Teaser signup form has a strange overlay/ background

Hi everyone,I set up a popup teaser but every time we hover over it on the website a greenish triangle appears on top of it. I have tried the circle teaser and a square surrounds it when I turn it live.It seems that I could get away with the rectangle but my client would like the corner teaser… Any advice? Solutions? Thanks in advance.

How many emails can I send at once?

Hi Community!I’m getting in to email marketing to grow my start-up and have a bunch of things I’m trying to figure out so I can be more effective How many emails can I send at once? or in a single day? - Someone told me 50 per hourWho sets those limits? What happens if you exceed that number?I am using my own domain to send emails which I purchased over a month ago.Is Klaviyo sending the emails or is the company I host my email with sending them?  Thanks all for your help!

Klaviyo Salesforce CRM integration

Currently, Klaviyo syncs one metric with Salesforce CRM: Became Lead, says the documentation. Does it present a limitation? Does it mean that I can’t view a lead’s subsequent journey (e.g., converted to opportunity, became a customer) in Klaviyo? Please help!

Hello,We send out a lot of gifts on behalf of people and I am setting up a reminder flow to send out to senders. How do I add in the recipients name (shipping name) rather than the sender? e.g Hello, a year ago you sent XXXXX a gift. Would you like to send XXXXX a gift this year?I have tried a few different codes and none seem to workThank you

WINBACK FLOW NOT PERFORMING WELL

HI-My winback flows are not performing well. I checked our analytics for each winback flow and nothing seems to be working. We have no open and click rates. We did the back populate trigger as well for customers who had orders last from x number of days.Is there anything that we did wrong or should add to show data from old customers who have opened our win back emails? Thanks

Back In Stock - Not Working

So a couple a days ago Back In Stock, stopped working for my client. At this point i’m about ready to give up. I debugged the thing quite a lot and now i’m getting some errors from klaviyo utils. Deliverability Issues

Has anyone noticed deliverability going down? It almost appears as thought the auto settings from klaviyo aren’t correct (dkim, etc). I have now moved two different people from other platforms (mailchimp and shopify) where both times their open rates were MUCH higher on those platforms. I have a good deliverability score, keep my lists clean, but cannot match what I was seeing on their old accounts. Anyone have a similar issue?

Custom Reporting - Analyzing Open Rates by Subject Line

I’d like to know how I can set up a custom report that to analyze Monthly Subject Line performance (Open Rate performance) with the Subject as a metric. I am reviewing opens in Custom Reporting and don’t see how to set it up - wanted to know if anyone else has similar issues or has created a template report.It’s a important report to analyze Brand performance and what resonates best with our segment.

Getting 400 error for events a missing required parameter even though it's in the payload

I am trying to hit the /events/ API from a make.com automation to create a custom metric for when someone completes a form in another tool. However I keep getting 400 error like:“The operation failed with an error. [400] 'profile' is a required field for the resource 'event'.” It should be there, as I just copied an example payload from the API resource document (see below). I have tried different variations and get similar error. How to stop coupon email from being delivered to spam?

Hello,I have 2 questions as below:(1) Per my test on my own gmail email address, I found my coupons being delivered to spam. So how do I stop my coupon emails from being delivered to spam?(2) Once the visitor on my website enters their email address, how do I set-up a message popping up as “Please check your SPAM folder if you don’t see our coupon delivered to inbox as sometimes our coupon emails do end up there”? Any best practices to notify the visitor about this without raisin any red flags related to spam considering the fact that some customers might think I am sending them spam emails which I am obviously not. I would appreciate your response, thanks!

