I need help with a flow, I have a wholesale company but also do direct to consumer, smaller orders. I need to make sure my wholesale clients from my list are not getting my abandoned cart and any basic flows for that matter. How do I weed those out when setting up my flow.
Hi, We recently started using Klaviyo and we hoped that there would be a flow trigger for ‘order delivered’ via Shopify. We know that we automatically send those emails through Shopify currently to our customers, but it would be great if Klaviyo had that trigger set up as well for us to use. Does anyone have any indication if this is in the works? We know there are integrations like Aftership, but we ship our orders through Skubana and prefer to keep using that platform (we use UPS and Endicia through Skubana for shipping our orders).
Hello, I have looked through all price drop queries and can’t seem to find an answer to my question as I am using the price drop flow already. I have had the price drop flow set up for a while now using the template pulling in the tags but it is not showing any product in my preview or in the real emails (see screenshots below) Can you help with this please? Why is the product not appearing?I read a few things about it should be static not dynamic, or if the product is out of stock is this correct? , would they flow send if the product was out of stock?Flow tag used:Email appearing with no product: Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!
Hi,I’m trying to create a flow which sends new customers an email containing information about the product they have bought. Would a flow like this be the correct way to implement this? If this is the correct way, I do have some questions about the configurationDo I pick “ProductNames” or “ItemNames”, or does it not matter? For the “Type:”, should I put “Text” or “List”? or does it not matter again?Also, should Flow Filter in the Trigger at the start be “Since this flow began”?Thanks in advance for any answers
I set up a flow to send a series of emails when a customer purchases a specific product, seems simple enough. I even purchased the product MYSELF to test that the flow worked. It looked like it was working, so far the first two emails have gone out to the people who have purchased, but for some reason, the FIRST person who ordered the product did not get the third email in the series. Her account wasn’t skipped, there is NO way to force the email to go out to her, to resend it or anything. Her account just NEVER went to the next email in the flow. WHAT THE HECK? The only thing I can think of is that she was skipped at the beginning due to Smart Sending (the bane of my existence) but I fixed that and she got the SECOND email just not the third! Oh and for some reason, I’m not getting the emails either, plus there is no way to MANUALLY send the flow emails or push my account through the flow, I just don’t exist in there anymore, even though I DID purchase the item and so I should get t
Hi there, I’m attempting to create various Show / Hide logic blocks within my Abandonment Flows. Usually I don’t have a problem but as I’ve attempted more complex logic, I can’t get the syntax or the blocks working correctly. For context. we’re using a Shopify Integration.I would like to Show a block when the event (in this instance, Abandoned Cart) has free shipping available only. As we tag these products in Shopify (and Klaviyo can see these tags) I assumed that I could do this by using the following: event|lookup:'Tag' == 'SHIPPING - £0' The syntax is correct (so far as Klaviyo doesn’t seem to see an error), but the block doesn’t show in the preview despite the logic being true. The tags are correct too, down to the capitalisation and the spacing.Likewise, I attempted to use Brand instead of Tags, because I wondered if Klaviyo only looked at the first few tags rather than the full list and tried: event|lookup:'Brand' == 'Prada'but the same is true as above, the syntax is correct bu
