I recently upgraded my account, will subscribers be sent flow emails they should've received before I upgraded?
I hit my allowable profiles limit yesterday and upgraded to the next tier today.There were about 50+ contacts yesterday who signed-up after I hit my limit and before I upgraded and they weren’t sent any emails from the flow they were assigned to.Now that I’ve upgraded, will these 50+ contacts be sent emails from their flow, or do I need to manually do something?

Hi ThereI have recently set up the ‘Back in Stock’ feature on my shopify account, via Klaviyo.I have installed the snippet in my shopify code and also set up the flow on my Klaviyo account.It all worked well, but then I also decided to add the additional code to enable the prompt for email marketing opt ins. This all worked well in terms of showing as an option on the back in stock pop up on my website and when I tested it by subscribing for a notification and opting into marketing I could see I was added to the relevant list and also appear in the ‘Waiting’ part of the flow. The problem occurs when I then add the product back in stock. The email addressed that should then move to the ‘Moved to next step’ tab of the flow and should start to send out notifications to customers to notify them of the product availability are not working. Hi everyone, first of all sorry for my English. Im so confused with the Klaviyo metrics, because if i add (+) all the “placed orders revenue” of this month emails, it results to be an amount of money ($458.997), but if i go to the campaing analytics and i select “this month” i have other number of placed orders revenue that its totally different ($1.28M). How i see the real revenue of the campaings or klaviyo in general? Im so confused. Thank you.
GDPR sign-up with competition collaboration
I want to create a form sign-up which enables consent for now only our database, but our collaborating partner, which I will export and send to them after the competition closes.How do I go about setting up the right format plus, enabling exportation to specific ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ to consent? The way I’ve tried it doesn’t really seem to work as it adds both test email addresses in as ‘Yes’ when one selected ‘Yes’ and the other ‘No’.
What time will a dynamic code created within Klaviyo expire?
Hi there--I am adding dynamic codes to a campaign and have set them to expire on a certain date. By default do the codes at expire at midnight in out time zone? Appreciate if anyone can verify as I could not find this in the help docs. Thanks!
30 day fitness Challenge email automation
I run an online 30 day fitness challenge via my Shopify website. Once a member purchases the challenge, they receive an email every day with a new PDF that links to their workout. The challenge begins on the same date e.g. 1st November for all customers. I currently use the SkyPilot app to hold all the PDF files the customer will need to access (day 1-30 PDF’s). Using this app, I have to manually add the new PDF file to the product, and then manually edit the HTML and email the members each day. Within the emails, there is a button that links members to their personal digital files/account. This means that when the customer is directed to their files, they can see all previous files for previous purchases as well.At present, I have to manually send this email each morning before 6am to ensure that their daily workout email is waiting for them. Whilst the members of each challenge receive an email with a direct link to their files, they can also log into my website to access their fil

How can I add 'line_items' to my Order upcoming on ReCharge Flow?
HiI use ReCharge and the ‘Order upcoming on ReCharge’ trigger to power a flow.However two of the data fields don’t appear in the flow setup, but do exist when I have a look at the activity feed or on someone's profile.The two are ‘line_items’ and ‘shipping_address’, both of them are array data types, is this expected behaviour?ThanksAndy
How do you retroactively send a welcome series to a list?
Hi!I am getting ready for the official launch of my company/website and my site has been password protected as I build out my site and set up Klaviyo. On the password page, I have a newsletter sign up and I have had some customers sign up . I am starting my email list from scratch, so these are my first emails ~30 email addresses.I have set up a Welcome Series and it is good to go live. When I set this as live, will this automatically send to the 30 customers that have already subscribed (I assume no because the sign up needs to trigger the flow)? If not, is there an easy way for me to manually send my welcome series to this list of 30 customers that have already subscribed? Or, do I have to copy the welcome series into a campaign and send to these 30 existing customers?
Exporting Email Templates that are easily shareable with someone elses email lists
I am looking to send an email campaign to university students. The email of course needs to b sent to the university employees, that will then send it out. How can I export an email template in a way that I can make it easy for them to send out that would include the buttons?
Hello! I have been receiving promotional emails with an image along with the subject line. i have seen this only in Gmail. Not emojis, but image preview right below the subject line portion in the inbox preview The emails are much more catchy with this. Does a customer have to be logged into shopify plus account for web tracking
Does a customer have to be logged into shopify plus account for web tracking, if we already have their email? We have numerous customers that are in our Shopify Store (with an email address) that do not have “accounts”. According to the Guide to Web Tracking, there are only 3 ways we can track someones behaviors:If someone has, at some point, clicked through a Klaviyo email to your website If someone has, at some point, subscribed/opted-in through a Klaviyo form If someone has, at some point, logged into your site and you have identify tracking installedDoes it really mean that they have to be “logged in” to an account, or are we able to still webtrack as long as we have information on them in Shopify?
Is there a way to include more information in abandoned cart email dynamic block?
Hey!I am a newbie when it comes to Klaviyo, and am currently creating an abandoned cart flow. However, personally I think the email is quite bare with just the dynamic quantity and price and product name. Is there something else you can include here? Issue with Legacy form redirecting on form submission
I’m running into an issue where the the legacy form sometimes redirects to page with another form asking for the email, first name, and last name. But this only seems to happen sometimes. I’ve added the data attributes: data-ajax-submit, target, and novalidate. Thanks in advance for the help!
Notify When Available Button Doesn't Work When Changing Color Option
The “Notify When Available” Button works perfect when I go to the exact shoe and color I want to choose on the product page. Example: https://kizik.com/products/womens-athens-sunriseHowever if I change the color on the product detail page, The “Notify When Available” button doesn’t work correctly. I need to refresh the page to get it to work. Example: https://kizik.com/products/womens-athens - then go to the Sunrise shoe - You’ll see the “Notify When Available” won’t work. Is there something in the code that I can do to refresh the button each time you change the color? Thank you for the help
Why is SMS compliance unsubscribe link non-disable-able?
I’ve created a flow that sends SMS given a certain event. When editing the SMS, in the ‘Compliance’ tab in the ‘Consent’ section field there’s a toggle to enable/disable an ‘Unsubscribe link’. The toggle is fixed to ‘enable’. I can’t switch it off, nor can I edit the wording of how the unsubscribe link gets appended (in the UK). I’d much rather just offer ‘Text STOP to opt out’ functionality, and not a link, for UK recipients, but that doesn’t seem to be an option. Can anyone explain why?
