Hi, I am traying to send a email to the list of clients however this message appears.  The template you have selected contains invalid syntax. Please click here to edit it. Any idea how to fix it?

Subscription Reminder Emails

We manage an account for a company that has product subscriptions (Weekly, every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks). We have been trying to set up different flows for each of these subscription variations but are still having some issues. Course of action example: The conditional split is allows for someone to be removed from the flow IF they have “Cancelled Plan” at least once since starting this flow, “Ship Now and Reschedule” at least once since starting this flow, “Skip Next Order” at least once since starting this flow, “Cancelled Order” at least once since starting this flow, “shipping_date_change” is in the next 3 days, and “Subscription next shipping date change” at least once since starting this flow. (NOTE: the conditions in red are also custom conditions we have added)All conditions that in green have been working well. However, the conditions in red are where we are having trouble. Several of our customers choose to “shipping_date_change” (eg. moving

Trigger Split for Value Not Working for Abandoned Cart

We recently got the Abandoned Cart flow going based on the article for Shopify here as well as the article for preventing multiple events triggering multiple times for one user at this article here. It looks to be behaving properly, except for one issue that seems to be creating two problems:We separated cart values for high vs. low, with a discount code being offered for cart values over a certain amount (in this case, $59.94). I made a trigger split for it, as you can see.However, it doesn’t seem to be registering the amount, as no emails have been sent or are waiting in the Low Value Cart.Not only that, ALL abandoned carts, both low and high value, seem to be getting the email with the discount code. I confirmed this by testing it myself as well as checking with other users.What is wrong with this trigger that it’s not registering the value?It’s under the $value, so it’s not a custom metric that sounds like could be an issue.From my limited understanding, everything looks correct. Send Emails to Multiple Target Lists in Flow

Hi all,I'm about to create an Email Flow for our next Halloween program. I don’t know whether to choose Campaign or Flow yet as I want to send a list of 2 to 3 emails.If I create an Campaign in Klaviyo, I can only send 1 email and it's hard to track, you know when someone places order, I don’t want to send the next mail to them.However, if I use Flow, I can’t choose all the lists of audience. It always starts with trigger, I can't choose my available customers.Anyone who has experience in doing this can advise? How to send 2 - 3 emails to the existing customers and optimise the flow? Should I download all the mail contacts from my List and Segment and then re-upload when I start the flow? Thank you so much for reading this! Your answer means a lot to me!Tristan

[Shopify] Combining shopify e-mail & klaviyo customers

Hello! I am fairly new to Klaviyo. I started a fly in popup for my shop that all funnel under a segment called “newsletter.” Am I able to add the e-mails collected via Shopify onto Klaviyo in order to have all e-mail contacts in one spot? If there is a link someone could send with this answer if it has already been asked before that would be fantastic as well.So thankful for this community!

Integration of klaviyo with woocommerce. it shows: Unable to access API with credentials specified.

klaviyo is not connecting with my woocommerce store. it shows an error (Unable to access API with credentials specified.). i have tried almost everything it’s still not connecting. the Rest API keys are correct, public api key is correct too but it;s just not connecting

Bug with borders in table blocks

Hi everyone, I’m currently trying to work on a new email templates. Until now, I was using columns to create grid of products, but as I now want to have my template working both on desktop and mobile, I transformed it into a table block in order to keep the grid layout with two columns on mobile too.In this table block, I want to add a thin white border between my cells, which seems to be done with the border-right and border-top options. Unfortunately, even though the border-right of the last cell doesn’t appear in the preview (which is obviously the right behaviour), it appears on the preview that I send to my email address, creating some really strange design.It looks like a bug in the table block, or I just don’t understand how it’s supposed to work.Thanks in advance!

How to add a button that allows you to pass URL query strings?

We’ve added a popup that will redirect visitors to the correct shop based on their location. We’ve noticed that URL query strings are being dropped when being transferred to the other shop. For example, a visitor arrives at our Canadian site with referral link: shop.ca/?ref=skxtBAIf they are an international customer, they will receive a popup message to redirect them to our international site, shop.com. Once they are redirected, the referral link gets lost and is no longer tracked. Instead, we want: shop.ca/?ref=skxtBA on our Canadian shop, to get redirected to shop.com/?ref=skxtBA on our US shop. URL string ?ref=skxtBA, is maintained. Is this possible?Thanks,Elie

[Shopify] Viewed Product Image Empty

I really want to get this Viewed product script to work and I’ve been trying for three months now. I’m using Shopify and just to start from scratch, I completely removed all instances of the Viewed Product code from the entire store, so with that being said, I should show that the integration should be off, but my store is showing the integration enabled.  So assuming that this is correct and the Viewed Product integration checks out and is working, then why am I getting Blank products as per the image. When Blank products show up, then it sends an email to the customer automatically, but the email looks broken, because no product image is attached. How do I stop broken product views. I know this is a known issue, because I’ve seen others posting about it and there is no resolution.

