Added to Cart Value Trigger

Hi all, Is there a way to set up a trigger for “Added to Cart Value”? I already have the “Add to Cart” value set up. I’m trying to do a conditional split with Added to Cart Value for cart value at least $99 as customers with at $99 value get free shipping while under $99 would need to pay for shipping.Is there a workaround for this?

welcome series flow - how to link best sellers to a welcome series email

I’m in the middle of creating a welcome series and have managed to create the first 2 emails however for the third one it shows the new arrivals template email which has space for 4 products and a description underneath but I can’t figure out how to get the products to be pulled through to the email from the website. Obviously it needs to be integrated so that someone who signs up to the newsletter one week will possibly be sent different new arrivals to someone who signs up the following week. Any help would be much appreciated.

Flow filters vs Conditional Splits

Hi everyone,We’ve recently taken over managing a Klaviyo account, but it’s not our first rodeo.I noticed they had flow filters in place in an Abandoned Basket flow. It was to exclude users that have purchased zero times since the start of the flow which is obviously correct, however...Is the best method to use flow filters or a series of conditional splits?We’ve always setup a multi-email flow up using a series of conditional splits, which effectively perform the same action of the flow filter. I feel this gives us more control of the flow.I also don’t like seeing a huge number of skipped emails due to flow filters. With the conditional splits it sorts them out before the email is triggered, reducing the skipped number.Would love to know your thoughts.

Incentivising without discount codes

Hi,Our website sells digital lessons and resources to schools and teachers.Some of our customer base are unable to use discount codes due to the way our checkout is set up (They bypass the checkout and use net terms to pay). We’ve struggled to find ways to tempt window shoppers into purchasing or engage in our winback flows without the use of a discount code they can use. Are there any other methods that we could use to engage these customers?

Current Customer signs to Welcome Series

Hi,what happens, if a current customer signs to the Welcome flow (the flow has the filter “Placed Order Zero times since starting this flow”)?Will current customers get the emails from the flow until they buy with the code or did they not get the emails because they’re already customers?I dont’ want to “punish” current customers, so it would be good, if they get the email with the code.How can I avoid, that a current customer signs in, get the code, unsubscribe and signs in again with the same email address to get the code again?What if a person signs to the Welcome flow who already signed in (without unsubscribing)? How can I add an Email who says: you’ve already signed in?Thanks for your help!

Issue with Started Checkout flow sending users to "/none" [Shopify]

Hi there, I’ve been looking through a few threads and haven’t found an answer to this question yet.  Could someone help me figure out why our Started checkout flow emails are sometimes sending people to a “/none” url?I looked at the activity details for multiple customers that have received the flow under:Analytics > Metrics > Checkout Started > Activity Feed > the three dots to the right of multiple users > Activity Details > and then I see the following under the “$value” branch: "responsive_checkout_url":NULL"checkout_url":NULL When users receive this URL they just basically get sent to a blank page, not even to our site. I’ve tested this and looked at dozens of people’s activity details for the checkout started flow, and it looks like about 30% of them are actually getting a link to their restored cart. The rest are being led to nowhere. Do you have any idea why this is happening?Our Checkout Started flow is setup the default way and hasn’t been changed in over a

Failing at Dynamic tables for transactional emails

I’m failing miserably!  I’ve tried sooo many things but still...I can’t suss out how to get it to work.I want to send transactional emails via Klaviyo - so all my Woocommerce order confirmations, shipping etc.I’ve managed to get some info right but for someone who has placed an order of multiple items - the same line shows over and over.  Can anyone tell me how to stop this from happening?I’m also wondering if anyone uses Klaviyo successfully for the transaction emails (woocommerce) - and if so, would you mind sharing your knowledge?Pic attached shows you the repeat order number, address etc etc Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

Incorrect subject line and content pulled from campaign creator

When creating a newsletter using the campaign section I’ve encountered two issues: In some test recipients emails the subject line is from an old email and the content is from the template I inserted. The majority of testers received the correct email. Some testers who have been testers for over a year suddenly aren’t getting our test emails.I can’t see why this is?

How to best set up flow' structures for email frequency preferences?

Hello Klaviyo community,I hope everyone’s having a great day.I am Dang, and I believe it’s important to email people at the frequency that they prefer. It’s better to send the appropriate number of emails than bombarding the customer to make them unsubscribe. I’ve been collecting email frequency preferences, including daily, weekly, and monthly as custom properties.Then tried to restructure my flows according to those frequencies. I tried to use conditional splits and time delays to stagger the email being sent based on the custom property they have applied to their account.The problem is some of our email messages (whether from flows or campaigns) will interfere with each other.So in a flow named A, after receiving Email A#1, instead of receiving Email A#2, a profile could receive a campaign D, or email B#1 (another email from another flow based on their behaviors).You can check the flow in the image below for an example:In the flow, I'll check their frequency preference, let's say We

Custom Notification When New Record is Added To List // Errors with Personalization Fields

I am attempting to create a notification in an existing flow that is generated any time a new lead (record) is added to a list. The goal of the notification is to send an email with the lead details. This includes first/last name, email, phone, etc. along with the answers to specific questions we ask in our FB lead ad form. My setup looks like this… When I attempt to preview this email, I’m seeing the following error(s)Any help in fixing this so a proper email notification is accomplished sharing the above lead parameters is greatly appreciated.

