invites. But every time I click the App from within Shopify admin I get this error:Access to www.klaviyo.com was deniedYou don't have authorization to view this page.HTTP ERROR 403 I’m at a loss and frustrated that I can’t help my client.

Account upgrade has been paid for but has not been upgraded

We have recently set up a Klaviyo account for our company and were ready to launch it this weekend. We added all the billing information and paid for our relevant subscription for which we received a receipt confirming this.However, when looking at the account we can see that it has not been upgraded and we are therefore unable to start sending out emails which is incredibly frustrating. How can this be fixed to ensure that the account is upgraded?

Can't clone or delete campaigns on my phone

Since the update I can no longer see the entire dashboard on my phone. I go to campaigns but can’t see the right end. so I can’t clone or delete. Since there’s no app the only way I can do it is on my computer, which is inconvenient

Shopify Markets - Any update about integration?

Hi team, we are managing 8 different stores using Shopify and we are going to migrate to Shopify Stores.There is not any updated information about this kind of integration, new functionalities, etc…For example, could we keep our 8 Klaviyo accounts) Will we need to manage just one account using 8 different lists) How about the reporting by market? There is a big lack of information from Klaviyo about this issu which affects critically to many different brands. Thank you very much

I am new to adding my employees to Klaviyo Partners and can’t figure out how to hide/restrict my employees from seeing payout info. I’m mostly worried about the fact that the payment method can be changed - there has to be a way to protect that information.

How to pay a billing by myself during support's holiday?

As My account was suspended because of credit card issue. For now, We can fix it and we can use the credit card to pay. Today I try to find a Pay now button but it doesn’t exist. So I try to contact Klaviyo support but they’re all in holiday. So If I would like to reopen my account today what should I do ? Or I have to wait support that will be active on 25 Nov?  Do you have any solution?

User ID disabled from All My Clients' Accounts

Hi, I am Klaviyo Product Certified: https://verify.skilljar.com/c/sf46d7ri7mbhand I own a small email marketing agency.  This is my full time livelihood.  I always follow all best email practices, and study/review the latest updates in email marketing on a monthly basis. 2 days ago I was locked out of all 6 of my clients’ accounts because 1 of the accounts was disabled. I have emailed support 3 times and have heard nothing back. I think I know why the 1 account was disabled, and it was 100% an accident: We were having trouble getting Zapier to track sales data from their shopping cart into Klaviyo,so we set up an affiliate link to track sales. We are NOT promoting an affiliate offer: the  Klaviyo account is owned by the owners products.  We were simply using the link to track sales in the short term while we got their shopping cart to link properly with Klaviyo. I own a small email marketing agency and would NEVER use a Klaviyo account for affiliate marketing. I sincerely apologize for

Account Disabled during Cyber Week!

We have been using Klaviyo for around 6 months, today the account was disabled.The emails that had been scheduled were cancelled (reason said - Account Disabled?)- then I went to reschedule and noticed that the account had been upgraded to the next tier ($70).When I went to go back into my account it said the account was disabled and to contact support. My team is freaking out because we use Klaviyo so much, but this happens on Cyber Monday! Any help or knowledge on this would be greatly appreciated!
