Product personalisation in header

Hello, Is there a way to add personalisation in the form of last viewed product into the subject line of an email?I want to create an abadoned browse email - I received an email from a company showing me the last product I had viewed in both the header and the email body and it really did entice me to open. Abandoned Cart Flow not feeding through to product checkout/cart

Hey, I’m having issues with my abandoned cart flow. When testing, it’s correctly displaying the details of the items in the abandoned cart, however when i click through to ‘return to cart’, it takes me through to the that product page on my woocommerce website, but not through to the checkout/cart. It’s not even registering that my cart has an item in it, which kind of defeats the point of having this set up in the first place.  Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Birthaday flow

Hello I want to set up birthday flow but it’s not working. I have set up below steps for that : - I have set up the custom property as a “birthday” in the profile. - Also select that property in signup pop up which is shown when our site load. and in that any customer add their birth date ( DD/MM ) ( https://prnt.sc/YxmMRjwKt_mP ) - Create flow “Happy birthday” ( https://prnt.sc/1Wwqhz4ncsM6 ) Question : - When I Submit pop up form from the site date will be add year also why this is happning ? I have not set that date formate in pop up  ( https://prnt.sc/VshRUFKWv0Zz ) - How can I test this flow is working or not ? Is there any way to chek ?

Using Klaviyo for third party app emails notifications

Hello!I request your help once again. In my Shopify store I use some third part apps. Some apps have the feature to be integrated with Klaviyo, so I prefer to keep the same style and so Klaviyo manages those email notifications.One example, an app which manages the shipping. This app sends some emails based on the status of shipping because in linked to my transport company.Well, when I create a template in Klaviyo I need to insert some app's variables, for example {{shipment_status}}. Klaviyo saves the template without any problem.Soon after I create a flow where the trigger is an event from my app, no problem also. This is the triggerAnd this the flow:The issue is when I select the email template within the flow becuase Klaviyo says "The template you have selected contains invalid syntax. Please click here to edit it." It's obvious Klaviyo doesn't recognize {{shipment_status}}, but this variable will be provided from my app.Is there a way for Klaviyo to ignore these variables? Becaus

How to remove a segment from a Welcome Flow

My current welcome flow is sent out to anyone who subscribes to our newsletter - it’s set so if they haven’t made a purchase before they get a 10% discount code.I am now setting up a specific sign up form on a landing page where if you sign up those people to receive a value off their next order.I don’t know how to set this up. Two things:I would like these new sign ups to be excluded from the standard welcome flow as they will receive a different type of discount I would like them to receive a similar set of emails to my current welcome flow except for the discount (not sure if you can clone a welcome series and adapt?)I don’t know if I need to add some kind of condition into my current welcome flow that allows what I want to happen OR if I need to exclude these sign ups from my original one and have a second welcome flow for the new landing page sign ups?any help will be much appreciated!thanks

Show products on backorders in product recommendation feed

Hi, I am wondering if there is an opportunity of showing products on backorders in product recommendation feed? I am using WooCommerce.As product quantity is set to 0, Klaviyo considers the product is out-of-stock. Is there any way to identify if product is allowed to backorder?We have a lot of products that are made to order and it is very important feature.Thank you.

How to stop coupon email from being delivered to spam?

Hello,I have 2 questions as below:(1) Per my test on my own gmail email address, I found my coupons being delivered to spam. So how do I stop my coupon emails from being delivered to spam?(2) Once the visitor on my website enters their email address, how do I set-up a message popping up as “Please check your SPAM folder if you don’t see our coupon delivered to inbox as sometimes our coupon emails do end up there”? Any best practices to notify the visitor about this without raisin any red flags related to spam considering the fact that some customers might think I am sending them spam emails which I am obviously not. I would appreciate your response, thanks!

Different emails based on different payment method

Hello,I’m looking to send payment instructions once someone places an order. Depending on the method of payment chosen different instructions needs to be sent. It cannot be done through show/hide logic since in one payment method no instructions are to be sent and the order confirmation email is to be sent right away. What I am essentially looking to know is that is there a way by which I can conditional split based on the payment method? If not what would be the best possible way to achieve this?

