Brand Library Fonts: Why three is an option to upload but not to use them in templates

HI!I wandered trough the internet and could not find the answer to this issue! In the brand library i uploaded the font, I see the box with it in the brand library so i believe all is successfully uploaded, but how can I use the uploaded font in my templates?

How to Fix Issues with Adobe Fonts?

HiI have 3 questions regarding the use of Adobe fonts:2.  I'm currently using the adobe font aileron. How do use the Light version instead of the regular? I tried different version in the snippet (Aileron Light, Aileron-Light, "Aileron Light", "Aileron-Light") but none of them works. How should I write it?1. All of the text block have an additional empty raw at the end of the text. If i delete this empty raw, the font changes back to Helvetica. having this empty raw really masses up my email. How do I fix this?3. Can I make the adobe font the custom font for my entire email style? changing it on every block is very time consuming.Thanks

Why is my Header/Logo/ Smaller than In Other Email Templates?

Hi there! I’m not sure why this started happening, but I began to use the link buttons with the logo centered. It started out great at first, with the logo appearing larger than the links. However, now when I try to do it in an email, my logo is automatically generating in a much smaller size. I’m using the exact same picture and everything, so I’m not sure why this is happening…. please help! thank you!

Customize product block size stop clipping

Hi there, We are having a problem with Product Blocks constantly getting clipped because there is a huge amount of HTML/css behind them which significantly adds to the size clipping limit in email clients. 2 Questions:Is there a roadmap to optimize the product block code to reduce the code size? Is there a roadmap to allow custom code for product blocks? I know there are hacks for custom product blocks but my users really need to be able to use the visual product selectorThanks

Loop through products in event but only include items based logic

I’m working on creating an order cancellation email based on event data from our OMS. The current event data I’m working with has a product array of all items in the order, with each item having a status of shipped, cancelled, etc. I have my template setup and correctly pulling the items from the event, however it is pulling all items in the event rather than just the “cancelled” ones.When using a dynamic table, is it possible to add filtering logic in the row collection field that would only loop through products that evaluate “true” for a specific attribute?

Troubleshoot adding a custom web font

Hello, I’m trying to add a Self Hosted custom web font into our email campaigns. The font was purchased through typography.com. Their instructions say to add the “CSS Key” code directly into the head tag of the email as well adding code inline to style each <td>. Klaviyo’s instructions use the @font-face method, which seems much friendlier. Please help!

Lack of drag-and-drop functionality from HTML template

Hi all,I assume this is probably a frequently asked question, however I was unable to find an answer elsewhere, so apologies in advance if there is an obvious solution here. When I export a Klaviyo template to html, and then I create a new template from that generated code, the new template becomes uneditable within the template editor (can only edit it via code). Despite the template being identical to the one created from the template editor, the editor does not seem able to support it going in the opposite direction.Additionally when I create a template programmatically via Klaviyo’s API and use html that is from a Klaviyo generated template, the resulting template is uneditable within the editor.What I’m trying to do is be able to edit Klaviyo templates in my account and then send them to different Klaviyo accounts and have them be editable within the new account. Alternatively, it would be cool to be able to design them in an external tool, and inject them back into Klaviyo and ha

New Template Editor not scaling correctly when 'mobile optimisation' is Off

When using the new editor… under the ‘Style’ tab when I switch Mobile Optimisation off - mobile styles such as padding and font size are still applied to the email.In the old editor, when Mobile Optimisation was switched Off, my email would simply be scaled down for mobile devices.Is there any way to get the new editor working like the old one in this regard…?

What is that standard font called in the welcome series flows?

Hi, what is the name of the standard font used in the welcome series emails? It does not specify the name or size of the font when I go into edit the text. I would like to keep that same font and size in the campaign emails but when I select a drag and drop template in campaign, the font looks quite ugly despite going through all the font styles and sizes. Is the font specific to the template selected? How do I get the same font in campaign emails as the welcome series emails?

New Editor: Remove Spacing in Header/Link Bar on Mobile

Hello, what I'm trying to achieve is simple: have multiple images side by side with zero spacing between them on mobile.Link/button spacing is set to manual, and spacing amount is set to 0px. Works on desktop version, not on mobile. Changing the max width manually does not work. Spacing persists no matter the size of the images used. How can I get this working? Cheers

Custom font in product blocks?

Is it possible to specify a custom font for the product titles in the product blocks?I have managed to do this for text blocks, and see there is a selection of available options in block styles, but I want to specify a google font that isn’t available in the dropdown for the product titles/prices in the product block.Thanks!

Table is rendering incorrectly on mobile

I need assistance. So, I'm very much interested in Klaviyo and I've taken several courses from the academy.I decided to recreate an email I got inbox and it worked well, when I sent a preview email, on mobile the table under the Logo looked like this image, but the table in the original email looked much better from the senders. How do I fix this? I want the items on the table evenly spaced out and on one line.
