More form submissions but less people in the list

 My signups form have a total of 192 signups in the past 30 days but the list it submits to has only 63 members. Why is this happening? Am I losing subscribers? Please see images attached Pop-ups submitting to list Welcome 15% Welcome 15% List-

Set up A/B test campaigns

I am trying to set up a series of campaigns where I’ll be running a split a/b test. For example Day 1 campaign on October 2 with audiences A and B, Day 2 on October 4 with audiences A and B, Day 3 on October 6 with audience A and B and Day 4 on October 8 with audience A and B.When I am setting up in campaign, I can only see an option to send a split test that is random, even on days 2-4. I want to set it up so that the first send is 50/50 random, but then for each additional day send, whoever got version A will also get version A for subsequent sends, and whoever got version B will get version B over subsequent sends.Then if there’s new people added to the segment, they would be split 50/50 over each subsequent version. How do I go about doing this?

Consent email from multiple forms

Hi Klaviyo Team,I am encountering some challenges with setting up multiple flows for different sign-up forms that link to the same list, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.Setup:I have two different sign-up forms: One for a discount code Another for a free PDF download Both of these forms link to the same list, which I've named "Newsletter." I have created separate flows for each form, using a filter based on $consent_form_id.Issue:When a user subscribes to one of the forms, they receive the opt-in email, and upon confirmation, the corresponding flow (e.g., the discount code flow) is triggered. I also add a custom property to the subscriber profile at this point. However, if the same user subscribes to the second form approximately 90 minutes later, the $consent_form_id updates, but the new flow is not triggered. The user does not receive the welcome message for the second form either.Additional Information:I have enabled double opt-in for both forms. For

Correcting Email Flow Sending Time

Hi,Due to a configuration error, the second email in our flow was set to send 23 days after the first, instead of the intended 23 hours. I've corrected the timing, but over 1000 people are still queued to receive the delayed email.Is there an alternative to manually cancelling each email in the queue?I aim to:Bulk-cancel the emails scheduled for 23 days later, as they'll be outdated. If feasible, reschedule them for a 23-hour delay instead.Any guidance would be appreciated.Thanks.

Help with {{Custom variables }} inserted into Klaviyo notifications emails

Hi there,I created a form that I’d like to place on my website for customers who are interested in collaborating with us. The form will collect basic and custom properties. From there, I’ve set up a flow that will notify team members that someone has filled out the form. I’d like the email to populate all of the information a customer has provided and the selections they made from a multi checkbox field. How do you populate an email notification with only the selections a customer has made within a multi checkbox field from a form? I have tried multiple things, but nothing populates. My multi checkbox field contains four different custom properties. I have tried the following and both have not worked:{{ event|lookup:'XXX' }} {{ person|lookup:'XXX' }} The current email reads as such. Instant quote emails

hi there One of our clients is a corporate gifting/ merch company, companies can buy t-shirts, mugs, towels etc with their logo on it in bulk. One of the features they are using on site is an ‘instant’ quote trigger. The current set up is done through EmailJS and SmartGrid (?). Do you know if there is a function in Klaviyo where we can do an instant quote type email, where it would dynamically pull in product details, pricing etc based on the customer actions? Thanks!Dan

how to stop Unique Discount Code for Shopify generated in klaviyo being used with other coupon codes or discounts

I have an email template which sends a unique discount to some customers who give us a review. The problem is the discount code generated by klaviyo can be used with other discount coupons. I have tried to go into the discount code set up in shopify but it has ticked that it can’t be used with other discounts but I have tired using it and it can be, any advice?

Hi there! Looking for some syntax help on profile properties and custom properties, appreciate any help or direction! Background: Client has a wholesale sign up form on their website, it includes the basic profile properties like name / email / phone but Ive added in custom properties using multi-checkboxs; for example.  I’ve set up a flow to have “New wholesale sign ups”  send a notification to the sales department email, and would like to populate the message body with the custom variable but am having trouble determining the correct syntax. Browse Abandonment Dynamic Issue

Hi All, In my Browse Abandonment flow’s 1st email, I have a section at the bottom that says ‘You may also like...’ - There is a section to add up to 3 items, (Best selling & Most Viewed), yet only one product is shown and not the Best Selling & Most Viewed items.If anyone can assist or put me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it, thank you! RegardsJames

Smart Send Time

Does anyone here have any opinions on when to use Smart Send? I never worried about it much in the past because our campaign cadence wasn’t very high but we’ve been bumping that up as of late Follow up questions. Is it just a gut feeling you go with? Did you change the default smart send timer?

Klaviyo & Shopify: Abandoned cart flow doesn't work

Hi everyone, I am new on Klaviyo and kind of struggling with the abandoned cart flow.I double checked all my settings like 100 times and everything seems right (i checked all the integration infos, the added and abandoned cart infos) but nothing seems to work. So: I integrated Klaviyo via the app on Shopify. Onsite tracking is enabled, embedded App is activated and snippet (id) is inserted in the custom liquid of my standard product page. I tested it with starting the check out (up until having to insert my credit card infomation then I closed the shop). However: the flow does not get triggered. I don’t know if it matters but I was able to integrate the sign up pop up which works perfectly fine (despite appearing more than once). So the integation must be ok. But even though a few people started the check out, it says: “Checkout started = 0”Can anyone help with this? Determining if your flows need more or less emails

I have recently taken over a few more significant accounts and have analyzed the data to see if more or fewer emails are needed in any given flow. Keep in mind, that I am looking at flows with 3+ emails. Anything with 2 or less, I don’t think applies.The metric that makes the most sense to me in order to make that decision is click rate. If the last email in the flow is above 3%, you can probably go ahead and add another email to the flow. Similarly, if the last email is below 2%, you can probably turn that off. You would then apply that same logic to the next email which is the new “last one”. Wondering if anyone has any other ways to approach this assessment. Thank you.

Hi there,If I want to show an email block to only people in the US, and hide from everybody else, how do I do that?I know that in a flow, I can have a conditional split based on someone’s country, but it sounds easier to do it in one email, to avoid redundancy.Thanks, -oo