Hi all, I’ve created a product specific emailer flow but that’s not shooting the desired emails. Sharing screenshots below-Flow to trigger as soon as an order is “fulfilled” on Shopify AND the item name must contain “FOR 3 YEARS”Test order I placed and marked as “fulfilled” on ShopifyConfirmation proof that the order was “fulfilled” AFTER the flow was created

Why is my segment triggered flow not sending emails?

Set Flow > Email to ‘Live’ Set Flow > Trigger Setup to ‘Birthday Month’ segment Set demo profile birthdate to ‘10/09/2021’ My demo profile shows in ‘Preview Trigger Setup’ screen. It is the only profile with a birthday value Demo profile shows in Segment screen Wait 15 minutes (or more) No recipient activity displayed in Analytics No emails received.

Campaign started sending again 2 days after it was originally scheduled?

Hi!My most recent campaign has just in the last hour started sending out again to a small group of our list. So far it’s around 300 and the number keeps climbing.This is a problem because it was about a sale that has now ended - and we are even out of stock on the item it references. Does anyone know why this would be happening or how I can make it stop? Thank you!

Help! Will an archived campaign still send?

I have a cloned campaign i don’t want to send to a few recipients, which is paused for 16 hours due to ‘smart send’ (i.e it has been sent already) and I have  archived it. So will it still send in 16 hours from the archive? I want to delete but there is no option…  Please help :)

Cannot View Hyperlink in Body of Email

I am creating a pre-launch campaign being sent via email where I am inviting people to visit our website. I have created a hyperlink (visit our website) but it shows up as a blank in the body of that email. Will it be visible after it’s sent out or I have done something wrong?Thank you!

advanced segmentation/ how to create a segment within a segment

Hi folks.This should be a very simple thing, but I cannot figure it out, and it’s driving me nuts.How do I create a segment with the following conditions?subscriber is in the USA or is in Canada or is in the EU, AND consent contains “email”The problem is, you can use an inline OR in an AND, but you cannot use an inline AND in an OR. So that last condition is just not possible.First I thought I can separate that last bullet into its own segment, let’s say “Consented EU subscribers”. That way I could potentially change my first segment conditions to this:subscriber is in the USA or is in Canada or is in the segment called “Consented EU subscribers”But of course there’s no such thing as “if someone is in or not in a segment”. So, I cannot create that third condition.My brain hurts. Any suggestions?Thanks,-oo

'Name' field displaying with } in Email Preview

Hi there, I am having trouble with the code in my email templates. I am updating the Shopify notification emails and then replacing the standard shopify email code with the klaviyo code. When I bring over the code the ‘first name’ always appears with a } bracket at the end of it. See below:  I cannot figure out what part of my code is bringing this through. SMS "bot" creation for automated responses

Hi community!I have a concept for an SMS “bot” that I’m trying to build using my Klaviyo, and I’m wondering (a) if it’s feasible and (b) how to best tackle it.This is the ideal flow:new customer signs up for SMS list SMS prompts customer to provide zip code customer provides zip code SMS provides information based on that zip code (i.e. a NYC zip code will lead to response, an LA zip code will lead to another response, and a zip code in the middle of nowhere will likely prompt them to check back later)If there is not a good integration for zip codes, here’s an alternate flow that would work:new customer signs up for SMS list SMS provides customer with a list of cities (8-20) customer replies with city of interest from that list SMS provides information based on that cityIs this beyond the capability of Klaviyo? Trouble Embedding Klaviyo Sign Up Form into Website Footer

Hi everyone, I am having trouble embedding my Klaviyo Sign Up form into my Shopify Debut Theme Footer. facebook lead form integration

Hi I just integrated klaviyo with my facebook lead generation ad.I sync the lead form with a list in my account. I setup a welcome series for the list.So once my lead form gets a lead, the new lead will automatically receive a welcome email, is that right?I cant test this myself, so I’m worried if it really works. This is important since I’m offering the lead I promised in the welcome email.

Set-up product specific replenishment flow emails

Hi all,We are sell subscriptions to kids activity boxes via our shopify store (something like lovevery). We have 12 boxes for kids in the 3-5 year age bracket (1 box for every 2 months). I want to set up an email flow depending on the most recent product purchased by the customer. For e.g. if someone buys Product A, I want to send them a pre defined email every 2 weeks. Can someone help with this? Our subscription is designed to send them a new box every 2 months, hence between any 2 months people receive 4 emails from us (1 every 2 weeks). Thanks!Rishabh
