Hello guys, I’ve creating multiplee flows and they are all live, but none of them seem to be working. For example I have the browse abandonment for viewing products flow set up, but when people view my products there have been no emails sent out, does anyone know how tofu this please?

Hi there, is there any way you can generate unique codes for individual subscribers? For example, unique birthday codes that run in the flow?

Default sender email is suddenly showing up wrong - no changes to account

Suddenly today, even with no changes made on our end, the default name we want to appear when we send emails to our customers is showing up as “Hello com” and not our business name. We have checked the settings and nothing was changed and appears correct on our end. But in inboxes, our emails now come from this Hello com address. No solution found when searching. Is this a glitch or issue Klaviyo is fixing? Or did we do something wrong (without touching anything)?

Hello, We are hoping to pull out records who have redeemed a welcome unique coupon code from a flow. Is this possible or do we need to simply say purchased in a certain time frame? Thank you! Ericka

Request without error, no data in metrics

Hello, I need help with events.I sent some events with "Ordered Product" and "Placed Order", but not even one of them is visible in Klaviyo Panel. I already tried to change field types (string, integer, float). If I sent wrong request I had error messages, but now response is empty. If you need logs, I can send them later.Regards,Peter

El otro día me instalé la app Klaviyo para poder comenzar a trabajar haciendo retargeting. Cree mis flow de bienvenida y los de carrito abandonado. Cuando tenía todo guardado, la pagina se caducó, cuando fui a meterme de nuevo me pedían otra vez el correo de y realizar otra vez toda la configuración. Cuando accedo nuevamente a la sección de los Flows veo que todo los flows que había creado se habían borrado. Por lo que me puse de nuevo a crear los flow, una vez termino hice una prueba de dejar el carrito abandonado y recibí dos mensajes, el primero era el mensaje que creé y luego desapareció por completo y el que cree nuevo. He buscado por todas partes para eliminar el primer flow que cree pero no está en ningún lado, aún así se sigue generando automáticamente. Sabéis como puedo eliminar esos flows fantasmas que se envían?Gracias

How to import Mailchimp list into an existing Klaviyo list?

Hi there. Using the Mailchimp integration, is there a way to import a list from Mailchimp into an existing Klaviyo list? I’m trying to maintain a single list, and don’t want to deal with merging a new list into our main list.I tried unchecking the “Create Klaviyo lists from Mailchimp lists” checkbox in integration settings, but doesn’t seem to work. Probably this feature was for intended for something else. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, –oo

How to get and put tracking numbers on various suppliers.

Hi everyone,I have a question for the tracking number, How do I get the tracking number on various items? Because we are Dropshipping, We have many suppliers there, For example, If a customer orders 4 products from our store, and also a customer chooses 4 different products in my store, surely it's from a different supplier right? how to get 4 tracking numbers in different suppliers.Summary of my question:1. Why Doesn't my Abandoned Cart Flow Send When A Customer Doesn't Check Out?

I had setup the abandoned cart flow, I also notice there is someone add to cart. However, when the customer didn’t check out the cart, the abandoned cart flow didn’t send out the email. Just wonder didn’t i missed out any setting?

Shopify newsletter subscribers are not going into klaviyo newsletter list

Hello, I have a problem with the subscription sign up area on my website. I would like all of the subscribers to be added to my klaviyo “Newsletter” list so that my welcome series can be triggered.When a new subscriber signs up, they are added to the “email subscribers” list with the tag “newsletter” in shopfiy, but it does not get added to any list on Klaviyo. I have set up Klaviyo.js and it says it’s successfully installed on the site In the integrations tab, I have selected “Newsletter” for the list for the subscribers who accept marketing through Shopify. I don’t have “double opt in” selectedI would appreciate any suggestions! Thanks

Hello, I am possibly transitioning from Mailchimp. I normally create an email campaign that I use as a weekly newsletter that I send out to my customers. I would then take the campaign archive link and use it in text messages to drive other customers to the same newsletter. How can I do this in Klaviyo? I want to create an email campaign and then link to the completed web document via text.  Thanks!

Any way to "click and copy" discount code from an email?

Hi all,A client wants to allow customers to “click and copy” the Klaviyo discount code to their clipboard and be taken to the cart to “paste” that code into the coupon field.  I guess they’re trying to make it easier for a customer to use the coupon code, but I’m not sure how this can be done in Klaviyo email.

Building out templates on iPad

I spend a fair amount of time on my 12” ipad pro, and it would be awesome to be able to sketch out templates, however the blocks do not drag via touch from the menu to the template area. Can anyone offer a solution, or are we forced to build templates via desktop?

Can I Automatically Remove Someone from a List and Add Them to a Flow?