Dynamic Image Url

Hello. My problem is with the dynamic url of abandoned cart email.When i am clicking on the title of the abandoned cart email which in my case is 4/6 layer shoe rack, it is taking me to this url- {http://heavenlyfindz.comproducts/4-layer-shoe-organizer?_kx=} which is wrong.Earlier it took me to the right url- {https://heavenlyfindz.com/products/4-layer-shoe-organizer?_kx=pSvtDZRCWyVGivjNviDjVQ%3D%3D.U8NLAH}. The main thing is the “/” which i is missing after the company name. Can anyone help me?

Skipped profiles still show "received email"

Hi, I sent a campaign which 95%+ of recipients were skipped (smart sending). However, looking at the list of profiles that were skipped, each individual profile’s activity shows a “received email” event. My question is, does “received email” mean:they were on the list of recipients for that campaign (and MAY have been skipped)? OR they actually received the email? all 4190 Skipped Profiles’ Activity show this event for that specific campaign Please help,Thanks!

"Reply to this email to buy" flow possibility?

Hi all! Is there a way to set up a Klaviyo flow such that when the customer replies to your Klaviyo email, they will automatically get something? For example, if I send an email saying Reply to this email with “DISCOUNT” to get a special discount code, and then my customer replies with “DISCOUNT”, I want them to automatically receive another email with the special discount code. I know Klaviyo doesn’t track replies to emails, but is there any way around this? Is there maybe a way to include a pixel or something in Klaviyo emails to track whether there was a reply or not? Something I could do with Klaviyo API? Any creative responses would be greatly appreciated!! :)

Facebook pixel data mismatch

Hi, I have my Klaviyo set up with Shopify for abandoned carts. When I check the data on Facebook meta pixel, I am having numerous abandoned carts a day but this information is not syncing to Klaviyo - is it because these people who are abandoning carts are not signed up to my email marketing?

Long sunset - spreading out profiles over email sends

Setting up a sunset strategy for an ecommerce brand, that is heavily influenced by seasonality. Meaning that the biggest portion of customers are usually most interested at the start of the season (spring in this case) and might update their equipment then. People might also skip a couple of years and not buy anything but around every 5 years they ought to have returned (if not, they have quit the hobby). We need to be with them at the moment they do decide to make another purchase.We send out weekly newsletters currently with promotions. If I’d go by the usual 60/90 days to suppress profiles, we’d be missing out on them next season. Hence, I’m trying to come up with ways to counter this.Thinking about something along the lines of:First part of the strategy60d no engagement: change frequency from weekly to monthly trigger based: open/click newsletter? change back to weekly 60-180d no engagement: no more newsletters (but don’t suppress) Trigger based: viewed website? Change back to mon

How to enter former profiles within the "1st Anniversary" flow

Hello there,I have just started the “1st Anniversary” flow based on the First Purchase date. The flow works fine because new clients are being added into the waiting line.However, more than one year ago I created a flow to enter the First Order, so I have many profiles who have the first order date before I started the Anniversary flow, therefore How can I enter those former profiles into the Anniversary flow?I mean, to do like a “refresh” in order to the Annivesary flow takes into account to those clients.Thanks in advance.Miguel

Why were almost all e-mails "skipped"?

I sent a newsletter (not a flow) to around 10,000 e-mail-addresses. Only 30 e-mails arrived, the rest were declared “skipped”. Why can this be the case?

Email Campaign Open rate dropped in April 2024

As I’ve noticed a drop in open rate of my email campaigns in the month of April, where my average open rate in March was 49% and now in the past month April open rates I’ve seen were the lowest ever like 30%, 33% and even 29%.So here I’ve noted couple of points which could be the reason for the drop in open rate percentage according to me.1. Using multiple links could be an issue, like using amazon links especially because in March Google & Yahoo updated their email policies so this could be a big reason.2. One insight I got from the Klaviyo support team said to avoid getting into spam box we should have at least 500 characters of text in the emailer.So would like to know the community’s view on this and would like have suggestions how can I fix my dropping open rate.

Hello everyone,I'm currently working on refining our "Abandoned cart email" system, and I'm facing a challenge regarding how to display the amount saved from discounted items. I'd like to clarify that this doesn't involve coupon codes.Here's a snippet of what we have so far in the email template:{{ item.ProductName }} Items: {{ item.Quantity|floatformat:0 }} Total: {{ item.ItemPrice|floatformat:2 }} USD However, we're encountering an issue where the total amount mentioned in the email doesn't reflect the savings customers make from discounted items.I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions to what shortcode I should add to the above. Looking forward to hearing from you.
