Client-side metrics not showing on users profiles

Client-side metrics are not showing on user profiles. However, if I check the metric report, it shows activity.Note: Metrics are not appearing on any client and at any time. It's not that they stopped appearing for new events. In fact, metrics that used to appear on a profile have stopped appearing. Now only server-side metrics are displayed. Can someone help me figure out what might be causing this?Thank you.(As example, this image corresponds to View Product Metric. On the users profile, there is not View Product metrics showing up.)

Signup popup isn't showing on the button click

Facebook Integration Support

“Unsubscribed" count on UI doesn't match API metric

Hi there,I’ve faced the discrepancy in “Unsubscribed" metric between UI and API for campaign 01HSG6F014BXXNPQSQ76RPG2AB “ag-040124-MonthlyBirthdayInspo_6am”.UI has 514 “Unsubscribed" events:However, in API I found 2 metrics:VYpqKR “Unsubscribed from Email Marketing” has 333:XxudPw “Clicked email to unsubscribe” has 316: Please explain which metric I should use in API to get the “Unsubscribed" value I see in UI. Kind regards,Evgeniy

How to preview a sent A/B tested campaign from a particular recipient's perspective?

Hi Developer Community!I know Klaviyo lets you preview a particular “flow message” from a particular recipient’s perspective at the following URL:klaviyo.com/message/flow-message/web-view/[long numerical message id] (e.g. 216877436573647322794290441050036131681)This also works for “campaign messages” that do not have A/B test variations:klaviyo.com/message/campaign/web-view/[long numerical message id]However, it seems that when the message was sent as a part of an A/B test, then the campaign URL no longer works and gives me a 404 (message not found). Does anyone know the URL to preview a campaign variation from a particular recipient’s perspective, after it has been sent?Thank you!

Abandoned Cart Flow not feeding through to product checkout/cart

Hey, I’m having issues with my abandoned cart flow. When testing, it’s correctly displaying the details of the items in the abandoned cart, however when i click through to ‘return to cart’, it takes me through to the that product page on my woocommerce website, but not through to the checkout/cart. It’s not even registering that my cart has an item in it, which kind of defeats the point of having this set up in the first place.  Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Klaviyo and Unbounce on the same domain

We have landing pages (on Unbounce) on try.company.com. We want to send Klaviyo emails from the same domain, e.g. hello@try.company.comUnbounce needs the try.company.com CNAME to point to them to serve the website.Klaviyo, says it needs the same but doesn’t actually serve anything on try.company.com, it actually just needs MX records for try.company.com? I understand DNS very well, which DNS entries do I need to manually setup for Klaviyo to work (given that the try.helloheadsup.com needs to point to Unbounce)

Teaser signup form has a strange overlay/ background

Hi everyone,I set up a popup teaser but every time we hover over it on the website a greenish triangle appears on top of it. I have tried the circle teaser and a square surrounds it when I turn it live.It seems that I could get away with the rectangle but my client would like the corner teaser… Any advice? Solutions? Sign up form & abanoned cart issue

I’m driving myself insane going back and forth with this. I have Klaviyo pop up newsletter enabled and integrated with Shopify. It seems when someone is adding to cart, it’s not syncing with Shopify to tell me. Can someone take a look at this screenshot and confirm if this person has signed up to marketing? It is confuses where it says ‘form submitted’ - did this person submit by sign up form? I understand why they wouldn’t show up in my abandoned cart if they didn’t, but then how does Klaviyo have their email address? I did two abandoned cart tests tonight and neither of them are showing up :(

Review visible on every product on the page

Hey hi, my name is Cornelis and i am a starting small business owner. received now my first reviews and want to ask if there is a possibility to set it up that the review is visible on any product. I have a lots of items on my website and even if y place my reviews on my landing page nobody will notice.  I already saw this quite often, that people have their review directly over or under their price at their products  Anyone knows a workaround for this?

Pop up and button link

Hi,Klaviyo pop up has been freezing my website for the last 6 months. Thus I’ve removed it. When the pop up appears and we close it (with the X or by clicking next to it), we can’t click on anything anymore.As they don’t find the solution to fix it, I came with a plan B. Building a landing page on my Shopify and now I want to link the button to collect the emails to Klaviyo. Here too, it seems they have no idea how to do that.The way they suggested (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4418052317339) is not working.Anyone to support with a solution for both?Thanks

Removing Specific Product from Abandoned Cart Flow

Hey fam, I have a shipping protection upsell that I use for a shopify store. I have noticed that the email flows have been including this as a product and reminding people to come back and buy it from their cart + the product they had in mind.Is there any way to prevent this from happening? or exclude the protection from this flows?Thank you in advance, Sebas.

Coupon Code API Questions

Hi there! I have two questions:Is there any way to get the Shopify price rule object associated with a coupon object on Klaviyo? Essentially, I want to get the metadata of the coupon (i.e., the % off, when it expires, etc.) but I can’t find this info on the API. Also, I noticed that whenever I create or retrieve a coupon code associated with a coupon object (with status ‘UNASSIGNED’ or ‘ASSIGNED_TO_PROFILE’), the code does not appear to be ‘active’ in the sense that if I open up a new window, click ‘checkout’ and try to apply the code, Shopify says invalid code. Any clues on how I can get a valid code to apply? I have tried both the `unique_code` and `id` fields of the Coupon Code object, but neither seems to work.

Lead to active customer

Hi there, We’re currently setting up our lead campaign and within the segment there is a rule that the customer property doesn’t equal ACTIVE (stripe status). Is this enough for someone to drop out of a lead flow and into our welcome subscriber flow should they subscribe during the flow? Or are there other rules within the flow that need to be set?We only want them to receive the on boarding flow.Thanks,Annabelle
