Does anyone know how to embed a youtube video directly into the email so that it plays there? Is there a way to do this or is it a paid service we need? Thank you!

Klaviyo doesn’t allow videos in emails yet..
What you can do is add thumbnail from the video and link it to the video url or you can create short Gif and add that to the email..

Unfortunately there is still no update on this. I will send your feedback to our product team in hopes that it helps this get implemented. I will update you here when there is news to share!

Is possible to have the video open in the Youtube App, instead of the web browser?
I’m here in summer 2024, any updates on this?
