Prevent showing the same items in Abandoned Browse / Checkout

Hi, I’m currently working on an abandoned browse workflow. Our customers often browse more than one product at a time, and as a result we’d like to ensure that if our customers are looking at more than one product, that this is reflective in their abandoned browse reminder.  Currently I have this set-up so that if a customer has viewed product at least 3 times, then they will get an email that is specifically designed to show three products. However, this of course has the potential to show the customer only 1 product that they may have viewed 3 times.  The same can be said for a customer that views product at least two times, it’s possible that they have actually only viewed one product but have viewed it two times and will therefore satisfy the conditions of viewing product more than once.  Does anyone know of a way to ensure that customers that are viewing three separate products, will get an email that has three separate product blocks? Auto-Applying Coupons that are shown as Custom Properties?

Hi there,We’re currently working on a flow that begins with a Justuno modal. When a customer completes the modal, they receive a coupon code via email that’s triggered by being added to a list in Klaviyo but this coupon code comes in as a custom property requiring the {{ person | lookup: ‘Referral_Code’ }} variable syntax. We would like to auto-apply this coupon to a customer’s cart upon clicking the “shop now” button in the email that follows the completion of the form - is there a way to do this? The code technically comes from Shopify as a dynamic code. Also for context - we are using a Justuno pop-up instead of a Klaviyo form because of Justuno’s ability to auto-display codes in a user’s session. I know Klaviyo would be an easy set-up for us, but Justuno’s auto-display feature allows for a seamless customer journey.Thanks!

Google Analytics Tracking

I’m looking to set up tracking of my flows and campaigns in Google Analytics. When I select Campaign Value as the static option of Klaviyo - this reports as ‘other’ in Google analytics rather than ‘email’ - can anyone suggest how I make sure this is tracking as Email rather than other?

SignUp Form URL

Hi, Am I able to do either of the following: Create a signup form that acts as a user registration form. The form will need to be able to accessed with a URL link that could be forwarded to other potential users without a button. Embed a signup form in a Klaviyo template. Both need to trigger another Klaviyo email template when filled out and submitted.  Thanks!

Why do my font changes automatically on moble

I uses cosmic san because it is the my business front brand and u have gone to see that my fonts changes automatically to a very bad fonts on mobile alone when delivering to inbox.Please I need help, how do I fix this?

Looping over {% catalog %} tag

I have a product catalog and I want to programmatically access that catalog in my email templates. I am able to access a single catalog item using a syntax like:{% catalog itemId %} {{ catalog_item.title }}{% endcatalog %}However, I am not able to figure out how to perform advanced operations on catalog collection programmatically.For example, I would like to find top 10 highest rated items from the catalog in a particular category and then randomly pick 3 items from that list and use those in an email template.Any insights regarding this will be highly appreciated.

Unable to create flows off of sms keyword responses. "Message Body" field seems to be missing?

Hello! I’ve been following this help article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049930372#signupdownvote as I want to be able to send personalized SMS’s based off of what our customers reply back to our SMS’s with.  Aka, when we send an SMS asking our customers: “Do you want baking or cooking recipes?”We want to reply back with a cookie recipe if they say baking and a chicken recipe if they say cooking. However, when I use the “SMS sent” metric trigger or conditional action I am unable to find the “Message Body” field that the instructions say to pull in order to respond to the keyword and track what our customers are saying. Any way to resolve this?

Form getting cleared on click or submit

Hi!I’m getting quite a strange issue atm with one of my forms, I have a multi step form so I store the values as variables via JS and set the values on the klaviyo form at the end of the process, thought the variables are set whenever I click on a field or the submit button it instantly removes all of the values, in the case of the submit button it deletes them and then tries to send the empty form (resulting in an error).I’m not sure why it is that this happens, I believe it might have something to do with the “needsclick” class included in every piece of the form thought I’m not certain, has anyone stumbled across this issue? if so how can it be solved?

I followed this article but still, it’s not showing.    {{ event.extra.line_items.0.quantity }} That is the Variables And want to add also how to create custom event for those who added multiple product in cart? is there any article for this or tutorial ?

