Hi Klaviyo Community,
We have designed some gorgeous custom emailers in Stripo and would now like to customize them within Klaviyo so they have elements such as the customers order number, product details etc.
Does any one have any tips or information on how we can make that happen?
We are using Magento 2 as our eCommerce platform if that helps and have the integration fully set up

Hi
In order to accomplish this, you’ll need to first import your custom email templates. This article details how you can go about that. Next, you’ll need to create a flow triggered by an Event from your eCommerce platform that contains the data you want to use in your email. So for example, if you wanted to dynamically display your customer’s product details, the flow has to be triggered off an Event that contains product details.
