So when adding the time delay to my flow, I add the delay lets say 1 day and then when I go to try and save it just loads endlessly. I have been waiting half an hour and it’s not my internet. I have also cleared my cache already so I think it’s a Klaviyo problem, but I can’t contact support to tell them as I have a free account. Can anyone suggest or help?This is not ideal.

hi! Im new and am having a really hard time importing my customers from before. I tried via CVS and had problems, then used integrations with Constant Contact to get my customers loaded.  My problem now is that a ton of them are in never subscribed status. Not all, but so far a lot of the 200+ which is weird because some actually even show the last email that they opened in Constant contact in the right menu yet they haven't updated their status yet. Also this is not on all...Is this because the update takes awhile initially? I did it a few hours ago...but this is very confusing to see...the never subscribed is also listed on my parents email - I assure you they open them.Thanks in advanceDeepa

Hi there, i have set up the static domain (branded sending domain). I am currently using the free plan. The emails sent out by Klaviyo still use the shared domain. Is the dedicated IP only available with the paid plans? And if so from which volume?Thank you in advance!

Hello! I hope everyone is having a good week. I have been using Klaviyo for a few years now, but I am new to Klaviyo Community. I am trying to delete a couple of test profiles from my account, but I have been unable to do so.  Steps Taken: 1- Navigate to the profile that I want to delete, and select it2 - In the top right corner of the Klaviyo Interface, select Profile Actions > Delete Profile Expected results: Profile is no longer in profiles listActual results: Profile is still showing in the list. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you so much! -Kari

Hi as a complete klaviyo beginner yesterday we were having an issue with the prices being sent out on emails as less GST. We managed to get this fixed, but i have know discovered that abandoned cart emails with more than one item in it is displaying the added together total for both items.The glove should be $19.99 and the Kit should be $95 -helpI have tried to look through all the discussions and help sections but need this spelt out in very basic terms🙄  

Hello,  I’m seeing a flurry of bots creating profiles. What I’m struggling to understand is that the list they are subscribing to has double opt-in active but when looking on these bots profiles they are still bouncing and subscribing.  My bounce rate for the welcome series is 8.77% in the last 30 days and 325 recipients are bouncing.  Can anyone help me with this?

Hi All,I know their might be multiple topics about a similar situation but mine is a bit different. I setup my account and have approx a 100 subscribers. I did not know earlier about the double opt in issue which I came to know about recently. I sorted this out so whoever subscribes through SMS and the Popup, flows will start immediately without them opting in.My issue is with some 100+ subscribers who never received my welcome emails as most probably they did not receive the opt in confirmation or it was marked as spam. My question straight to the point is, how can I change the status of those profiles which are marked as (Never Subscribed) - although they signed up - to Subscribed? And also how can I do this and let the welcome flow trigger as soon as they are subscribed? I want them to receive the welcome codes. Any help would be appreciated!

I sent a campaign with a specific promo code and have been getting a lot of uses.  However my campaign results aren’t showing as many purchases attributed to the campaign as we have gotten.  If I look at the profile of someone who has used the code it shows they opened the email but then went directly to our site or googled rather than clicking the link.  Is there a way for this actually be attributed to the campaign?

I have a website and i have my product and everything in one page which is the homepage and my homepage is the landing page, but i can’t add add-to-cart trigger for it, i tried to add product page it worked when i added the snippet but it doesnt work on my homepage, and i want it to be on the homepage because i made the whole website on homepage, i dont have anything but the product on the product page which i dont want to use because my website is focused only on one page which is the homepage.So can someone give me a proper solution on how I can make it work on the Homepage?

Hey guys, The most thing I hate about Klaviyo is that the session lifespan is only 24 hours, mean the account log outs automatically.  is there any way to make the account logged in for a long period of time?

