Show/Hide Logic Based on Property Number Value

Looking to create Dynamic Block based on a contacts Property that has numbers. Example. Contact will see image 1 if their Property value for Current Sales is between .01 and 10000.00. Contact will see image 2 if their Property value for Current Sales is between 10000.01 and 20000.0.I know i can use a flow and automate a new property based on the value but am looking for a solution where i can just use the Show/hide option based directly on this one Current Sales property rather than having to create another one based on that value.

How to add a link to a tracking button that takes you to usps page tracking?

Hello Klaviyo community,I have a store that works with Big commerce + Shipstation + Klaviyo.I am creating transactional emails:Ordered.Shipped.Delivered. 1)Could you confirm that it isn’t possible to have a delivered transactional email with shipstation?Am I required to buy an other service for that option (which start to pill up)? Sending a “delivered” email 2-3 days after a “shipped” email will only create resentment if it’s not verified i think. 2)Inside my “shipped” email, I prefer not to display the tracking number, but add a button link to usps tracking page. Is that possible?I couldn’t find the doc about this. I have been using the tracking number code from the preview but that doesn’t work. Any suggestions will help.  Thx a million

Browse Abandonment - Split according to specific product viewed

I want to create a split in my Browse Abandonment flow and create product-specific emails to my best sellers + another for the rest. Customers usually browse more then 1 item.Let’s say client viewed items X + Y + Z.how can I make sure that my split condition catches Z and shows the Z product in the dynamic product shown?

Proving the use of Double Opt In

  Is there any way to prove that a customer has double opted in when subscribing to a newsletter? Is it possible to see it afterwards? Can you see when they did it?  I would be grateful for answers, as I can't find a way to prove this myself, which seems illogical. As double opt in is made mandatory, I know that all subscribers to the newsletter have it, but I am particularly interested in how to prove this in case of problems afterwards. Can anyone advise me? I would be very thankful.

Branded domain

Hey thereI just set up a new branded domain for my client.I ran a test with mail-tester and I see that it misses many things included DKIM, DMARC, etc.But I actually noticed that I didn’t update the sender email address.Is that email adress : send.mywebiste.com ?(I followed Klaviyo’s instruction to set this up and its all good, it worked as you can see below.When I was sharing a domain, my email adress was : contact@mywebsite.com.But is my new sender email adress is : send.mywebiste.com ?ThanksSteve

Wordpress embed not work on pages

I’m new to Klaviyo but not to Wordpress. I was able to add the code to my site, got the pop up working and was able to embed a form on a blog post a few weeks ago.Right now I’m stuck because I’m trying to set up a page with a sign up form. I want to create a QR code that will take people to this page on my website to sign up. But for some reason the embed form isn’t showing when I view the page.I made sure the form was set to everyone, even tried viewing incognito but it’s just not showing. I went back to the blog post I did a few weeks ago that I was able to embed and made sure I was using the same widget. I even made a clone of that sign up form so that I would know it’s all exactly the same. But it won’t show on the page.What am I missing?

Header/Link adding padding to logo in mobile

Hi there. I’ve recently started using the new editor. I have an issue where the Header/Link block adds unwanted padding to the logo section in mobile. No issue on desktop.There is no padding issue on mobile in the rest of the email. Full width elements are full width on mobile just fine.This is the desktop preview, the logo section is flush with the image below as designed: And this is the mobile version where you can see the unwanted padding.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

How to track which links are clicked on an email

Is there any way to see which links in an email lead to conversions if the URLs for each link is the same?For example, I link to the home page in a few places on an email, but how do I know which link is the one leading to conversions? Is it the homepage link in the header, at the footer, or elsewhere? Is there a way to differentiate link clicks if they’re to the same URL?

Dynamic Coupons apply to one-time purchase only, not subscriptions.

Is there currently a solution so that dynamic coupons can also be applied for subscriptions in combination with the normal Shopify checkout page? We are using Seal Subscriptions.

Permanently supressing a profile

Hello! Can’t seem to find any information about this online - is there a way to permanently suppress a profile? Meaning, ban them from ever being able to opt-in again using the same email. Appreciate any help!

