Flow not working as expected: "Preview Trigger Setup" indicates it should

 For my campaign I have setup a flow that sends out an email to each person subscribing to a list called “FB Ad Leads (Seasonal Calendar)”, which is coming in via Facebook Leads, and Seasonal Calendar Leads, which is coming in via a pop-up on our website.I am having the following situation:Both lists contain emails and have the column “Language” filled with information  Going to the “Preview Trigger Setup” it shows that those contacts are eligible for this flow  For new contacts coming in, no email is send out For existing contacts, when “Back Populating Flow Recipients” no emails are send out.Any support on this matter would be very much appreciated.Any idea what might cause this issue to arise? Thanks a lot for your help

Abandoned Cart / Dynamic element does not work

Hi Community, I use a cart abandoned flow with a dynamic element, which does not work. The customer should be able to see, the product picture of the item in the cart, but the test mails don’t show anything. Alle the products are connected with Shopify and are on stock.I use the following code which I saw in the community, but it does not really work: {% if item.product.variant.images.0.src %}{{item.product.variant.images.0.src}}{%else%}{{item.product.images.0.src|missing_product_image}}{%endif%}Can you tell me the mistake I am making?Chris

Structure custom delivery dates in Flow

Hello Guys!     My Name is Sohaib and Me and My client trying to use Future delivery dates in our custom e-commerce Integration named Solidus.Our store has feature of future delivery dates of our product how can we send this data in klaviyo, so we can use it in flows and campaigns?There’re four types of plans that have future delivery dates feature.?We want to use four different flows for each plan.Can we send the data of future delivery dates in four different custom properties of profiles and use it in different flows?or is there any other method?

Adding Decimals Using the Add Filter

Hello!I’m attempting to add two variables using the add filter and then multiple the result{{item.options.price|add:item.unit_price|multiply:item.quantity|floatformat:2}}This works fine if both item.options.price and item.unit_price are whole numbers. If one is a decimal, the addition does not happen. I’ve also tried a simplified version{{item.unit_price|add:0.25}}And only the item.unit_price is shown without 0.25 added. Can the add filter handle decimals?

Welcome Series triggering when order status updates to "Order Fulfilled"

My new sign up forms were made live on our website this morning as part of our Klaviyo implementation (yay!) but the Welcome Series keeps triggering to people when their order status is changed to “Order Fulfilled” even though they subscribed to the newsletter list days ago. How do I stop this from happening? I don’t want to exclude people who sign up via the checkout / account registration areas but I can’t keep having these emails send to the wrong customers that have already received the welcome series through our previous EPS.

Email campaign to 3 segments

Hi,  I am wondering - when I send an email via campaigns and select 3 segments to send to, do i have to worry about a recipient who is in 2 or more of the segments getting 2 emails from the campaign or will smart sending take care of that.

PayPal Abandon Cart Gap

setup a flow after changing preferences

Hi,I want to set-up a flow to reward people that have added extra information in the preference page.First step is that I created an email with a button tot the preference page. So far so good.Second step should be a flow based on a trigger (with filter) to send out a personalised email with vouchercode. The flow trigger is a list (subscribers) and the flow filter is “what someone has done, updated email preference at least once since starting this flow”.But the flow wont start. What do i do wrong?Txs

Reply to email button

First question here and not sure if it’s going to make sense.I know that there is a code that I’ve just been shown that allows you to send a new email to someone (emailto:joe@bloggs.co.uk) but I was wondering if there was a way to reply to the email the customer receives through a button within the email? Maybe it’s a shortcut that I don’t need but I’ve been asked by my manager to see if it’s possible. We are developing what I’m calling a ‘spam buster’ encouraging people to reply to the email to help with a spam problem as well as lots of other thing we are trying.Please let me know if any one can help. Thank you,Jack

Can't edit email in flow

Hi there, I am trying to edit a couple of emails I have in a flow. When I click on edit, it takes me to the page where you chose drag and drop etc, as if I don’t have an email there yet… when I click on preview… I can see my already created email!  Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Non-clicker conditional split on a specific link pulled from a profile property

HiI have a welcome email in a flow where it is really important for the recipient to fill out an onboarding form. If they don’t the client can’t provide the services required.So, I wanted to create a follow up email to those who have not clicked on the onboarding form link. I could do the follow up to those that haven’t opened or clicked the email but this isn’t as specific as I want. I really need to isolate non-clickers of the specific link.My issue is that this link is unique to every recipient and is dynamically pulled in from the customer’s profile i.e. {{ person|lookup:"enrolment_phase_two_typeform_link" }}I thought I’d found a solution by going down the route of the whether they filled out the Typeform form but this has complications based on how the client has set up the form.So essentially I need to isolate a specific clicked link that is pulled in as a custom property. Abandoned Cart Reminder > Added to Cart

I just setup an abandon cart reminder flow. should the button stay on manual, or do I need to switch it to LIVE for the automation to be active? I did all the steps for Shopify  including: created the added to cart event also how do i navigate to this url from the navigation? https://www.klaviyo.com/library/flowsor is this a an orphan page and I would need to remember the URL?

