How to edit the "Confirm your subscription" email?

Dear community, when a user is signing up for our newsletter, he automatically gets an email with the subject “Confirm your Subscription” and a link within the mail to confirm. I need to edit the content of the mail into German and add some features. Does anybody know how to do this?Thanks and best wishes,Marcel

Multi-Account SetupTutorial

Multi-account is a feature built for clients who want to integrate multiple stores in Klaviyo using one login. To use this feature, you need to create a separate Klaviyo account for each store using the same email address and password. This allows you to track each account without having to log out and log back in using a separate email address. Rather, you can toggle between accounts through the switch option on the upper right of their account.The multi-account feature also extends to your team. Any member on the team can be added as a new user to multiple accounts with their primary address. Once added, the team member will have the ability to toggle between each account on the upper right corner, similar to how the account owner would toggle.Learn more about Multi-Account User Privileges here.

I can't login to Klaviyo.com/dashboard

Hey everyone,I am about to onboard a new client who just invited me to his account but I can’t load the Klaviyo Dashboard and I am worried. Here is a screenshotA - they sent me a new link I am scared to open because picture B isn’t pretty too. B - how can I fix that? Email Usage Limit and Plan Questions

Hi there,In the account settings, I see that we have more profiles than our current email plan. I don’t know how to interpret this “overage” in practical terms though. For instance, if I try to send a campaign to a segment with 1000 profiles, would those emails be sent without an issue? Or will only a portion of those be sent? Does the limit only apply to campaigns that need to go to more than 2500 profiles? I would appreciate if someone could explain, or point me to any documentation with details.Thanks, -oo

Updating the reply-to email address in my account

There may come a time when you need to update your reply-to email address. Perhaps you want to change it for just one message, or for all future campaigns and flow emails you create. Either way, here’s how you can make those updates.Update My Reply-to Address for One MessageBy default, your sender email address will be the same email used for replies. If you want to change the reply-to email used for a particular campaign or flow message, go to the email editor. Before clicking in to edit the content of your email, you will see the options to update the sender name, sender email address, and subject. Below Sender Email Address is a checkbox. Toggle this off to set a different reply-to email from your sender email address.Update My Reply-to and Sender Address for all Future Messagesif you’ve changed your email address recently and need to update it going forward, you can do this within your Account Settings. Go to Account > Contact Information > Organization. There you will see a

Two-steps authentication - new phone

I have two step authentication set up on my account, and use an authenticator app on my phone. I recently got a new phone, and wiped my old one, and my new phone hasn’t carried over my authenticator settings. So when I go to the authenticator app, it doesn’t have my account. Therefore, I can’t access my account to update the authenticator settings. What can I do? (I’m accessing it on my partners account, for the time being).

Embed Link to Preferences Page?

I know that in the text of an email I need to use {% manage_preferences %} to link to the preferences page, but I also want to create an image that my customers can click to manage their preferences (I’m sending them a specific email about managing their preferences). I don’t want to use a custom preferences page, and just want to send them to the one built in Klaviyo. However, I can’t figure out what URL to direct them to to make this possible? Thank you!

Access Client Account via the Partner Portal

Hi all. This is probably a basic question, but I’m new to the partner portal. I have a managed account that’s been approved and is in my list of managed accounts. I cannot figure out how to get into that account and do some work.  I can’t click on the client account and there doesn’t seem to be any way to get in.  Help, please.  Thank you!

How to Change {{ organization.url }

We have recently changed our site’s url.  Now all the links in our flows that use {{ organization.url } go to the old URL and not the new one. I can’t find where in Klayvio settings I update what the organization.url is.  Please help!

Emails not sending because of an invalid SMTPAPI header??

Our account was disabled this week and it was like pulling teeth getting back into it. We were finally let back in and our account was enabled (yay!), so we scheduled a campaign because we had a large group of products launching last night.However, this is what the campaign looks like currently and no one received the email.Then, the email that our Klaviyo account has as the sender email, keeps getting emails from SendGrid saying “Invalid SMTPAPI Header”. We don’t know what this is and want help getting it resolved.

Billing: Active Profiles vs Recipients a month.

A bit confused on the Active Profiles/Recipients/Emails/Campaigns related to billing. Say we have 137,000 active profiles but are at the $20/month plan that allows (I guess??) 251 - 500 people.Are we charged $1,600/month even if we only send 1 campaign a month to a segment of 400 people?Same situation but say we send out 300 campaigns a month with each campaign including 400 different profiles from our 137,000 active profiles. How much will we be billed? The same $20/month right?Another question, let’s say in a month we send out 1 campaign to a 400 person segment from our 137,000 “active profiles”. Two days after that campaign goes out we re-send the campaign to 399 contacts that did not open the campaign. Will we have exceeded our 251 - 500 people (recipients?)?Another question, if we have over 137,000 active profiles but never send out a campaign, will we still be charged $1,600/month just because we have that many “active profiles.”Hope my examples make sense, because I am royally c

HELP! DNS records

Hello! I have very limited experience with configuring DNS records. My Klaviyo account is integrated with my Shopify store (I purchased my domain through Google). The email address associated with my Google domain is “info@mybusinessname.com”.  Therefore, my default sender email address on Klaviyo is “info@mybusinessname.com”. According to my research, it seems like it’s best practice to set up a dedicated sending domain. I’ve successfully done so - my new sending domain is “send.mybusinessname.com”.I’m confused as to how this actually affects my emails. Apparently, it will remove “via Klayvio” from the senders address. More specifically:I’ve sent myself a test email prior to creating the new dedicated sending domain. I never actually saw “via Klaviyo” attached to the senders address. Could this be because the  test email was sent from me to my own account? Would “via Klaviyo” have appeared if I had sent my test email to a completely separate email account? What is the best way to export Klaviyo data of our whole account?

How can I export everything for backup purposes? Say I accidentally deleted our mailing list (we have only one list in Klaviyo), or did something stupid like that.Mailchimp had an ‘Export and Back Up Account Data’ feature that lets you export everything in the account; audiences, reports, templates, campaigns etc. (not that I miss anything from Mailchimp)We love Klaviyo, so I’m hoping that there’s something similar or – as in most comparative situations – something better.Thanks, -oo

Gmail logo/icon displaying broken link

We have recently updated our email icon/logo in Google Admin to what you see in the preview below.But when we send our campaigns it says the link is broken. What happens when you exceed Active Emailable Profiles limit?

Hey Team,We are ramping up our usage of Klaviyo and see we’ve exceed our active emailable profiles.  Does this mean that when my BF emails go out Monday that only 2500 of them will be email? Do I now need to upgrade?

How do I remove or delete a duplicate Klaviyo account?

Hi Klaviyo Family,I am new member of this family, Hope all of you are doing good.I need your help regarding my account, accidently ( I Think) i have opened 2 klaviyo accounts for one shopify store, one is with store name and other one is with company name, I don’t know if it is normal or i have done mistake, I removed one integration but account still appears with the other account  on my klaviyo screen. i uninstalled klaviyo from the shopify to reinstall it but when re installed ,again both account appeared, i don’t know how to fix it, it causes confusion, Thanks in advanceKind Regards
