Fetch admin profile URL from API?

Is there a way to fetch the Klaviyo Admin Url for a customer profile from the API?It seems the format is something like:https://www.klaviyo.com/profile/{id}/{first_name}-{last_name}But with different handling for when there’s no first name or last name (uses email if both null), and with normalization of characters in name.  Just going to https://www.klaviyo.com/profile/{id} gives a 404 (odd, you think it would redirect since ID is unique).I would like to be able to pull the admin url from the API, reliably.Context:  In our own CRM, we want to put links to user profiles in various resources:  Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.  But we cannot reliably find or build such a link for Klaviyo at the moment. The closest I’ve found is https://a.klaviyo.com/api/profiles/?fields\[profile\]=email,first_name,last_name&filter=equals%28email%2C%22{email}%22%29 and then building with id, first, and last — but as I mentioned fields can be null and I’m sure I’ll miss some edge case handling, normaliz

Why Doesn't Kaviyo Have Sign Up forms For Brick & Mortar?

I asked this same question 2 years ago. Many of us have brick & mortar locations and need/want to harness email addresses from shoppers & visitors. This is also an obvious feature needed for trade shows. We pay about $5000 a year and this is a HUGE missed opportunity for us. There is zero reason I can think of this is omitted as a development and/or standard feature. OnSpot Social is exactly what I am after, but really do not want to transition back to MailChimp . . .  Klaviyo help . . . .

How can I customize my alt text?

Hi Community,I just wonder as I'm building more advanced template for one of my brands, are there any plans to improve html editor to customize “alt text” styling for example?Or maybe someone has experience to work around this in editor. I know that i can build template in html and upload it but that is not the case as I want to someone not skill enough in html to use that template to create weekly newsletter directly in editor.

Dynamic content in an email pointing at "Newest Blog Post"

I am working on building a re-engagement flow that will send an email template that dynamically pulls the name, image, blurb, and URL of the latest blog posted on our website.I know Klaviyo can pull products into an email dynamically - but can I o the same for our blog pages, How would I tag these pages for Klaviyo to “see” them and how can I keep them differentiated from the actual products that we have triggers around? Thank you

Custom metric API issue

Hi there,I need some help understanding Metrics & events.I am tracking custom events such as “Lead” via GTM and KL Track API.These events appear under Metrics > API and have the same icon as all the other Klaviyo ones (e.g. Active on site).How can I build custom event with my branded icon?

People no longer entering Welcome Flow

We are having an issue with people no longer entering our Welcome Flow.  There haven’t been any changes made in over two months but about a month ago, no one entered the flow.  Any help would be appreciated.

Can I use a custom form to collect SMS consent?

I have a React (web) application with a form that collects data from users, including their phone number. I want to know if I can include in that form a checkbox from Klaviyo to collect SMS consent. What would be the ideal way to do this?Thanks 😀

Shopify integration failing to sync

Hi there. We have a client, Superfree Food, who has the Shopify integration setup. On both sides of the integration, it is setup with no errors showing to add email subscribers who accept marketing in Shopify to a specific list “Newsletter” created in Klaviyo. There is no syncing happening still. This list shows 11 subscribers, wheras Shopify lists 47 Email Subscribers. I have reconnected the account and tried re-importing historical data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How can I upload previous subscribers to a list already connected to a signup form?

We have created a sign-up form for anyone interested in becoming a wholesale dealer for our company. This sign-up form is found on our website. We have also reached out to a list of previous customers and they would like to join the wholesale dealer accounts. How do i put their info into that wholesale list that we already have? Also is there a way to blast that sign-up from via email with email address we already have that way they are also entered into that lis? I hope this makes sense.

What's wrong with my Dashboard Overview?

Ever since one of the recent updates, we’ve been having trouble viewing the Analytics Dashboard Overview properly. The sections go out horizontally farther than the computer screen, and there’s no sideways scroll bar, so we can’t actually see the numbers. There’s also a double vertical scroll bar, which is just annoying. Is there a way to fix this so that we can actually see our numbers?

Segment Analysis

I would like to create a dashboard where it shows a breakdown of all of our segments. It would be good to customise with custom properties too. Ideally I would like to see a breakdown of top performing segments, how your newsletter list is broken down by segment, which segments generate the highest revenue, click rate, unsubscribe rate, open rate, engagement rate etc.I use a system called nosto which has a really great segmentation insights section and breaks down your whole audience showing how all of your segments fit into all of your customers as a whole.It makes it really easy to see which groups of customers to prioritise, which ones might need nurturing etc.Is there anything that already does this within Klaviyo? I don’t want to export and shuffle this data around, I would like it to be a live dashboard that always stays up to date. With new customers signing up constantly, an export showing a snapshot of the exact moment you export isn’t much use, as it will become out of date t

Campaign content disappears

I just spent an hour building out an email campaign. I was minutes from being done and I don’t know what happened - ALL the content disappeared! There’s just an empty box that says “Drop Content Here” I don’t know what I did! How do I avoid this in the future? Even the theme I was using is gone. I thought maybe I somehow got into an edit mode that I can’t get out of, but I can’t figure it out.

