Can You Manually Update "Information > How They Found You" Data?

I know that the profile data under “How They Found You” in the “Information” section is set automatically using utm parameters. Is there a way to set or update this manually either within a flow or using a bulk sheet? I can only access “Initial Source” in flows and none of the other properties (Medium, Campaign, Content, Term). I can export all the properties (Initial Source, Initial Source Medium, etc etc) in a bulk export. But when I try to change them by uploading… I’m unable to map the properties.

Unable to receive Toll Free Number

Hi all,I recently signed up for Klaviyo and had a given SMS number when I signed up. My account was disabled shortly after and when it was activated again my SMS number was was gone and now it is unable to give me a new Toll Free Number. How do I get a number so I can start sending out SMS messages?

My click through rate is proficient but my click rate is high. How can I boost my click through rate?? How does click through rate affect deliverability and what does it indicate?

Conditional split flow logic

HI, trying to understand the logic within flows.If i have a list triggered flow with various split filters and customer email triggers this flow and continues down a thread (lets call this split, placed order 0 times in lifetime) and receives 3 emails from the yes column (no buys) but then makes an order on email 3**will this customer stop getting emails from the yes thread?**will the algorithm divert the customer to the no thread (has paced order) where customer starts receiving those emails?**if customer continues to get emails in the yes thread (0 orders) even though he made an order, how could i stop the emails? Would changing the split filter to placed order 0 times since starting this flow make a difference?Does this same logic or algorithm apply to all flows? Thank you!Todd

Placed Product Metric Not Showing On New Flows

Hi All,  I’m super confused and need your help! I’ve recently integrated a new Shopify account to klaviyo. I’ve set up welcome and abandoned cart flows although there seems to be no placed order metric located within the analytics for the flows as well as no documented placed order conversions to be seen. Looking forward to your reply :)

Getting invalid phone number - For Update List API

We followed this link to check for the valid phone number formats : https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046055671-Accepted-Phone-Number-Formats-for-SMS-in-KlaviyoWhile updating the profiles from the Update list api ( URL: {{baseUrl}}/v2/list/:list_id/members)But few of the formats aren’t working correctly. Using WooCommerce order statuses in Klaviyo

Hello community! We are slightly new to Klaviyo, first time posting here,so first we’d like to thank all members that helped Klaviyo became the best-in-class of its kind! Next is our question:Why (considering all the data Klaviyo accesses on its WooCommerce integration) do payment methods and middle order statuses (such as “Awaiting payment” and “On hold”) are not tracked at all? I’ll explain further why the integration should take that data aswell:Transactional emails: Many payment methods do require an additional step for the client to pay. Using Klaviyo would help us knowing how to reduce client hussle, and would give us a great tool to monitor other important aspects. Campaigns: Specific campaigns for those who (for example) bought with installments We know it would be possible to track those events with API calls but we do not fully understand how. How to track the performance of sign up form teasers?

Hello, I have added a teaser to my website sign up forms and I am just wondering is there a way we can test their success? I know we can do an A/B test using a teaser and not using a teaser but is there a way of checking how many users signed up from clicking on the teaser rather than directly from the pop up?Any information would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!

Why doesn't klaviyo receive SMS consent from Facebook or Instagram etc.?

Hi all,I have about 40k subscribers with active phone numbers awaiting me to target and send sms campaigns to them. However, only about 90+ of them has consented to receive my sms according to Klaviyo.Is there a workaround or do I have to send an email campaign to let those customers agree to receive sms through Klaviyo again?

Understand Klaviyo pop-up A/B testing results

Hi community! I’d be happy if someone can help me with a doubt related to pop-ups in Klaviyo. I ran an A/B testing to see if my exit-intent pop-up with an image was more effective than the version just with text. The experiment was active for almost a month (around 25 days), but Klavyio says the results are not statistically significant:  Do you know how much time is need for the results to be conclusive? Or is more related to the traffic on my website? I’m having trouble understanding the results.

Loyalty flows (no app) and dealing with unsubbing then resubbing

Hi, I raised this with Klaviyo support and got some helpful advice, but after thinking it over, I realised it doesn’t work. The scenario: Customer enters a loyalty flow after purchasing a specific product. The flow is long (a few years). Naturally in this time, we would expect some customers to unsub before they’ve fully finished it. We’d like them to re-enter if they resubscribe later down the line. For this reason, the flow filter “has never been in this flow” doesn’t work. Klaviyo support suggested adding a filter property like “Completed this flow” = Yes and then making sure that people can only re-enter if it’s No, but then they’d be able to re-enter after every email, which we don’t want. Essentially: we want people to enter this 1 time per customer lifetime. But, if they unsub, resub later down the line, and then make a purchase, we want them to re-enter because of the information promoting loyalty flow in our order confirmation - we wouldn’t want to say they’d enter this loyalt

