Bug with borders in table blocks

Hi everyone, I’m currently trying to work on a new email templates. Until now, I was using columns to create grid of products, but as I now want to have my template working both on desktop and mobile, I transformed it into a table block in order to keep the grid layout with two columns on mobile too.In this table block, I want to add a thin white border between my cells, which seems to be done with the border-right and border-top options. Unfortunately, even though the border-right of the last cell doesn’t appear in the preview (which is obviously the right behaviour), it appears on the preview that I send to my email address, creating some really strange design.It looks like a bug in the table block, or I just don’t understand how it’s supposed to work.Thanks in advance!

Why are my Emails getting clipped in Gmail?

Hi,So I have this issue from sometime now and need to solve it.Normally our email campaigns are not very long so they don’t have to be clipped but we do have sometimes more sales at once and need to show them all in an email campaign so, of course, the email is clipped and when I click on the “read entire message” link, the email appears so distorted that you can’t understand anything from the email.How can I do it so that it shows exactly how it appears in the preview mode, no distortion or moving parts. Could anybody please help me with some advice?Thank you in advance. I have Manual email sign ups from a Market and other venues.  How can I get them to receive my Welcome Flow?   New Subscribers doesn’t have a way to manually enter a name as far as I can tell.

Product Feeds Major Bug with Shopify

I think I found a major bug with the Product Feeds and the Shopify integration. For the life of me, I’ve been trying to figure out why the product feeds were only showing a few products and not displaying the correct best sellers. Well after some testing and experimenting, I think Klaviyo only displays products in the product fee that have a Track Quantity checked (See attached). My store is primarily a virtual good store where I sell digital downloads, so the only product showing are products where I deliver a serial number via a list, which I do track inventory in this case.  I’m new to Klaviyo and although I love the new features, as an engineer, I’ve found quite a few major bugs with this software that I wasn’t expecting given the high price I pay per month. Can anyone verify this?

Magento 2.4.1 Integration Issue

Following the instruction to install the extension for magento 2.4.1 I came across an error when activating the integration. Once click integrate Magento 2 on the popup window, I was told the error message below. I double checked the API details are correct, and also the firewall Sucuri is not blocking Klaviyo. Anyone has experienced the same issue?  There was an error while integrating your Klaviyo account with Magento 2. WooCommerce: Error Your Authentication credentials have expired or are invalid

After trying to connect Klaviyo to Woocommerce, I’m getting this error. Hi team,I’m working with Woocommerce and looking for the best way to fix my coupon-issue(s). I recently switched to Klaviyo and really looking for some help :)SituationI’m selling discovery boxes for $35. When the customers buys the full product within 30 days, the $35 will be discounted.Right now I’m working with AutomateWoo: everytime the discovery box is purchased, it generates an unique discount code, valid for 30 days and autosends an email, reminder and last chance. But I want to send out the emails with Klaviyo for tracking and branding purposes. From what I’ve read it isn’t possible to autogenerate unique codes for Woocommerce with Klaviyo that are only valid for a set period of timee. My solutionUse the Smart Coupons x Woocommerce plugin to generate say 100 codes. Make them valid for 1 year, upload them in Klaviyo and send them out to discovery box buyers.(If you already know a better way, please let me know!)The problem with my solution is:I have to manually generate and uplo

Email Usage Limit and Plan Questions

Hi there,In the account settings, I see that we have more profiles than our current email plan. I don’t know how to interpret this “overage” in practical terms though. For instance, if I try to send a campaign to a segment with 1000 profiles, would those emails be sent without an issue? Or will only a portion of those be sent? Does the limit only apply to campaigns that need to go to more than 2500 profiles? I would appreciate if someone could explain, or point me to any documentation with details.Thanks, -oo

Yet another birthday property question

Hi!I’ve read through the other responses here about setting up birthday flows, but I’m still lost to be honest.I’ve created a signup form, formatted MM/DD with the profile property ‘birthdate’Same again for the hidden field birthdate MM/DD. For whatever reason it’s not saving  this as a property (it’s formatted with the date block and not a text block so it isn’t that).What am I doing wrong? When I go to start the flow I can’t find the ‘birthdate’ trigger I’ve made.Any help appreciated!Michael

Conditional split based on who replied to email sent in the flow

I am creating a flow to collect feedback from customers. I would like to send a discount-coupon to everyone who have replied to the email they have received in the flow. Is it possible to track those who have replied to this specific email? If not possible, can I make a condition out of how clicked an emailadress within the email?Any other ideas on how I solve this even better?Thanks in advance.  //Åsa

Abandon Cart Link in SMS Flow

I’m working on adding an SMS branch to our abandon cart flow and I am not seeing where to add the link to return them to their cart from the text…. will this auto populate? When I send a preview text to myself there is no link but not sure if that’s because I don’t have a cart to preview?

How to customize the close button in signup forms

Is there a way to customize the close button graphic in the signup forms? It’s a very small (low-res) light gray PNG (not ADA compliant). It should really an SVG with customizable colors. I just hope I’m missing something.Thanks, -oo

Slightly modify back in stock Modal styling

Hi there,i am using Shopify and i would like to make some slight modifications to the back in stock modal, not a complete custom solution but:Make the heading in bold letters Gray-out the variant dropdown Add letter spacing in the button Change some of the font sizes ideally change the size of the modalIs this doable through some extra variables? if not what’s a good solution? Hi, when I use klaviyo’s new editor for creating a new email template, it works very slowly. That is the reason it takes a lot of time to design an email template, which is very annoying. Is it just happening to me? Is there any solution?

[Shopify] Post Purchase Review Flow Sending Second Email for Shipping Cost "product"

Hi I feel like I have a pretty unique problem. I created a post purchase review flow from the Klaviyo template. My payment provider on Shopify works in a way that when someone orders a product, it creates a separate Shopify order for the shipping. Our store offers free shipping starting from an order of 45€, so all orders below 45€, Shopify will create 2 orders for that customer (1 for the product itself and another for the shipping, which is up to 3.60€). So my problem is, if someone orders something below 45€, it will count as 2 orders for that customer and Klaviyo will send 2 product review emails to that customer, one of which will be broken as it’s not a real order.Here is a screenshot of how the preview of the shipping cost product review email:  How can I make it so that Klaviyo will ignore the separate shipping cost order and only send the actual product order. I don’t want it to send 2 emails where 1 is broken anyway. I tried changing the trigger filters, for example where the

Issue with Legacy form redirecting on form submission

I’m running into an issue where the the legacy form sometimes redirects to page with another form asking for the email, first name, and last name. But this only seems to happen sometimes. I’ve added the data attributes: data-ajax-submit, target, and novalidate. Thanks in advance for the help!

"Full-width on mobile" in text box not deleting extra padding on mobile view

The text box component in the new editor has a “full width on mobile” option, but it doesn’t work as expected. When enabled, the text still displays 18px padding on left and right, making it look indented, instead of full width. I’ve reached out to support about this, thinking that it must be a bug, but they told me this is the intended behavior.So confusing. What would be the point of having a “full width on mobile” option that doesn’t make the text full width? Any thoughts?-oo