Hi all,Would it be possible to remove someone from a list automatically? I mean through a flow or 3th party integration?I have the following use case:I have build a yogaselector in ManyChat that puts someone on a list in Klaviyo (and updates custom properties). Klaviyo kicks off a flow that sends the results of the selector in an Email.If someone fills out the yogaselector in ManyChat again the custom fields might be updated and the Email with the updates scores would be sent.I thought that maybe removing someone from the list just after the first mail is sent and put them back on the list would be the way to go. But I don't see any possiblities to automatically remove someone. Not with a flow, not directly with the ManyChat integration nor via Zapier.Do you think it's (im)possible and/or would there be another way to accomplish what I'd like?Thanks in advance for your thoughts!Tim

Back In Stock Button & Popup on Shopify Collection Pages

Hello! Is it possible to get the Back in Stock button to trigger on a Shopify collection page in addition to the product page? I’ve played around with it a little bit with no luck – I’m guessing a function within onsite.js would need to be modified, but wondering if anyone has experience with doing this before attempting anything. Thanks,Chris

Survey for Unsubscribers?

Hi! We’d love to have a quick question or two for those who unsubscribe from our email list(s). Just something to help us learn about why they unsubscribed. Why Are Both Shopify and Klaviyo Sending Confirmation Emails for Double Opt-In?

Hey there,I just started using Klaviyo and I love it but I am running into one major problem. I think it is great that the integrated signup forms in Shopify sync with Klaviyo but it results in one issue for me: the Shopify system as well as the Klaviyo system send confirmation emails for the double opt-in. Problem is, I cannot disable double opt-in on Shopify because that would mean anyone can sign up (including bots) and I also cannot disable double opt-in on Klaviyo because double opt-in is required in my country.Does anyone know how to work around this issue?Any help is appreciated.Thank you,

Embedding a 1 question survey into a flow email

tl;dr: I want to embed a simple, one-question survey on a flow email without people having to click away/load a page. Klaviyo doesn’t seem to have a native way to do this, nor does it accept Google Form HTML embeds. Help! How can I achieve this?------I’m trying to get new customers to share how they found out about our brand (basically attribution or source of conversion) without them navigating away from the email so we can collect as many responses as possible.The issue is that I can’t seem to find any documentation that Klaviyo can do this. Key things to note:I only need one question answered; it can be either checkboxes or multiple choice. This is the first email new customers will receive in a post-purchase flow I tried this with Google Forms (detailed belwo) but I don’t need to use this. I need to be able to easily view collated/total results (e.g. xx% of people answered option A etc) without having to manually intervene on counting or otherwise. The first method I tried with Goo

Conditional Split Specific Email Open

I'm looking to add a conditional split to one of my flows. Essentially, we are sending 4 emails over 1 month. After 30 days they hit the conditional split. I'm looking to have anyone who has opened one of those 4 emails continue on the flow and anyone who has NOT opened one of those 4 emails to be split onto a separate branch. However, when I go to make the trigger, it is just a generic "Opened Email at least once in the last 30 days".  There is a filter option, but when I select it and go to choose my property it says there are no items on this list. I found this article on segments where it's mentioned that you can build segments off who opened a specific email. How to close a teaser?

I can’t figure out how I add a close function to a teaser.I know users want to be able to get rid of a teaser even when they didn’t signup.Is this not possible with Klaviyo?

Why isn't my flow sending to everyone in my segment?

Hi!  I have created a Segment where about 7,000 subscribers got in. I used this Segment to trigger my Newsletter flow. However, when emails were sent and I get to check the analytics, only 1,000+ emails were delivered.   Can someone please tell me why it wasn’t delivered to all 7,000+ segment subscribers? This goes the same as the next emails on the flow. The Delivered number just keeps getting smaller and smaller. Here’s for the last email that is in that flow:  Only 137 were delivered, 482 waiting to be delivered. I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. I already back-populated the flow. Will that help? All I want is for the 7,000 subscribers to receive all the emails I have prepared in the Newsletter flow. Someone help please! Thank you so much!

Show/Hide Text Block in an email using Show/Hide Logic (new editor)

I want to include variable data (just a block of text) in a post-purchase flow.eg, If a customer has purchase certain items, I want to show relevant data. Instructions, directions, extra info, etc.  I found the Show/Hide logic feature, but it’s just a text-input line. I would’ve expected a drop-down showing all of the available variables/syntax and options. I’m really surprised that it’s this open-ended. Is there a list somewhere of possible variables that I can copy/paste in to ensure that the logic string is entered correctly?  All of the instructions I can find for this are the older editor, too - and none are for this specific use case.
