SMS subscription link - How to see new subscribers

Hi there, I am really excited to start using the “growth tool” of adding subscription links for SMS to my Instagram Stories, however, I’ve realized that there’s nowhere to see who subscribed through that link in the growth tool itself. Is there a simple way to see how many have subscribed from this dedicated link, or a way to pull them into a segment?  Thanks!

Klaviyo Salesforce CRM integration

Currently, Klaviyo syncs one metric with Salesforce CRM: Became Lead, says the documentation. Does it present a limitation? Does it mean that I can’t view a lead’s subsequent journey (e.g., converted to opportunity, became a customer) in Klaviyo? Please help!

Sender's email address alignment with branded sending domain

Hi,I have a question on how to properly align sender email address with branded sending domain.I took over several accounts and I started seeing this notification: So far configuration has been done as:Sender email address: info@mydomain.com Branded sending domain: send.mydomain.com I’ve checked old threads regarding this matter, and I understand that the configuration above should be sufficient/appropriate as the root domain is the same.Link to the thread: However, we’re still seeing the message above. My question is:Should our sender email address change from info@mydomain.com to send@mydomain.com? If statement above is correct, what should our next steps be in order to comply with the requirements? And what does the possible change in terms of technical configuration and domain warm up mean if we want to keep our sender email address as info@mydomain.com?Thank you!

Reviwe request- Klaviyo + Reviwes.io

We have created a 'Request Review' flow and inserted a dynamic link from Rewive.io for product reviews into the email. The Trigger is a fulfilled order without any Filter. There is a Waiting for 12 days, and after 12 days, the Email should be sent. Unfortunately, the email is not being sent. However, the count of the waiting list is increasing, and the Flow has been Live for more than 12 days. Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Thank you."

INCORRECT PRODUCT SHOWING IN ABANDONED CART

Hi, I am not a coder not did I input any coding or URL into Klaviyo app used through Shopify. I have noticed that one product is displayed in every single flow sent to customers who have abandoned their cart. It is not relating to the product they have abandoned and it is the same product in every email?I cannot find any settings on the app I am using via Shopify and I have no idea how to fix it? Please help!

Importing in-store collection data to Klaviyo

My client is beginning to implement in store email collection for customers. They’d like to use the data to send them flows to nurture the relationship with the customer. For context the brands sells wollen jumpers, mainly to American tourists visiting Europe. When the customer makes a purchase they choose from three exclusive options. They will only be in one of these three pathsShip the items home from the store for free. So they don’t have carry abound bulky jumpers for the rest of their travels. Exiting Abandoned Cart Flow and Profile Property Update

I have a two questions regarding an abandoned cart flow—(1) My question (which I THINK the answer is yes) is: If I set “Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow” as a “Profile Filter” on the initial “Trigger”, this will be checked before each action?So, if a user buys after email 1, they WILL NOT receive email 2. OR, do I have to add that same filter (“Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow”) in the “Additional Filters” section of each email action card? (2) Further to this, I have a “Profile Property Update” action at the beginning and end of each flow—“(Exclude) In Flows BOOL”—so I can identify users currently in a flow. So, If I have a sale email etc., those people do not get this email interrupting their flow. I seem to have a lot of people (too many) in this segment atm so I think there’s a bug, namely: If (1) above is true and the “Profile Filter > “Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow” on the initial trigger is checked prior to each s

Facebook pixel data mismatch

Hi, I have my Klaviyo set up with Shopify for abandoned carts. When I check the data on Facebook meta pixel, I am having numerous abandoned carts a day but this information is not syncing to Klaviyo - is it because these people who are abandoning carts are not signed up to my email marketing?

Using the same form to set different custom property

I’m using a Klaviyo form for when our products are out of stock. They are added to a new “Out of Stock List.” To be informed when the products are back in stock.  I’d like to improve upon this if there is more than one product out of stock, I’d like to set a custom property in the person’s profile to say which product it is to make segmentation easier. I’m having trouble figuring out the best way to go about this. Thanks for any guidance you can give me.

Implementing Klaviyo using the GTM tag

Hello, Please help with the implementation of Klaviyo. We are unable to deploy klaviyo using the GTM tag. Everything was done correctly, the tag works and turns on, but when I try to verify the domain, unfortunately the message “The script was not installed correctly” pops up.I did everything according to the instruction manual from this page: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015392131 It does not say that you have to paste the code in the “head” section of the page code.  I would be very grateful for your help

409 on Profile Upsert call

Hi All,We’re using the new Klaviyo APIs. I am using the Create/Update Profile call, documented here.We hit an error this morning where Klaviyo returned a 409 Conflict error for this endpoint. { "errors": [ { "id": "134eb88b-10fb-4f65-84bc-6ea5fb2f1f2a", "status": 409, "code": "duplicate_profile", "title": "Conflict.", "detail": "A profile already exists with one of these identifiers.", "source": { "pointer": "/data/attributes" }, "links": {}, "meta": { "duplicate_profile_id": "{redacted}" } } ]} How is it possible to get a 409 Conflict error on an upsert operation? Existing data in v1/v2 migration?

Hello,We have a custom Klaviyo integration for our ecommerce infrastructure, which has been using the v1/v2 APIs for a couple of years.I have fully understood and tested the differences between event structure in the v1/v2 APIs and the new APIs and how to migrate event generating code from the old format to the new format.However, what I can’t quite establish is, what happens to all the existing events data (and profiles) - do we need to re-upload all historical data in the new format?I.e. Are historical events already uploaded via v1/v2 100% compatible with equivalent events uploaded with the new APIs?Are we required to delete all existing metrics and re-upload using the new APIs?Thanks in advance!Mat.

edit the heading font colour on the update preferences and success pages

hi,I’m setting up the update preferences and success pages and i can edit the formatting of everything on the form except for the heading. I’m trying to use a dark background but the heading is black and there isn’t anywhere to change the font colour. On the form, i can change the font colour.How can we amend the font colour of the heading on those pages?

Client-side metrics not showing on users profiles

Client-side metrics are not showing on user profiles. However, if I check the metric report, it shows activity.Note: Metrics are not appearing on any client and at any time. It's not that they stopped appearing for new events. In fact, metrics that used to appear on a profile have stopped appearing. Now only server-side metrics are displayed. Can someone help me figure out what might be causing this?Thank you.(As example, this image corresponds to View Product Metric. On the users profile, there is not View Product metrics showing up.)

Facebook Integration Support