Zoom customer support?

Hello! I’ve been playing around with Klaviyo for a week now and I really need to set this up rightWe’re a non-ecommerce service that has various segments such as driver, rider, both, verified status, onboarded status, etc. and I’m creating our activation flows to engage our users from the moment they sign up to the moment they book a trip/riders.It feels unnatural using Klaviyo across 3 different user types because along the flow of verification they go from signed up → assigning themselves a user type → onboarding. Is there any way to hop on a call with customer support for an hour or so to go over our business needs? I’d love to share my screen to show what we’re doing.

Browse abandonment is not populating

Hello,I am having issues with my browse abandonment emails not populating.  I can see from the analytics that data is being collected, however data feed doesn't seem to be flowing the info through to the email in every case (see photos below).  Can anyone help me trouble shoot how to fix this?

Bulk e-mail with PriceDrop Flow - Yes or No ?

I just set up "price drop flow".Does anyone know what happens if we put e.g. 100 products down, and customers have looked at e.g. 50 of these.Do customers then receive 50 emails, or are several products displayed in the same email ???In order not to risk this, I have already put a trigger on, which means that they do not receive the email if they have received a May within 16 hours //Steff

AfterShip Flows Not Coming Up After A Successful Integration

Hello everyone,  I am currently facing an issue. I just recently integrated AfterShip with Klaviyo. The metrics are all active but I am not seeing AfterShip nor its flow templates (Order In Transit, Order Out for Deliver and Received Delivery).  in the Flow setup section.I can manually create the flows and setup the triggers but I don’t know where to get the codes.Please help

Hi I was wondering if anyone has managed to enable their colleagues in store to communicate with local customers, either in a 1-to-many way (advertising special offer / events for example) or in a 1-2-1 way (private shopping follow-up for VIPs)?Either using Klaviyo directly or integrating another platform/app to Klaviyo to manage data capture and management (permissions) in one place. ThanksLeo

How to use show /hide with some condition is given in email for example when someone purchased this product second condition when some one not purchased this product. And last condition when only view this product only. So this type of condition how will use use show hide condition code.

How do I send an AUTO-email for an OUT OF STOCK VARIANT

Hi guys, need some help with something pretty basic. I need to send an AUTO-EMAIL when someone PLACES AN ORDER for a specific VARIANT (i.e. color) that is OUT OF STOCK. I want to send them an email right after their order stating that we’re getting RESTOCKED in that particular color. Again, it’s pretty basic but can’t figure out how to do this.  Any idea?

About market as spam email...

Hi, I am new to all this and I have a simple question. In a campaign one customer “marked email as spam”.Does this mean that the customer marked it as spam or his email provider (hotmail) did this automatically?It is odd to me since this customer is kindof a friend and we have great contact :)

How to send sizes of specific products in Klaviyo after customer views the product

Here is what I am trying to accomplish- I have a shopify store and I want to share sizes of my product with customers once they check the product page.  I am thinking of having a pop-up which gives them the option to recieve the email or SMS with the sizes. So how can I automate this into a flow? Will I get the title of the product page on which the customer fills the form in Klaviyo as a metric that I can use. Once I get the title, I am thinking it’s possible to use the conditional logic and share the size. I also have metafields of all the products and sizes in the Shopify store, is there any way to extract those into Kalviyo? Or if someone can suggest a better way to do this!

Teaser still showing after being turned off

I have turned off the teaser because it is covering the menu on mobile and I find it very annoying. However, it is still showing on a bunch of computers and phones even after hard refresh and clearing caches. It’s also been at least a month. Please help!

Why is my Campaign Review Page A Blank Screen?

Hello! I am trying to submit my first email campaign (woohoo). After setting up my campaign, when I go to the review screen, it is completely blank and does not load. I have cleared my cache, tried on different browsers and even signed in on my phone. Please help! Just really want to submit this today. When I click on “support” it won't even let me open the support page.

Hi Team,I have use following API to get all campaign name  and person count- https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/campaigns?api_key=key Issues  -  not able to get one campaign name “Briefcase + Cord Wallet = Back to Work”its not available in above api, but its available in klaviyo dashboard.Can anyone help me to understand why this particular campaign name is not listed in above api.Thank You...
