Hi Klayvio,My site is weartolos.com so originally we were using ...@weartolos.com emails for our company. We started getting a lot of spam, and some people were confusing the “wear” for “we are”, so we purchased a new domain (tolosbarefootwear.com), and transitioned to using ...@tolosbarefootwear.com emails.When the DMARC rules changed, we couldn’t figure out what needed to be done to add our customer service email: team@tolosbarefootwear.com to our klayvio/godaddy account, so that it was configured correctly and we could fully transition to using that email for customer communication. Because of that, klayvio emails are our last emails that are still being sent through team@weartolos.com.I’ve spent some time trying to figure out how to set it up correctly and the only articles I can find are about switching from one domain to another, or setting up your domain to be DMARC compliant, but we want to continue using weartolos.com for the site and make all emails go through team@tolosbaref

My website is custom created and hence the subscribe pop up coming on it is also custom made now, how can I sync that pop up form with Klaviyo to get subscribers and to also trigger flows?how can I sync pop up form on my website with klaviyo?

Hi everyone, I’ve just created my first flow but it does not seem to pull out the image of the product and I have not received the abandoned cart email to the email I am testing it from the client’s website. I set it up as a 2 minute and zero placed orders just to see how it looks but I’ve not received anything..

We are testing our integration and submitted a test ‘placed order’ event with a fake phone number, we get a 400 error “The phone number provided either does not exist or is ineligible to receive SMS”The problem is that in real life customers can also enter invalid phone number (either intentionally or by accident).It doesn’t seem logical that the ‘placed order’ event metric should fail in such a case, obviously if the phone number is not valid we would not be able to use the phone number, but why would we choose to lose the event altogether just because of an invalid phone number? shouldn’t your system at least save the rest of the data?

Using the same tag below I can collect e-mails in Klaviyo. When trying to save the first_name to the profile it’s showing undefined. I have a google tag manager server side container sending events to Klaviyo. The format I have for ecommerce purchases are in the format of a GA4 purchase event, not in the format that klaviyo uses for “Placed Order” event. Is there any way within klaviyo to treat these events as Placed Order events? Or do I need to transform the data in GTM before sending to klaviyo?

How to NOT show items like the route protection product or additional warranty plan item from the dynamic product block in the abandoned checkout emails?I came across articles but they were for the old editor and didn’t work. Is there any updated way documented properly?

I am absolutely new to Klaviyo. I am looking for a way to gather customer feedback about a service. A separate system would be aware of when the service was delivered to the customer. So I am wondering, would it be possible to implement something like this:A service, managed in a separate system is delivered to customer The system has a scheduled process that would call Klaviyo after x amount of time after the service was delivered The call triggers a flow in Klaviyo, which sends en email notification to client asking to provide feedback The customer provides feedback either in an email form or the customer is redirected to form page  

Hello! Is it possible to define product block visibility by device, as can be done with image blocks etc… ?  It seems to be the only block that doesn’t have the option; or that I can see obviously. I’m trying to create different product blocks to display options based on device. This is because the mobile version gets too compressed and crowded. Thank you,Samuel

Hi. I’m using WordPress for my blog which is not an e-commerce site yet. I’m planning to make it an e-commerce site a year from now and I want to be better at using Klaviyo by then. But as of now, I’m having trouble with showing my Klaviyo forms in the website and I would highly appreciate it if anyone in this community can help me out.Because of my WordPress theme, I need to use the Genesis eNews Extended plugin and I would put the embed code: <div class="klaviyo-form-Vqi7ck"></div> to the Form Action field but when I test it by signing up with a personal email address, it comes out as an Error 404.  Please help. I want to add a signup form to an existing Webflow page that adds users to a list in Klaviyo. Do I need to embed a Klaviyo signup form on the Webflow page or can I have a Webflow form call Klaviyo in Javascript and just POST the user’s contact information to Klaviyo somehow? 

I sent a campaign with a specific promo code and have been getting a lot of uses.  However my campaign results aren’t showing as many purchases attributed to the campaign as we have gotten.  If I look at the profile of someone who has used the code it shows they opened the email but then went directly to our site or googled rather than clicking the link.  Is there a way for this actually be attributed to the campaign?

Hello,I use Klaviyo for woocomerce and I have set up an email flow to send to customers that have fulfilled an order within the last 30 days.I added 10 days time delay but it doesn't send any emails even though there are profiles that match all the criteria.I imagined that the 10 day time delay is from the moment the order gets fulfilled and the customer passes the criteria but is there a possibility that the flow waits 10 days since I created it?This is weird.

Hi ! We want to start using klayvio to send emails once an order has been shipped to our customers with tracking numbers - we use 3 different shipping platform DPD, FEDEX and DHL. Is there a way we can integrate these or pull our tracking information from the 3 sources into klayvio ?  

Hi team @ Klaviyo,My templates are over the clipping size for Gmail due to the Product Block using full size image src from Shopify. I can see in event properties when looking at the data that there is a thumb_src for line_items. Is there a possibility to use that instead?CheersChris

Hi!We currently send 3 email campaigns per week and 2 SMS campaign's per week. Our first email campaign is for 180D engaged, and our next two emails are ENGAGED90D. Our first SMS of the week is to ENGAGED180D and our second is ENGAGED90DMy ubsub rate for email is around 0.3-4% and our SMS unsub is under 1%.Based on the above (let me know if theres any other info you need), what engaged segments would you suggest?

Due to inflated click through rates, Klaviyo sent me this article to follow. Unfortunately, by article  created a huge mess to where my emails are not working. Low and behold (5) days in, my emails were not working and I was getting these error messages. Since then I have removed the CNAME’s that were added to my DNS. Deleted my certificate through the AWS Certificate Manager, Deactivated my accounts and information through Cloudfare, Fastly and Cloudfront and the issue is still not resolved. Now the emails are getting this message. Not sure what trk.eastmeetwestusa.com is because our domain is just eastmeetwestusa.com. A Klaviyo specialist is working on this, but I need to be proactive and try to solve this as well as my company can’t keep sitting without any email flows or campaigns working.
