Hi @artloungein, thanks for sharing this with the Community!
In order to accomplish this, you’ll need to first import your custom email templates. This article details how you can go about that. Next, you’ll need to create a flow triggered by an Event from your eCommerce platform that contains the data you want to use in your email. So for example, if you wanted to dynamically display your customer’s product details, the flow has to be triggered off an Event that contains product details. This article provides a comprehensive guide on how to personalize your flow emails with dynamic data.
Let me know if this helps!

@artloungein If you’re interested in sharing, we’d love to see a screenshot of your custom emailer design (of course, leaving out any private info). Always great to see some #artinspo when it comes to creative email designs!
Thanks for the feedback @k.mcevoy we are going to have some time to test this over the weekend and will report back.
@cassy.lee - Glad to once we have it working the way we need It is a simple layout but our graphic designer has made some fun illustrations to give each one a pop of personality.
@artloungein love when there’s a little custom element that makes it uniquely on brand, even in a simple layout. Looking forward to seeing them when you’ve layered in all the product details/order number elements in!
Hope you have an excellent week,
-Cass.
