Email Consent Never Subscribed Woo Commerce

Hello everyone,I have the following issue:I imported my contacts via the WooCommerce Klaviyo Connector. While the import was successful, all of my contacts have been marked with a "Never Subscribed" email consent status.From what I understand, this means I won't be able to send emails to these contacts. Is there a way to change the consent status for these contacts in bulk, considering that all of them have agreed to receive emails? If there's an API solution, I'd appreciate the details. If not, what would be the recommended workaround?In case i made something wrong in the Import how  can i delete these contacts in bulk?Thanks in advance for your help!

Who gets what email

Hey everyone!I have a question that i honestly never found an answer for.Let’s say that someone just gave their email thru a pop-up and they abandoned their cart for exampleDo they get the welcome series and the abandoned cart flow emails at the same time?

tem como eu tirar a confirmação de inscrição? Pois ativei e-mails marketing, e pelo que parece ela só aparece quando uma pessoa confirma a inscrição através de um e-mail. Tem como eu tirar essa confirmação? Para que assim meus e-mails marketing sejam enviados diretamente

xml feed loop and slice not working for me properly

I’m having some trouble with a dynamic emial i’m building using an xml field.the feek is setup as the below:feeds.Shopping.Products.Product|slice:':3'alias Reccomendzand the code is {% if person|lookup:'most_like_product' in Reccomendz.ProductName %}<div style="padding: 10px!important; font-weight: 600; font-size: 16PX;">{{Reccomendz.ProductName}}<br /></br.>{ Reccomendz.ProductPrice }}</div>{% endif %}My problemsProblem 1:when i use |slice 3, it only seems to read the first 3 items in the xml list instead of displaying the first 3 items. am i using this correctly or is theire another tag i should be using?Problem 2:When i don’t use |slice 3 it seems to generate a blank section for all the data fields that don’t match the criteria (200 other products) increasing the file size from 70kb to 2000kb (and crashing my machine). is there a way to end the loop after it has found the 3 products, so it doesnt generate the extra sections?

I have noticed slower site speed since installing the Review Code on our WooCommerce platform. I know this is a newer feature to the Klaviyo Platform, and was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this.

Invalid kx from test campaigns

When I click on ‘Shop now’ link from a test campaign, it generates an invalid kx, which gives an error when I send it to the Events API. How can I distinguish a valid from an invalid kx?

Klaviyo UTM Parameters not pulling through to Shopify?

Hello, we appear to be having problems with tracking parameters on our Shopify store We recently sent an email which contained a discount code to a very small pool of people. In Klaviyo, I can see the profiles who opened the email, clicked a link in the email then made a purchase. However in Shopify, the conversion summaries for these orders are showing as ‘Direct to your store’ Does anyone have any advice as to why this is happening and how to resolve?

Shortcut for adding templates to flows

Hi all, I’ve been working with Klaviyo for over 3 years now and deal with quite extensive flows. Every now and then a flow needs a full update of templates, which takes me ages due to the amount of clicks it takes to add a new template. Have the devs ever considered adding a shortcut for adding / changing templates in flows? If devs are reading this, please consider. It would save so much time on large scale.  ThanksV

Sign-up Form Submit Rate Performance

I have been running a signup form through Klaviyo for several months.  It started out really strong at roughly 5% submit rate and then dropped to about 1.5% submit rate.  Nothing changes as far as type of traffic, nor did we change the form or anything related to the form. As a test we ran a popup form with converflow.com (and linked it up to the normal welcome flow series with klaviyo) and the next day it jumped up to a 3%+ submit rate.  I made the form basically the same as the klaviyo one. This tells me there must be some issue going on. For added context, we use woocommerce for our website. Has anyone ever seen something like this?  Its great that the converflow one is getting up double the signups, but it would of course be easier to continue using klaviyos.  Additionally, it would be great if we could get this rate back up to the 5% is was at a couple months ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How to hide pop-up form to analyze user behavior on the website

Hello!I use a pop-up form to receive registrations when visiting my store. However, when I want to analyze the heatmap of my shopify store in Microsoft Clarity, this pop-up always covers the areas of the website. Unfortunately, I can't click it away. Now I wanted to ask if there is a URL that hides the pop-up? Or how do you handle this?Best regards Michael

Hi, I have a multi-language store, and I am in the process of creating my sign up forms. Is there a option to make these sign up forms and welcome forms in different languages? Or automatically go to the language based on the one selected by traffic on my website? I tried to manually create a source but it’s showing Feed Inaccessible.My client is on the free account and is past the trial period so I can’t reach out to Klaviyo for her.I’ve never seen anything like this before. Non-subbed checkout abandoners getting welcome flow

The Welcome flow is triggered by the master list when a person submits a pop-up, and they’re added to the master list. However, when a non-subscriber visits the site and abandons the checkout while checking the opt-in box, they are also added to the same master list. This triggers both the Welcome flow and the Abandonment flow for that person.Given this situation, should I change the list structure—such as where new subscribers go or where opt-in box tickers are added—or would it be more effective to create filters in the Welcome flow to remove people who have entered an Abandonment flow? I’m looking for the best approach to ensure that customers are only entered into the appropriate flow without causing overlap or confusion.

Optimizing Welcome and Abandonment Flows: Filtering and Discount Strategy Advice

Question 1:When creating a Welcome flow, is it customary or suggested to remove people from the Welcome flow via a filter when they view a product, add to cart, or start checkout? My concern is that they could end up receiving both the Welcome flow and one of the selected Abandonment flows (Browse Abandonment, Checkout Abandonment, or Cart Abandonment) at the same time.To clarify, I have my trigger filters set up correctly for the Abandonment flows so that customers only receive one Abandonment flow at a time. However, if they view a product, add to cart, or start checkout while going through the Welcome flow, they might receive both the Welcome flow and an Abandonment flow simultaneously. Custom Properties For Abandonment Flows Question

I'm attempting to prevent people going through my abandonment flows—Browse Abandonment, Checkout Abandonment, and Cart Abandonment—from receiving campaign emails. The goal is to keep the messaging super targeted and prevent customers who are nearly about to purchase from getting distracted.Plan:To achieve this, I'm planning to update the profile property at the start and end of these flows. These profiles will then populate a segment that I will use to exclude from campaigns.Question:Do you know if a customer going through any of the abandonment sequences will have their profile property updated by Klaviyo if they leave the flow via a filter on the trigger or profile, versus leaving the flow by completing it naturally (reaching the end and passing the conditional split)?I'm asking because when the customer enters the flow, their profile property will be updated. Bot Clicks while saparating list

So we’re trying to separate our email list into B2B and B2C. I set up the properties with the corresponding segments and created a campaign to automate the process. The problem I’m running now are bot clicks. Is there a way to exclude the profiles that have joined a segment via a bot click? Doing it manually is not an option at our scale.

Dynamic block with cart value.

Hi! We’re using woocommerce in our webshop - right now I’m trying to improve our abandoned cart flow.I want to add a section that is personalized based on the recipient’s cart value, but I’m having trouble finding the option to do that. I’ve noticed that I can add dynamic information via text blocks to display the current value of someone’s cart, but that’s not exactly what I’m looking for.Here’s what I’m aiming to achieve:a. If the cart value is equal to or less than 248 PLN:“Add products worth xx,xx PLN or more to get free shipping! [product recommendations]”b. If the cart value is more than 248 PLN:“Congrats!