I currently have a replenishment reminder flow that lets people who ordered a one-time product know that they are going to run out 7 days before they’re on empty. I have a custom button in that flow email that automatically adds whatever one time product they’re running out of to checkout. Here is the button that adds the one time product to checkout: {{ organization.url|trim_slash }}/cart/{{ event.extra.line_items.0.variant_id|default:'' }}:{{ event.extra.line_items.0.current_quantity|default:'' }}I want a second button that says subscribe now below ‘never run out!’ and I would like that button to add the subscription product (only) to checkout. Can someone please help me with what the link for that button would be? I am on Shopify checkout and I use recharge for subscriptions. 

Hi there, Is there any way to control event attribution when we create an event via the API? We use a lot of quick actions and some of our own open pixels. We add the Klaviyo message_id and flow_id attributes to the events so that we can make sure that attribution is correct even if the event is recorded before the open event or outside the attribution window.Currently, including $message or $flow in the event properties does not guarantee the event will be attributed to the specified message or flow. Is there any way to guarantee this?

Hello,I have some fully opted-in competition data to import. The data came to me after the competition closed, so the import of the names is delayed from the moment they each actually signed up.I can, therefore, choose to load them and send a series of campaigns only to them as a segment, or I can have a specific welcome flow ready to trigger for just them on import.Which is best?As competition data, they will likely not give me a great open rate - which is the best route from the point of view of protecting my (good) sending status?Thanks

In an email, is there anyway to prioritise the item displayed in an abandoned cart.  For example if a customer has multiple items in their cart, I’d like to display the most expensive item or the item from a specific collection.  Is there any way or code to help with this? I’m using Shopify integrations.

Hello,I’d like to inform customers if there’s going to be a delay in shipment, i.e. if I am informed that a certain product will have a significant enough delay, I want to send an email to all customers who have ordered this product (and haven’t received it yet of course). I’m using the Shopify integration. I managed to create a flow based on Ordered Product and one on Placed Order, however I don’t think I can trigger them only when I want to? And the information within Ordered Product or Placed Order can’t be used to create segments?Any idea on how this can be done? Yes, I can search my orders in Shopify for the product that is delayed, export that and get a list of emails that I can then add to Klaviyo, but I hope there’s a way to simplify the process.

Hi all,I am after some advice / inspiration as to how to best segment both new customers via our sign up form and those on our existing database who are yet to make a purchase.Up to now, we have very little in the way of segmentation other than the standard who is and isn’t engaged, and who has viewed what product or category, which can only get us so far, i want to take things to the next level. We sell products from 50+ sports teams, as well as just as many entertainment brands, so ideally, we want to know which teams and or brands the customers want to hear about, but working out the best way to do so is proving rather challenging given the vast number of options.So any ideas on adding steps to the sign up, on how to extract the relevant info via email campaigns to our current list, or even working on identifying where the the customer came from (a big % of traffic is from shopping ads, so that should help identify the customers preferences, knowing the product or brand they were se

I need some assistance with my abandoned checkout flow. I am using Kaching Bundles on Shopify and running Buy 1 Get 1 FREE when I preview the flow it shows that customers who purchased are seeing 2x the price, so instead of the Buy 1 Get 1 FREE they see product price of 1 unit x2.May someone please assistThis is the code for the product

We started getting a lot of spam, and some people were confusing the “wear” for “we are”, so we purchased a new domain (tolosbarefootwear.com), and transitioned to using ...@tolosbarefootwear.com emails.When the DMARC rules changed, we couldn’t figure out what needed to be done to add our customer service email: team@tolosbarefootwear.com to our klayvio/godaddy account, so that it was configured correctly and we could fully transition to using that email for customer communication. Because of that, klayvio emails are our last emails that are still being sent through team@weartolos.com.I’ve spent some time trying to figure out how to set it up correctly and the only articles I can find are about switching from one domain to another, or setting up your domain to be DMARC compliant, but we want to continue using weartolos.com for the site and make all emails go through team@tolosbaref