Excluding Gift Cards in Post-purchase flow

Hi, I’m looking for some help/guidance regarding a Shopify post-purchase flow.Currently, it’s a metric-based trigger (Placed Order), and I want to be able to exclude orders that have Gift Cards only.  I’m a bit stumped as I can’t exclude just the Item “Gift Cards”, because I still want to be able to include customers who purchase both a gift card and regular item(s).  I also can’t use the combo Item Count + Gift Card because there are people who order multiple gift cards, and I also have other trigger filters in place. Hoping there’s some sort of obvious solution that I’m just missing, but any suggestions are welcomed.

Weekly date property flow - how to trigger this?

I need to send a weekly email to remind subscribers to select their ‘menu’ choices for the next delivery date. I’ve used date property but the option to repeat is only monthly? how can I trigger this flow to run weekly?Is this possible? the delivery date property changes weekly in the profileany help greatly appreciated!

Do sign up forms/pop ups affect website bounce rate?

Does anybody know if sign up forms that are used as a website pop up affect your bounce rate on the page the form shows on?I work for two sister companies, one of which (website #1) shuts down (meaning has no product) for the summer. Our solution is to redirect all website visitors to our other, separate company website (website #2) where they can buy similar products all summer long. We’re concerned about what our bounce rate will look like after a couple months of people clicking the form on website #1 and immediately being redirected to website #2. Help & thanks!

Reporting on unique coupon codes

Hi,I'm using unique coupon codes for my welcome flow with a prefix 10WELCOME. Example of a discount code is 10WELCOMEWL346BJ4. I'd like to tag customers that used this discount code, so I created a segment + flow to update profile property. This is because I want to tag everybody that made use of the discount so I can make reportings from this.  Segment: However, eventough the discount codes are being used, there is nobody entering this segment. Should I change the settings of my segment? Or is there another way I can tag these customers?thank you!

Unable to update profile through CSV Upload

Hi Community!There are several thousand profiles that have an incorrect City, State and Country assigned to them. I’ve uploaded a CSV file to try to overwrite the values, but I was unsuccessful.It’s important to note that I don’t have the profiles’ correct City, State or Country; so the CSV file I uploaded contained blank entries for the City, State, and Country; I was hoping that may overwrite the incorrect values, but it didn’t.Is there a way that the incorrect values can be scrubbed from these records?Thanks,Bill

Hi, i don´t know why my Sign up form (popup) is not showing up on shopify store.I made the integration ok and publish the form. Do i have to do something else?I have an 2.0 store so i didn´t put de sniped code in the theme liquid. i just activate the integration in the theme settings. Thanks!

Why wont my checkout pop up work but my cart will?

Hi so ive put an exit pop up on my checkout and cart pages to entice people with 10% off if they checkout now. on my cart page everything is great and working. however on my checkout page it just does not seem to want to play ball. I’ve done exactly the same thing with both, ive used exit intent for urls containing /cart* and /checkout*. ive tried to add both urls to one pop up and even tried them as separate pop ups. cart always works (yay!) checkout never works (boo!). I’m stumped, is it that klayvio cant access the checkout page or something like this?

Personalized signup form for referral traffic

I want visitors to my site, who are arriving from another referring site, to be welcomed with a signup form or pop-up welcome mat, that acknowledges the referring site, to give the shopper a more seamless experience and reassure them that they ‘have come to the right place’. Is this possible to do with Klaviyo signup forms, or some other way? The referral will have UTM’s so those could be the triggers for the personalized messaging.

Same name, color and size variables, different images and products

I have an abandoned cart flow, and I’m having trouble displaying the items in a table with a dynamic row. As seen in the screenshot below, the first image and the URL that it links to is correct; it’s showing the correct item, correct item name, correct color and correct size. However, the second image is showing the correct image and attached URL, but it’s repeating the same item name, color and size.The data source row collection is set to event.extra.line_items; the row alias is item. Any insight as to what I might be doing wrong here? Abandoned cart flow: Dynamic coupon code button "unable to find coupon code"

Hi all!  I’m trying to add a dynamic coupon code button to my abandoned cart flow so that the customer can access a discount on their cart. I did this with the following: https://www.mywebsite.com/STOREID/checkouts/{{ event.extra.token }}?discount={% coupon_code 'TESTCODE' %} When I send a test email I’m then finding the below error message in the discount code section of the cart 'Unable to find coupon with code: TESTCODE. It may have been deleted.' The discount code is still valid so I’m wondering why this is happening? Can anybody help?
