Flow Back in stock on the product that will no longer be available

Hi there,We are collecting email adresses with Back in stock on some products that will never be available again…So I was thinking of doing a Flow that would send an email promoting an available substitute product.Ex: if the product has the tag "end of sale" (we are on Shopify), then push this other sku...What do you think? Do you have any ideas for similar flows?Best

I am on Woocommerce, when a customer places an order, I would like to send an order confirmation email with the summary of the products he ordered in the email.I can't find how to retrieve the products ordered for each order! Help !

Shopify x Klavyio abandoned cart sending both emails

I have a problem with Klavyio and Shopify. When my Klavyio Abandoned Cart Flow sends an email to a customer, Shopify does not take it into account. In "Orders" then "Abandoned carts" the status of the email remains "Not sent" while Klavyio sends an email. Do you know how to make Shopify take the email into account? Thanks

Different coupon code each time flow completed

I have a flow that sends customers a Klaviyo coupon code each time they purchase a specific product.The problem is that customers receive the same dynamic coupon code (eg {% coupon_code ‘Discount’ %} ) each time.Is there any logic (either in the flow, or (ideally) in the email template) to count how many times the customers has purchased the trigger product or completed the flow and display the correct coupon code eg. {% coupon_code ‘Discount_1’ %} for the first time completing the flow, {% coupon_code ‘Discount_2’ %} for the 2nd time etc.

Trigger flow every time a customer orders specific product

I have an email with a discount code that I want to send every time a customer orders a specific product.I’ve set up a flow (see below) which works but is inconsistent.  The flow trigger works correctly when the trigger product (the ‘Gift Card’) is shown as ordered after the ‘Voucher’ product. See below: “your store credit” email correctly triggered The purchase order is always the same in Shopify (Voucher first, Gift Card second).But sometimes the ‘Gift Card’ is shown as ordered before the ‘Voucher’, even though it was purchased after the ‘voucher’.When this happens, no email is sent. No “your store credit” email triggered Its seems like because the orders are purchased so close together, the chronological order is sometimes incorrect and I’m not sure I’ll be able to a fix this.But I’m confused why the email isn’t triggered when the ‘Gift Card’ is shown as purchased first. It doesn’t seem like there is anything in the flow that would prevent the email from sending?  The 2nd issue is t

Flow which sends email to New buyer & buyers whose last purchase was 6months+ ago

Hey guys,I’m creating a flow which sends an information email to new customers as well as customers who have bought in the past, but only if they haven’t bought from us in the last 180 days. This is the flow I’ve created. I was wondering if the 2nd conditional split would work, as I’m unsure if the purchase at the start of the flow is included in the previous 180 days. As technically the customer has made a purchase within that timeframe.Would it be better to change it to “1 order in the last 180 days”, as that is what the initial trigger has (1 order).Feel like I’m being a bit of an idiot here, but just wanted to double check 😅. Cheers in advance​​​​​

If I add the email after the customer purchased does klaviyo get it?

(forcing customers to check out only with email is not an option for our business)Some checkout without email, but then in the order confirmation call we ask for it, and some give it to us, at that point we add it in shopify, does klaviyo get it anyways?

how do i generate multiple Recently view items ?

Our profiles doesnt pick up more than one recently view items. I’m wondering how to fix this part. and also how do i add the link of the recently view items to a button. Thank you

Welcome emails based on different categories - Suggestions Required please

Hi Experts, I am hoping someone to understand the scenario and suggest based on their experience. The question that i am asking could have completed in 2 lines but i believe it is always good to explain to get a valuable suggestion.Question:we have different categories on our store, although the main category is just one from where we are getting 90% of our revenue. Our Onboarding emails (and also other flows) are skewed towards that one category which means we are not creating awareness for our other two categories via flows but definitely sending 1-2 campaign emails around other categories, Just to give more context, most of our tofu traffic comes via ads which is also 80% skewed towards that core category. The exit intent pop up also skewed towards the core category. However we are working to create balance so that we create awareness for the other 2 categories. To start with Flows, I have been thinking to create a hyper personalised flows for one of our highly revenue generated flo

Segment Flows

So I see I’m supposed to be able to do a segment triggered flow, but when I say create a new flow there’s not a way to pick segment.  There’s only per-arranged flows for various things and none of them use segment triggers.  What am I missing?

Extremely High Bounce rate

I just sent a campaign and had a 20% bounce rate - never, ever has this happened. I tried re-sending the campaign to the bounces, changing my subject line (in case that was the issue) and same thing happened. I have my own personal listed and that also bounced. Is something going on?