How to accurately assign language tags to a large list (15k)

I have a potential client who has an apparel store based in Montreal, Canada. 80-90% of his audience are French-speaking and the rest speak English.He wants to accurately tag new and existing members of the list so that they receive communications in their native languageA website pop-up form with a check box is one optionOr surveying the list asking them what their preferences areBut people who enter the list via making a purchase/website footer forms do so without being tagged.How can we most accurately assign language tags to all of the profiles?Merci very much

Removing a segment when creating a segment

Hey guys,Another question about segments here (: How do you remove certain users when creating a segment? For example, I created a segment that include 100 users who have been ACTIVE ON SITE. Now 30 of these users have also made a purchase and I want to exclude them from my segment. They already have there own segment called MADE PURCHASE but I dont know how to remove it,  is this possible? It seems im asking for something relatively easy but I can’t seem to find a way to do it. Thanks

creating a segment using started check out metric

Hey Guys,Im struggling to create a segment for users who have abandoned their cart. Ive attached a screenshot to make things simpler.Essentially, I was able to create the segment with the first 4 users using the conditions you see below. For some reason I cannot figure out why the 5th entry is not being added to the segment. When I save it it only saves the first 4 entries. The conditions are exactly the same as the others, this user has started checked out on her profile so im really not sure why its not adding it. Any help would be great, thanks.

Product feed - What products should the customers view first missing options

Auto email flow based on sign up form id

Hi,I have an embedded form that will promote a lead magnet.I want them to go into an existing list and receive the standard welcome flow that is already set up AND I want a separate single email flow to ‘deliver’ the lead magnet.I think I can do this based on them being new to the list and an additional filter on consent_form_id. However, the id of the form I’ve created isn’t showing up?The form is live, just not displayed anywhere yet. How can I fix the flow filter?

Hi Team, Is there a way I can split subscribers on to lists with a check box from a pop up? EG have one sign up field but then have a check box for different lists for the person to subscribe to. can this be done? Thanks in advance

[Abandoned Cart Flow] {{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} doesn't work

Hi! My abandoned cart flow has been live for more than a year now. But as I was optimizing it, the tag {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} suddenly stopped working. So I did some troubleshooting and found some answers here in the Klaviyo Community. I replaced the previous tag with the {{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} tag and also made sure that the protocol was set to <other>. I’m handling five stores under one Klaviyo account. While this solution worked on one store, it’s not working on the other. When I preview my email and click on the link, one of these happens -- either I get redirected to a broken link (see screenshot) or another tab opens but it's just a duplicate of the Klaviyo email editor. Is this a glitch or am I missing something? Also attached is the way I set up the tag.  I’ve set my flow to Manual in the meantime. Appreciate your response, thanks.-- Other things you should know that could be relevant:I’m using a both the old and new email editor in the same flow

dynamic coupons expiration

When you set a dynamic coupon created for Shopify to expire in X # of days. Does it expire at the same time of day the coupon was created or at the end of the day on the final day? if the email sends at 10 AM on day 1 does it expire at 10 AM on day 3 or at the end of day 3 I just always assumed it was based on when it was created but them I saw someone put in an email that it expired at 11:59 PM and wasn’t sure.

Where can I find the Active on site snippet in Klaviyo?

In the guide it says “To locate your Active on Site snippet in Klaviyo, click the account dropdown and select Setup Web Tracking. Copy the first snippet. “.But I cannot find the Setup Web tracking section, since the look of Klaviyo is not the same as in the guide. Where is it located?I need the snippet for setting up Google Tag manager. Thanks in advance. /Åsa

Problem importing all Klaviyo contact into Google Ads

Hi, We imported a list of around 1100 contacts into Google Ads. Somehow only 500-600 got through. Is there any way with the new way of importing to Google Ads to check why the other ones are not succeeding?

How to add padding below newsletter email logo and headline text?

Hello, I’m trying to setup my Newsletter email pages under the Subscribe & Preference Pages link. I’m noticing that the “You've Been Subscribed, Confirm Your Email, etc.” under the logo is RIGHT below the logo. I don’t see an option anywhere to add padding below the logo or above this headline text. How do I add some space between these two?Thank you, -Chris

Displaying a customer s dynamic code in a follow up flow

Hi Team, I have set up dynamic codes from a welcome pop up and want to send a reminder to the customer in a flow. Everything I have researched says that this cannot be done but that was from a year ago (at least). You can now use dynamic codes on sign up forms as this was an option when setting up the pop up. I just need to figure out if you can send the dynamic code in a flow and if yes how to do this? Thanks

Is the Chat Support line down today?

I’ve been attempting to do a chat since 9am EST and continue to get the ‘Our Chat Team is currently offline’ message at 2pm EST.  Is anyone else having this issue? I did submit an email… no response.It is for a paid account.
