Hey there we got problem with integrating Klaviyo to Shopify as it seems we need to reinstall it, our goal is to get the all the metrics for email flow triggers.However we are hesitant since we don’t know what will happen--will our contacts be deleted, emails, etc? We’ve installed Klaviyo few years ago like around 2018 so we didn’t get the easy peasy installation with what we have today.*I could request to do reinstallation but again we are hesitant to do this. Anyone who knows the best way to do this?

I need help getting my account unsuspended. Ive made payment and my card has been charged.its been over 48 hours and I’m yet to get access to my account. I unfortunately cannot access support because it requires a paid account to contact support. I have paid but still don’t have access.
I subscribed to Klaviyo again about 2 days ago which is not being considered a month‘s use. I got a notice stating my monthly paid for subscription will end August 31st. That is not a monthly subscription. Also Purchased the subscription that will allow me to send 5,000 emails in total to 251-500 persons, and I’ve sent that with one email. Now I’m being notified that I’ve reached my limit by just sending 3 emails. Make it make sense please. I’m trying to reach out to a customer rep and you have to pay for that as well. What a rip-off. I need HELP.
Hi, I’ve never been aware that Klaviyo email support it’s available only for 60 days if you’re not on a paid plan. This is definitely one of the biggest cons I’ve seen, but anyway, hopefully you guys can help! I want to add one of my clients accounts inside my Klaviyo account, so I can easily switch between accounts. Would something like that be possible? I read about a Multi-Login feature, but I am not able to understand how to add more stores. Thanks!
Hi, I’m trying to update my URL and add Tiktok to my social media under “Images and Brand.” I’m able to delete content, but I cannot enter text into any of the input fields, and the dropdowns don’t dropdown. For example, I cannot enter any text or my URL, or my Tiktok url in the input box, even though the cursor is blinking and looks active. Also, please note that the social media selection dropdown doesn’t dropdown unless I expand my browser window. It all seems very buggy. Please see screenshots of what I’m talking about.
Hello - nothing seems to be working in my Klaviyo account suddenly! It was working fine yesterday and first thing this morning but not now. I can’t delete lists, make changes to my forms or even set up new lists.Anyone have any ideas why? I don’t currently have any support as just setting up my account and will upgrade to a paid version once I am ready to start sending emails.
hi,Yesterday we realized that our account appeared as a canceled account, none of the team made that cancellation and we have been told a reason why, also our account appears as if we had not contracted our plan which does not make sense since the payment was made a few days before and because we "don't" have the contracted plan, they don't let us use the usual support channels.It is not our intention to delete the account, in fact it is what we want to avoid, but we cannot contact support correctly.
Hello,I have taken over running the company's Klaviyo account. The first thing I noticed is a fun red rectangle saying “Your account is canceled.” We currently don’t have enough active emails to need a paid plan and because of that, I can’t find a way to contact support. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a way to contact support or reactivate my account so I can get it up and running again?Thank you
I have been contacted by someone with a Klaviyo address and provided them some information, but have received another email from them that looks dodgy so concerned Klaviyo has had another security breach. I’ve tried to message support via their link but the message won’t send - there is no way to contact support… I pay a lot of money for this service, what on earth is going on??

I always follow all best email practices, and study/review the latest updates in email marketing on a monthly basis. 2 days ago I was locked out of all 6 of my clients’ accounts because 1 of the accounts was disabled. I have emailed support 3 times and have heard nothing back. I think I know why the 1 account was disabled, and it was 100% an accident: We were having trouble getting Zapier to track sales data from their shopping cart into Klaviyo,so we set up an affiliate link to track sales. We are NOT promoting an affiliate offer: the Klaviyo account is owned by the owners products. We were simply using the link to track sales in the short term while we got their shopping cart to link properly with Klaviyo. I own a small email marketing agency and would NEVER use a Klaviyo account for affiliate marketing. I sincerely apologize for
Hi, for the past 2 days I have been unable to create a flow. It does not matter which flow I select or even creating one from scratch. The website stops on the create flow screen and never progresses. I get the spinning wheel that never stops spinning. Also I have tried to submit a message but that keeps giving me an error also.I am on the free plan currently but with the trouble I am having even using the site I am leery about getting on a paid plan. There seems to be no support at all. All the options they provide to get help are unavailable or not working.
Hello, I have a big problem. All my feeds have been deleted. I'm still on the same account, but it's impossible to contact the support because my subscription has also disappeared, it's back on free. I am still on the same account. I think it's because I checked the button to integrate klaviyo in "application integration" in my shopify shop when everything was working. I think it rebooted and deleted them all. How do I do this?
Hi Community, We have multiple Klaviyo accts and while trying to set up custom domain sending for 1 acct, I accidentally switched it over to the other account’s domain. We’ve since switched it back to its original settings, but I was wondering if it now requires me to start a warming period again with the account, even though we’ve been sending through this domain for 6 months already. Grateful in advance for any direction with this. -Daniel
