Adding to a Live Flow

Hey I’m kinda new to Klaviyo, so this is probably a very basic question, but I can’t find it anywhere.I’m building a weekly newsletter flow, which will go to every person on my master list. No filters, nothing fancy about it - just a newsletter every week, triggered by joining the master mailing list.As I write new volumes of the newsletter, can I just add them one at a time to that live newsletter flow? And will a user who is already in the middle of that flow just receive this new volume when it’s time? Or does adding emails to a live flow operate differently?

Resend Notification Recipient Confirmation

I have a co-worker who I wanted to receive a notification for contact us form submissions. I added his email under “send to” in the configuration of the flow step, but he says he did not receive the email confirmation to receive the notifications. Is there a way to re-send him the confirmation, or manually send him a link? It’s the email below.

Why aren't my Saved Blocks working properly?

I’m trying to save a new block into my “Saved Block” catalogue but when I try to look for it to put into another template it doesn’t appear. It also doesn’t appear when I go to manage my saved block content.

How do I apply a campaign template to a flow?

The previous solution is not working, for example I have saved my email template from a campaign and all I simply want to do is apply the same template to an ongoing flow. The previous solution was -On the campaigns screen, click the 3 dots to the right of the campaign you want to create a template out of and click “Add to Templates”.  When creating the flow email, you can find that email in the Template selection.  I cannot find that email template when creating a flow.

Is Klclick1.com linked to ad tracking? Customers think it's a scam.

Hi There,Customers think we’re tracking them to serve ads which we’re not. But it doesn’t matter because if they think we are, then from their point of view, we are.Attached is a screenshot from a customer who asked to be unsubscribed in disgust - and this isn’t the first time it’s come up since migrating.We aren’t serving ads to people so is there a way to have links that don’t ping tracking services, even if that reduces some of Klaviyo’s features?Any help would be much appreciated.Cheers, Ben

Established Account with huge spike in bounces?

One of my accounts that has been sending via Klaviyo for years and is only sending to a very engaged user list has seen a sudden spike in bounces particularly from apple accounts like @me @mac and @icloud See screenshot of the email performance in the last 30 days. Anyone else seeing this? Any advice? These are soft bounces. What should I check to find out why this is happening?

How do you filter recharge subscibers from post purchase flow?

I’m setting up a post purchase flow and want to add individual message filters for emails that should only go to people who are not yet subscribers.The company I’m setting this up for uses recharge for their subscriptions.Here’s how I currently have the additional flow filters setup: Has Placed Order zero times over all time where tags contains Subscription.Will this work for people who have started the post purchase flow but are not yet subscribers?

Why is my SMS campaign only being sent to 10 profiles when there are 1000 profiles in my SMS list?Tutorial

 You may see that there are X number of profiles in your main list or SMS list. However, when trying to send a SMS campaign, you may see that this campaign is expected to only send to a portion of this list.Most likely what is happening is that you do not have SMS consent added for these profiles. For your account to send SMS messages to the profiles, you MUST have SMS consent added to the phone number. It could also be that the profiles were consented to receive SMS at the time when the Campaign was scheduled but opted out recently and thus are no longer eligible to receive SMS campaigns.This is why you are seeing that only a portion of the profiles from the list/segment can  receive SMS campaign messages. I would highly suggest going over this great guide on Understanding explicit vs. implicit consent and gathering SMS subscribers based on Guide to collecting SMS consent.To see everyone who is currently consented to receive SMS, you can create a segment following our How to create a

why is scheduled timing not working in the flow.

I'm new to klaviyo so have set up a test flow with 4 personal emails before going live.This is triggered by a list so I set it live and back populated so the first email went immediately (2pm gmt time on Thursday)I scheduled the 2nd email, with a conditional split, to go 1 day later after 10am (Europe/London time) so expected to receive them at 10am today (Friday) however, its now 2 and half hours later and still no email? All four emails are showing as waiting in the conditional split and the second email is yet to be sent.why would this email not have been sent yet?Fyi Ive turned off smart sending just for the test so I can send the messages all within a day of each other and will put it back on when going live.

how to create a segment that view/buy products in specific price range

We sell wine and would like to make a “Fine Wine” segment defined by price.I can make a segment of people that have viewed products with a specific price (“where [Price] equals [x]”.But it would be nice to have the possibility of “is greater than” etc in stead of equals, which cant be changed. Any others workarounds? I have made something with categories (ie, Bourgogne, Napa Valley etc) but they can contain wine that isn’t “Fine Wine”-definition, so that is not super great. And we have tousands of products, so making a “Fine Wine” category would take a lot of time.

Customers Accidentally Unsubscribing from SMS

We are running into an issue with the “unsubscribe” words with SMS. We offer subscriptions of our products to our customers. Every time a customer texts us to say they want to “cancel their subscription” it unsubscribes them from SMS because it contains the word “cancel”. They then resubscribe and send the same message only for the exact same outcome to occur, causing an extremely frustrating loop for the customer. There must be a way to add a word that will stop the word “cancel” from unsubscribing from SMS?

How do you create marketing content for a site with different languages?

Hi, we have installed Klavyo on 2 of our websites, omstrip.com (site in Italian language) and omstri.com.br. (Site in Portuguese-Brazilian language). They are the SAME website that just sell in different coutrines. Currently Klavyo is configured with sending emails/template in Italian language also on the Brazilian website. How can I configure the emails/template for the Brazilian site in Portuguese language instead of the Italian language? Thank you

Can Klaviyo add a hover state to Profile Property Value Dropdown?

Can Klayvio add a hover state to Profile Property Value  Dropdown?When creating a signup form, I can’t see more than a few characters on the profile property value dropdown. Many of those values listed begin with the same first few words, therefore leaving me unable to decipher between the options. This is while creating a sign up form. Can Klaviyo add a hover state to those profile property value dropdown options so that if I were to hover, I could read the full title of each individually.

What’s the difference between the 2 histogram bins columns here? Which one I should refer to when I using the template? The video doesn’t explain the calculation sheet clearly. I need more clearly explanations on the metrics of the templates. Anybody could help?

403 Error when connecting the Klaviyo WP plugin to our Klaviyo account.

Dear community, Unfortunately we passed the 60 days timeframe for support on our free account. We had some delaying challenges with our e-commerce store and now noticed that the Klaviyo Wordpress plugin wasn’t activated. How do I upload my coupons to the success message of my form?

I am trying to connect coupon code with my email subscribers. I am having the problem connecting. I put 1000 codes. Not sure why like that. Should be automatically for each subscribers. Second page call SUCCESS  suppose to be for the text  OR COUPON.

I have sent a campaign to multiple segments at once and I want to see the open rate, click rate and conversion rate for this campaign split down by these segmentsis this possible?so campaign went to segment A (opened email last 30) and segment B (purchased last 30 days)how can I see metrics for the campaign by segment? How to create a Segment by brand / manufacturer?

Maximizing All of the Emails in our Database

Hello! The company that I work for has over 10,000 active profiles in our database and our emails are reaching less than half of that number. Is there a way to either A) reduce the number of profiles that we cannot reach or B) get those profiles back on our emailing list? Seems like a simple issue to resolve but I can’t figure it out!