Test emails not sending

When I send a test email nothing arrives.I do not get a warning about hitting the test email send limit.Nothing found in spam folder or “promotions”.No changes to firewalls or any other security.Sent to our domain, gmail and yahoo, none received email.Klaviyo help kept circling “Check spam folder” and “must be your domain security”, NOT THE ISSUE.Hung up with Klaviyo help because they were not helpful. UPDATE: I sent the test to a temp-mail.org address and the email arrived WTFUPDATE: Because the temp-mail.org worked, I re-tried our domain, gmail and yahoo addresses, none worked.UPDATE: I have access to a totally different Klaviyo account and test emails sent from that account arrive without any issues to all the same email addresses.

Targeting users who have done only one action in a flow?

We have a custom metric set up “Trial Started”, where a user activates a trial of one of our apps, but this logic can apply to e-commerce orders too.I want to create a flow that sends an email to users to started a trial for Product X only, so if they’ve started a trial for Product Y or Z ever, they will not be in this flow.So far, the only way I can see to do this is the use the “What a user has not done” filter and create a list that includes the SKU of every other app of ours, like this:But this would be awful to maintain.

Sign-up form not shown

I have a sign-up form that is not showing. I have been searching in the documentation and I have already checked that the store code shows the Klaviyo company ID correctly and only one integration is shown. I compared the code against another store that I manage and the code is the same - of course, each one with its corresponding identifier - but it still doesn't work. What other action can I try? Will I have to delete the integration and do it again?Thanks in advance for your responses.

Can I recover the sms subscribers from double opt in.

Hello so I recently did not know double opt in was turned on for my sms popup. I was confused why my sms subscribers list only has 13 people while my sign up form was at 703. I have no changed to single opt in, is there anyways to recover the double opt in sms subscribers that did not confirm? This is so bad for me.

Klaviyo x WooCommerce Integration - Non 200 Response Received Error

 Hi there, I faced similar issues when I was trying to integrate Klaviyo with my WooCommerce Store. It returns the error as showing below.  I’ve checked with my developers that the user agent for Klaviyo is allowed on the server, but it still not working for me.  It will be much appreciated if someone could help me sort it out.  Thanks.

Can anyone shed light on how Klaviyo is tracking ‘Package Delivered’ metric as par tof the paid Review plan. I use AusPost E-parcel in Australia and international delivery. Re-enable sync

Hi folksI have received an email from Klaviyo saying the it is no longer authorized to connect to typeform. This is an integration that I have had working for a year or two. Klaviyo saying the I need to re-enable sync. In Klaviyo settings it says typeform is enabled as an integration but new email addresses are not being added when people subscribe. Any thoughts on how I might be able to fix this would be appreciated.Luke.

In product page after clicking the button "Show more" reviews, it redirect to cart page

Hi guys, I need help with klaviyo reviews widget. In our product page reviews section/widget, when you click the button “Show more” reviews then it redirects to cart page instead of showing more reviews. I need help with this. How to Test Product Review Flow Without Reviews

How would I go about testing a product review flow without having any reviews. I have two different product review flows. One that is for those who leave a review that is 3 stars and below and another flow that is for those who leave a review that is 4 or 5 stars.

Klaviyo Reviews Multi-Lingual x Shopify

Hey everyone,We’re using Klaviyo for Flows and Campaigns so far. Now I wanted to get started with Products Reviews since it would be just great to have this covered by the same tool.We’re running a multilingual shop (EN, DE & FR) so it would be quite crucial to us to integrate reviews that allow us to translate the content of the reviews themselves… (using Translate & Adapt for translations… but so far I didn’t find a way to access those values or find any other way to translate it). Does anyone here have any kind of experience on this or maybe tried it as well?Thankful for any kind of recommendation. CheersMaurice

Is there a link I can add to buttons which automatically adds products to the shoppers cart? i'm looking at creating an abandoned checkout upsell and being able to add products to cart from the email would be extremely helpful?