Need Help With Treeapp Klaviyo Integration

Hello! I need some guidance with integrating TreeApp into my Klaviyo account and testing the flows.Here's what I've done so far:Connected TreeApp in the backend Created a flow with the "Placed Order" trigger Set up a webhook with the TreeApp key using this code: { "quantity": 1, "profile_id": "{{person.KlaviyoID}}" } Now, I have a few questions:Is this code correct for planting one tree per order using TreeApp? How can I test and send the TreeApp flows to see how they look? Do I need to design my own template for this? Are there any additional steps or configurations required in Klaviyo for a seamless integration?Your guidance would be greatly appreciated. Help with dynamic email content that is highly relevant to the subscriber.

Hi, I would like to get more creative with my email content that is sent to subscribers, by adding more relevance to their emails by showing products they have viewed/purchased in the past. Is there any content online that would help me:Design emails that are relevant to the subscriber it is sent to Include content that is based on their viewing/purchasing historyI’m a bit stuck when it comes to ideas on how to structure the email and how to make the content interesting but also relevant. Are there any templates or forum posts on how to achieve this? For example, my company sells yarn, but we also sell kits (yarn + knitting pattern) as well as knitting accessories. Lots of subscribers view our email content, but it often lacks that personal touch as they are sent to the entire list of subscribers. I’d like to experiment with dynamic content that can be sent monthly to high-engaging subscribers that are very active on our website, but unsure of how to structure the email. Many thanks fo

How can I attach my unique discount code to website redirect in winback flow?

Hi people.I'm creating a winback flow in my Shopify store with Klaviyo.In this email sequence I will send 4 emails. On the 1st I will send a dynamic code that will expire in 3 days. Here in a section of text I have added the code “{% coupon_code 'Clientes_Especiales' %}“ since my dynamic coupon is called “Clientes_Especiales”, but I have also created a button with the following URL: “https://www.bijoucosmetics .cl/discount/{% coupon_code 'Special_Customers' %}”, will it be good for it to fulfill the same function of leading to said dynamic coupon?Now, I want to add a Link address to my images, with the same dynamic coupon, what will this code look like?Finally, in the following emails 2, 3 and 4 I will send the same notification to the client with the same discount code. Hello, I have been working on Klaviyo for years but have only just got round to properly using my partner status. I am wondering does anyone else have any issues with the partner support? When I send an email to the partner support email address it genuinely takes weeks for me to get a response. Is there a live chat or option that I am missing?

Where To See What Segments Are Being Used

I am cleaning up our segments/lists and deleting older segments/lists that are no longer relevant, but I don’t want to accidentally delete anything that is integral to one of our live flows.I understand that in the list view, you can choose a list and select “view campaigns” to see what campaigns this list has been part of, but is there a way to do the same to view what flows segments/lists are part of?

Custom Templates from separate HTML builders using Klaviyo Event Variable tags

I'm using Stripo to build out my HTML emails and looking to add event variable tags like Abandoned cart products. Should I copy the code from the Abandoned cart Klaviyo template into Stripo or do I need to alter the code once importing the Stripo HTML into Klaviyo?

Why was payment taken out when I Just downgraded to free plan?

Hi,I just downgraded to free plan and payment of $70 was taken.I wanted to contact support for a refund but a lot of Klaviyo support is behind paid plans.I do not have access to the paid plan despite $70 being paid.

How can I pull the product images in a list-triggered flow?

Hey there!For reference, I’m working with Shopify Plus in this instance.So I’m working on a very specific case that is similar to a ‘Back in Stock’ flow, though not tied to a product coming back in stock.We have customers sign up to learn when they can preorder an item, based on its availability by Variant (ie, XS may be available for preorder but not M). Right now we are downloading that list of signups and uploading the properties needed for the email to trigger with relevant info for that product to the customer’s profile.It’s messy, and less than ideal, but better than the arduous process of creating a segment of the people who have signed up for one of several thousand variant IDs that change regularly.My question here specifically, though, is if there is a way to bring the image of the product into the email even though the flow is triggered by ‘added to list’, not an action the customer took related to a product. I would just use the default image URL for each product and try to

Multiple Welcome Series Flows - How to Ensure they are not duplicated

I currently have two lists/Welcome Series flows set up and I am not sure if I am doing it correctly so that  email subscribers don’t get the welcome series twice.Flow #1 - Subscribers who sign up for a discount code through a pop-up (they enter my “Website Sign Ups” list) and get their unique discount code and a welcome introduction series of emails.Flow #2 - Subscribers who are added automatically through Shopify, either by entering their email in the sign up field in my site footer, or by agreeing to marketing when placing an order (they enter my “Newsletter” list). These customers get the same welcome series, but WITHOUT the initial email with the discount code.What would happen if someone signs up for the discount code (through the pop-up), enters that list, and then later places an order, and gets added to the newsletter list? Would they receive the Welcome Series flows twice, through both lists?

Pop-up offer

Hello, I am new and looking for some advice. To give some background, our website has 3 places within the theme to sign up/subscribe to emails. These areas make no incentive offer.I am now considering creating a pop-up offer for new subscribers which would then have a Welcome flow/offer code email series.My question is, what are best practices if you have these other areas on your site for subscribing?Does everyone get the offer regardless of where they entered their info? Do only the pop-up subscribers get the offer/coupon and the other get a general welcome email with no offer? Also technically .. is the best way to create this segment from the list with a separate welcome flow or create a filter based on source and use only one welcome flow?I suppose my concern if someone sees the offer but subscribes in another area of the theme (meaning has this ever caused customer service issues for anyone?)Any advice/ experience is greatly appreciated!
