How to limit how many choices a customer can select from a multi checkbox?

I am currently using a pop up with a multi checkbox for potential customers to choose what type(s) of products they are interested in. How do I limit the number of choices they can select? And is it possible that if they select one in particular (the option is “I’m not sure”) they can not pick any others? If this doesn’t work with the multi checkbox, is there another option I can use for this purpose?

Flow Recommendation Needed for transient customer base

We sell wedding party gifts - for newlyweds, for the bridal party and for groomsmen.  So our customer base only needs our product for a specific amount of time -while they are engaged or until the the couple is married.We have a 4 email welcome series that ends after about 2 weeks or when an order is placed.  Currently we have no further automation past that.  What would you recommend for an ongoing engagement campaign (or flow) to try and stay relevant during the limited time that our product applies to the subscriber.Would simply drawing out the welcome series with weekly emails (while maintaining the conditional split) be a reasonable approach?Any thoughts/advice are greatly appreciated.

Skipped Due to Fails Flows Filters but No Sale? Why?

I was in Klayvio the other night and noticed that I had a high number of skips.  I did a bit of digging to see that most of the skips came from failing the flow filters. I’m running an abandoned cart sequence and the filter is simply “Placed Order 0 times since starting this flow filter”.  What I found interesting was that to total number of skipped email and total sales on our site didn’t add up for a given time.  Does anyone know of another reason why these email would be skipped or something in the flow that I could be missing?

Why Facebook Lead Ad doesn't share contact info (Name Lastname and phone) to Klavyio List?

I’m trying to connect Lead Ads integration to the Klavyio list, in the list there’s not info regarding phone numbers, lastname and phone number even if the Lead Ads form is tracking. Please need support from someone on the community. My best

How do I segment according to Item name?

I want to create a conditional split where if the product X is viewed by a customer, we will send a specific email. If the product X is not viewed by the customer, we will send another email instead. How do do it?

Back in Stock Emails not Sending!

Hi there, I’ve read all the threads on this topic and i still haven’t found the solution to my problem. The code is showing correctly and the button is showing perfectly on our site. When stock is added to a product, the notification emails aren’t sending to the subscribers. Can anyone advise on how i can resolve this? Below some screenshots for your reference. Two different campaign with same name shows as one in metric API

When I create two different campaign with same name in dashboard and I sent them I am able to do it.Now when I access their metric using aggregate metric API I am able to see all data merged as one campaign, is this expected

We have 76k customers on shopify but on Klaviyo it only shows 33k active profiles

Hi,For this client of mine, they have 76k customers on Shopify (customers who have given email consent), but on Klaviyo, I can only see 33k active profiles.Can I know how this mismatch usually happens?Also, let me know if, in this case, I can export the 76k customers from Shopify and upload them into Klaviyo.And if I do, can I know how to do it properly?Any help would be appreciated! Review Request flow doesn't work

Forms and list

I have two sign up forms (one trade and one consumer).  Both should add to my master list.  The consumer one shows as master under list on my forms page but the trade one is blank under lists on my forms page.  Can anyone help me sort this out please.  Thanks.  Peter

Hi there!When sending a campaign, and personalizing the subject line, I insert the code: {{ first_name|default:'there' }} . Is there a way to code it so that the name inserts with an ‘s to make the name possessive?Thank you!

Klaviyo/Shopify Integration: suppressed contacts

Hi! I need your help to solve a problem:I've integrated Klaviyo and Shopify and all the contacts have automatically been imported in Klaviyo.I don't need all of the contacts that I have in Shopify to be in Klaviyo but I want only specific profiles (with a Shopify tag). Since I want to set this automatically and I need that from now on all of the contacts with a specific tag to be imported, I can't import them manually. I'm thinking of suppress the contacts that I don't need once they are in in Klaviyo and to it periodically. I've read that Klaviyo's pricing tiers doesn't count the suppressed contacts, so this shouldn't be a problem! My doubt is: if I suppress a contact in Klaviyo what happen to the same contact in Shopify? Thanks for your support!

Adjusting text sizes on product blocks for desktop vs mobile

The desktop vs mobile text sizing options in Styles panel don’t appear to work on product blocks. Is there some way to adjust the text size on mobile? What looks great on desktop is way too large on mobile, yet if I create separate product blocks for desktop and mobile, my emails start clipping.

Abandon cart flow filters

Hi, i'd like to explain a bit about our updated abandoned cart flowWe used to literally have only one stream down the flow of three emails. And it was very simple. HOWEVER, we wanted to separate the abandoned court flow by new and old customers or new buyers and returning buyersThe goal for this flow was to provide the returning buyers with an 8% coupon code throughout the flow. But if they are new, we would give them email two and three with a 10 and 12% discount as seen in the picture. (both new and returning get the first email of 8%)I would like to know if I have set up the flow correctly.  These are my current questions:1.  Are my flow filters correct? Or should I add any other flow filters?  I want to capture more people in this flow, just in case we are missing them2.  Are time Delays, correct?3.  For my conditional split, I set it as "has placed a zero order over all time"  And in the No split, those are the ones that I'm assuming are going to be my old returning customers or p

Body html Liquid syntax error: Unknown tag 'elsif'

I know there have been posts about this, but none of them are any bit helpful. What the heck am I doing wrong? I tried even learning some HTML to fix this myself, but as you can imagine its not an overnight thing. Here’s my problem; I’m importing the Shipment Out for Delivery template, and I am getting this error. Its a “elsif” statement, and from what I've learned it seems to be caused by improper usage of the statement by the developer of this template. Post purchase flow using shopify's required email.

Hi,I’m trying to figure out best practices for a post purchase flow with the shopify required post purchase email. I have already created a template in klavio and uploaded into shopify. For the follow on post purchase flow, would I start with the 2nd and subsequent emails in klavio? If someone has an example of how they’ve worked this scenario out, I would love to see it. Thanks!

Vip Personal shopper campaign

Cancel scheduled email in a flow

Hi Team, So I created a new flow, added the first email. I then manually uploaded the contact list to which the flow goes. I then made the first email in the flow live, backpopulated it and off it went. There was a time delay set for three days.  I just added a second email to the flow yesterday, made it live and went to backpopulate it but it won't send out despite being live. That email seems to be scheduled but I don't recall scheduling it! Very frustrating as its time sensitive. Can anyone help with this? How do I cancel the scheduling for that particular email in the flow and just send it right away?Many thanks, Kylie

How do I add 25% Danish sales tax in Klaviyo?

Hey - I am new with Klaviyo, we are ready to start sending emails except for one problem: Our woocommerce product feed dows not contain sales tax so I need to add 25% Danish sales tax automatically in Klaviyo. We do not want to update products manually with the sales tax each time we send an email and we do not want to chage all the prices in Woocommerce because other systems are reliant on the prices being without sales tax and will not work if we change that. What du I do to fix this problem?
