Using a noreply email as your Reply To email address

I am well aware of the dangers of using a Noreply email to send out campaigns, however, does anyone have knowledge as to whether using a noreply in your reply-to address is also a bad strategy?

Campaign started sending again 2 days after it was originally scheduled?

Hi!My most recent campaign has just in the last hour started sending out again to a small group of our list. So far it’s around 300 and the number keeps climbing.This is a problem because it was about a sale that has now ended - and we are even out of stock on the item it references. Does anyone know why this would be happening or how I can make it stop? Thank you!

How to turn off sign up pop up form on landing pages

Hi - I have a pop up sign up form and I have landing pages I’ve created.  I only want the pop up to come up on my home page on my website.  I want to turn it off for all other landing pages or pages for my website.  How do I do that?  I think it’s confusing when it pops up on landing pages also asking for email sign ups or landing page menus I have created.   Appreciate any guidance.   Using the Modular Shopify theme.

MailChimp integration imports contacts as "Never subscribed" email consent

I’ve recently migrated a client from MailChimp to Klaviyo and noticed that all the contacts are coming in as “Never subscribed” as their email consent status. I’m well aware that we can still email these people, but the client is a bit nervous since Klaviyo’s very own support documents state that “you should take caution when emailing contacts with this consent status.” When in fact, they were ‘subscribed’ in MailChimp. The workaround is to manually export the list from Klaviyo once the native migration is done, then turn around and re-import it with the consent status properly set.  On top of that, there is currently no way to build a segment of contacts that have “Never subscribed,” so there’s no way of actually following Klaviyo’s advice of not emailing them. How can you not email them if you can’t tell Klaviyo to ignore them when sending a campaign that they may otherwise meet the conditions for? Klaviyo needs to:Update their MailChimp integration so that ‘subscribed’ contacts come

Klaviyo Flows Attributed Revenue is down drastically for last 30 days

Some of our flows (abandoned cart, welcome series) are showing drops up to 75% in terms of revenue attributed, and opening rates/clicks rates are showing a downward trend. We haven’t changed the flows, so what can be the possible reasons?

Can i get deleted profiles back?

Hi, i tried following the guide of https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005078347-List-Cleaning But ended up deleting all of my subscribers (even those who actively opened my emails). Can i somehow get them back? I tried contacting support on Email but haven’t received any answers yet. Is there somehow a way i can get them back?  Update: Not possible and found another solution.

manually trigger checkout started, placed order, ordered product event

Hi, there was a problem with Klaviyo tracking on my Shopify site so that checkout started, placed order, ordered product events were not fired for a month.I’ve got it fixed now.How can I manually trigger these events and sent them to Klaviyo so that my abandoned cart recovery flow can process these OLD abandoned carts that occurred in the past month ?

My emails are not being sent

I am new to Klaviyo. I have multiple email flows set up. I noticed my Welcome Series Newsletter is not sending emails and I believe none of my flows will send emails out. On my Shopify, I have it set up to say, ‘’ Signup up for our newsletter and receive 10% off your first order.’’ I have tested this with multiple email addresses and it does not send the email. I have changed my setting to single opt in as well and it is still not sending. I have checked under Audiences and it does show the email addresses that was typed in for a newsletter. Just the actual email itself was never sent. Need some help with this please.

Can I upload a Mailchimp Campaign into my Klaviyo Account?

Mailchimp Campaign data not imported but the campaign was sent last december 2020 using mailchimp. In mailchimp campaign has no email template, only campaign,. How can we request transfer from mailchimp to klaviyo.

Hello.It is very strange. But our visitors couldn’t use the German or Dutch phone.We can see the error message “Please enter the valid phone number”The phone numbers are valid.How to fix it?

Migrating Order History

Hi there,  Is it possible to migrate order history from an excel file into Klaviyo? Is there a certain format the data would need to be in to be mapped correctly? The orders are from an old custom built store, not Shopify, and the store currently integrated into the KL account is on Shopware.  Thanks in advance for any insight!

How do you delete customers out of my account?

I’ve read the help files on this and it refers to going to Account → Settings → Profile Maintenance.However, under “Remove profiles”, there is nothing under “Select an option”. If I just click “Delete People”, then it takes me to the account page where it says how man profiles I have… However I legally need to delete them. I cannot figure out how to make them go away if the process in the help docs doesn’t work.Any advce?

Back in Stock Flow - Shopify - Variant Image Dynamic Code Not Working

Hi, I’m trying to add a product image for the Back in Stock flow email. I’m using the new editor and put an image block with the Shopify variant image code found here, but the the image isn’t showing up. I don’t see the image in preview nor do I see it in an email sent via testing out the installation.I don’t know if the problem could be that the site is not using a free Shopify theme, but the product title dynamic code seems to be working as seen below.Email preview: The template:

Cannot import custom template successfully

If I go to Email Templates > Import and select my HTML file, I get a 500 error. However, if I go back to the list of Email Templates it will be listed anyways.  If I then go to a Campaign and try to use that template, the visual template also has an error. I’m 100% blocked from creating my own templates and that’s not a good thing. At all. What gives?

Many Duplicate Abandon Cart Emails

Hello!Some weird duplication is happening with our abandoned cart emails. A customer had emailed to say she received 6 to 8 abandoned cart emails.I checked analytics and this is happening for a number of people. (Image attached). TRIGGERPeople will enter this flow when they Added to Cart.FLOW FILTERS (2)Placed Order zero times since starting this flow AND Has not been in flow in the last 10 days