How to see click through rates on clipped message

Hi everyone. We’ve had a few messages that have been clipped and when I previously used campaign monitor you could see click rates for the “see full message” link. I can’t seem to find this in Klaviyo? It’s not in the campaign link performance stats. Is this not enabled or am I missing where to find it?Thanks in advance

Long sunset - spreading out profiles over email sends

Setting up a sunset strategy for an ecommerce brand, that is heavily influenced by seasonality. Meaning that the biggest portion of customers are usually most interested at the start of the season (spring in this case) and might update their equipment then. People might also skip a couple of years and not buy anything but around every 5 years they ought to have returned (if not, they have quit the hobby). We need to be with them at the moment they do decide to make another purchase.We send out weekly newsletters currently with promotions. If I’d go by the usual 60/90 days to suppress profiles, we’d be missing out on them next season. Hence, I’m trying to come up with ways to counter this.Thinking about something along the lines of:First part of the strategy60d no engagement: change frequency from weekly to monthly trigger based: open/click newsletter? change back to weekly 60-180d no engagement: no more newsletters (but don’t suppress) Trigger based: viewed website? Change back to mon

Gmail Clipped-but size is only 43kb

Hi Everyone,I'm experiencing an issue where all my emails are getting clipped in Gmail. I've checked and downloaded the emails, and they're only 43KB. I can see the entire message, but it still shows as clipped. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Accessing Cookie or Identifying Tracked User

I’m working on a custom integration for our app, where we would want to query klaviyo to get a profile ID from the cookie or session somehow. Meaning, what I’m trying to do is be able to retrieve a profile ID from the cookie or something so i can map it back to a call for the full profile etc. Is this somehow possible? Can’t seem to find the api docs or guide on how we would be able to identify a klaviyo profile/tracked user on the merchant site while the site is loading/page loaded etc.

Fix typo in a custom property name

I created a custom property by defining and setting the property for a single user, but I ended up with a typo in the name. Is there a way to edit the property name or to delete it? I tried deleting it from the user it was added to, but have not yet tried deleting the user altogether. I mangled the name on two custom properties so far, and so wonering if it can be fixed without having to start an entirely new Klaviyo account

ACTION REQUIRED] Klaviyo Magento 2 extension update

Hi all,I recently received this email:Klaviyo will retire our legacy v1/v2 APIs on June 30th, 2024. All code using these legacy v1/v2 APIs needs to be updated, and the following accounts are currently using our legacy APIs.I was notified that my account will be affected by this.We did not update any code or API, rather our team migrated to newer version of Magento i.e. 2.4.7, after this migration, we received the following email.Klaviyo will retire our legacy v1/v2 APIs on June 30th, 2024, and your Magento 2 integration will be impacted unless you upgrade the extension. Extension versions using Klaviyo’s legacy APIs will no longer operate as expected after the retirement date.You need to upgrade your Magento 2 extension before June 30, 2024. Now, I want to confirm:a. Do I only need to upgrade to the latest extension of Klaviyo and the Legacy API issue will be resolved?b. Is this upgrade going to affect my current lists, segments, flows etc?

Google PageSpeed Insights - Impacted by Email pop up `overflow: visible`

Hey - I’m new to using Klaviyo and after installing an email pop up I noticed our Google PageSpeed Insights (https://pagespeed.web.dev/) took a big drop on Best Practices (from 100 down to 81) . The message from google is this:Specifying `overflow: visible` on img, video and canvas tags may cause them to produce visual content outside of the element bounds. See https://github.com/WICG/shared-element-transitions/blob/main/debugging_overflow_on_images.md. When I inspected my site, it is coming from the Klaviyo email pop up form.I tried designs with and without an image and both have this same issue. Has anyone else seen this and have a solution to fix it?

How can I add a new email to a list using API?

I’m trying to build a custom form and I’m trying to capture emails for a newsletter. I want to add all the new captured emails to a specific list but I can’t seem to do with the Add Profile To List endpoint. The reason being because I don’t have the profile ID yet which this api requires.Seems like in the last version, it was possible because I had to provide emails, not IDs for the endpoint to work.

Hi All,We’re using the new Klaviyo APIs. Issues with tag code disappearing and copy/pasting not working in text blocks

I’m having an issue where I’m writing conditional tags in the visual email editor, but then the tags disappear after I preview the email, then switch back to the visual editor.tags show in source code but not in visual editorI’m also having an issue with copying and pasting into the visual editor not working.