Trigger splits in post purchase flow

Hello!My client needs to send specific use instructions when her clients buy her products. I was thinking to build a post-purchase flow with different triggers depending on what the clients buy. I was just wondering what happens when: A client has 2 + different products in his order and then goes in 2 + different splits: would the client receive 2 + diffetent emails or only one email? I specify that I don’t want to use dynamic blocs because the email will be too long. So I really need to use the trigger splits only. Ideally, I want the clients to receive 2 emails if they buy 2 produtcs because the instructions for use are really different depending on the products.Also, I am currently using the flow trigger “fulfilled order” for this post-purchase flow. Do I need to use the trigger “ordered product” instead? Thank you very much for your help!  Ana.

Abandoned cart link behind product picture not working (Shopify)

Hi there, hope you can help!I have a Shopfiy website https://www.catherinevanhullebusch.com and I’ve set up an abandoned cart flow based on the Klaviyo template. The ‘Return to cart’ button is working perfectly!But in the email there’s also a picture of the product that is in the cart, with a link behind it » that link is not working. It’s taking me to this URL : https://www.catherinevanhullebusch.comproducts/deep-diving?_kx=  and on that URL, I see the error message below: This site can’t be reachedCheck if there is a typo in www.catherinevanhullebusch.comproducts.DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAINThe link address that I see in the e-mail editor is this : {{ organization.url }}products/{{ item.product.handle }} . Abandoned Kart Link

Hello,we have 3 stores shopify connected with Klaviyo.We are using a flow to send email to abandoned carts, for 2 of them the link back to checkout is not working. For all 3 we are using {{ event.extra.checkout_url}}Can someone point me on where and how  this value is set ? Thanks by advance

How to set up flow filters for 48hr and 24hr left for coupon code

Hi dear community!I am setting up a “winback” flow for my welcome flow. So in short, I give everyone that opts in for the Welcome flow a discount code. This discount is dynamic and will stop work after 19 days. What I need to do is set up a seperate flow that only triggers for those who have not used the coupon. The first message should be a 48hr warning that the code is going to perish, then also one at the 24hr mark. For now I have placed the following flow filters:Is in welcome flow and was added at least 17 days ago. Placed order zero times in the last 17 days ago where discout code contains “NAMEOFCOUPON”Have I done it the right way? I only wish for people to be triggered by the flow once in their lifetime and also that it will only be seen by those who have 48hr and 24hr left for their discount codes. I wish you all the best, Saman

How to send same unique coupon code in email flow for same recipient?

hi, in my first welcome series email, i had put {% coupon_code 'CouponName' %}.*my CouponName is SignUpDiscountin the second welcome series email, i would like to remind the recipient that there is a SignUpDiscount that he haven use. But when i test the email, all 3 welcome series email will receive different SignUpDiscount code.How to ensure recipient receive one SignUpDiscount code for one email?I tried to use {{ person|lookup:'SignUpDiscount' }} in second welcome series email, but not successful.( in the preview, it shows NONE)

Translate automations based on browser language

Hi, I’m building an email flow in Switzerland, which has 3 languages. I used to work on Mailchimp and they had this “conditional merge tag” that you could use that would detect the browser of the person and show them the email in that specific language. Something like :IF LANGUAGE (of the browser) = FR then show the FR version of the email IF LANGUAGE = EN then show EN version, etc.  https://mailchimp.com/help/translate-content-in-a-campaign/#Translate_for_individual_contacts Does Klaviyo have something similar ? Thanks a lot for your help.

Each of those events has some specific event properties listed in them. Help! Am I too late to activate winback segment before BFCM?

I am only starting now with preparing my BFCM emails. I do have a welcome flow and a customer thank you flow set up, but not a winback flow.My winback segment is populated with 1500 people who didn’t purchase in the past 180 days.What should I do NOW to make sure I can activate them for BFCM and what should I do DURING BFCM?We are planning to do a 2 week site-wide discount of 25% starting 13/11. Hello community!I have a form on my site and settings flows in Klaviyo. Now I have added German language for my site and accordingly, I want to adjust the following sequence: when leads from Germany, Austria or Switzerland fill out my form on the site, it gets into flows with letters in German. And what is the best way for me to do segmentation in order to German flows active for people from Germany Austria and Switzerland and English flows active for others? by IP location?