Hi there,I have a Shopify and want to know if it’s possible to send the order confirmation and order fulfilled emails through Klaviyo instead of using the standard email provided by Shopify?For the order fulfilled email the order tracking number (that is added to Shopify) will need to be included as well. Can anyone offer any help/advice?Thanks,Mike

Repeat Emails Weekly for Date of Birth

Hello,So I have a toy store where we sell toys for babies 0-3 years.As as input we have Date of birth of the babies.Would like to send weekly email about the babies to the parent. ExampleA: if today(4th March2022)baby1 is  born on 7Jan 22, then she is 8 week and 8th week email will gobaby2 is  born on 10 Dec 21, then she is 12 week and 12th week email will go B: After a week 11th March222baby1 is 9 week old and 9th week email will gobaby2 is 13 week and 132th week email will go And that on that date an automatic email is sent every week.How could I generate this? Thanks in advance

Show / Hide Block based on time email is opened

I want to be able to show/hide certain content based on when a user is opening and interacting with content. For example, if I mention a promotion in an email and the user lets the content in sit in their inbox after it expires, I want to be able to then hide the content because it’s no longer relevant. Is this something I can do and if so, how would I do it?

Why Doesn't My Dashboard Performance Doesn't Match My Campaigns Revenue?

Hi All Who Are Interested, So I’ve recently had this issue where in the month of February, my monthly campaigns shown on the dashboard in February doesn’t match up to my individual campaigns (if i claw it from my campaigns tab). Prevent People from entering a flow while in another flow

Do we have a flow filter option that will prevent people from coming in to a certain flow while they are inside another flow? Just so we can avoid like sending them automated message from post-purchase flow and VIP flow at the same time - for example.

Sudden decline in open rates - trying to determine cause

We market to consumers and physicians. We have both consumer and physician emails in our Klaviyo profile but we use different sender emails / reply to emails for consumers vs. physicians.Up until recently we have very high open rates for our consumer emails (50%+) … recently they have significantly declined over a 6 week period, I haven’t changed any of the content. The only thing I can think of is a slow down during the holiday break as our target consumer is very busy during that time.   The only thing I can think of is that we sent a few emails starting in December to a small (less than 500 recipients but about 5 campaigns total) group of physicians who we met a while back at a tradeshow. We imported the list and we had never sent to them before. We had high bounce rates with this campaign, although open rates have been high and consistent. I think the bounce rates come from many physicians having strict spam filters and some of the emails were old.  Do you think the bounce rate inc

Hi, I have a BigCommerce store and have added the cart rebuilder app by Arctic Leaf and the flow that they recommend.My question is, if I have that flow, do I need an abandoned cart flow also??Or does the Arctic Leaf app cover my bases?Thanks,-Jason

Show/Hide Text Block in an email using Show/Hide Logic (new editor)

I want to include variable data (just a block of text) in a post-purchase flow.eg, If a customer has purchase certain items, I want to show relevant data. Instructions, directions, extra info, etc.  I found the Show/Hide logic feature, but it’s just a text-input line. I would’ve expected a drop-down showing all of the available variables/syntax and options. I’m really surprised that it’s this open-ended. Is there a list somewhere of possible variables that I can copy/paste in to ensure that the logic string is entered correctly?  All of the instructions I can find for this are the older editor, too - and none are for this specific use case.

Text block email link doesn't work on computer

Hi,I’m using Klaviyo to send out emails.At the bottom of every mail, I have a contact section. Here I want link to my e-mail through text. I’m doing exactly as this guide says (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005085147-How-to-Add-a-Link-to-an-Email-Address) for the Text block email link.It works on my phone but when I try to click the link on my computer, it just opens a blank browser page.Can anyone help? :-)Best,Kristine

Flow filters for post purchase

Hi All,  We are currently making a dynamic flow for our post purchases emails so that dependant on the product you receive the information in the email will change. We have got everything set up but now want to restrict the flow so it is only delivered on peoples first order of each product.The problem I am having is that someone may buy product X once and then product Z next, and the only filter I can come up with would mean on purchase of Z they wouldn't receive the emails.  Does anyone know a solution for this? best, Sophie

Hi there, New to the new Klaviyo editor! Trying to create a static table for Abandoned cart email. Trying to figure out how to add a placeholder image here, as outlined in some previous conversations. I havent been successful with any of the options available in new editor.
