I am creating a flow to be sent to new customers who may be able to make use of a service that we offer. However some customers might not be at the point where they need this service.I would like to have the option for customers to opt-in to receive a reminder email 30 days from opting-in to receive it. Is it possible to make it so when they click a specific button in the first email, it triggers a conditional split where they will receive the follow up email?

Hello, is it possible to fetch the information that how many people have signed up to a list.  My ultimate to purpose is to fetch this info in Make(Integromat) and set my form to draft when the number increases a certain threshold. Do you think it can be done? 

Hey Everyone, Im little confused by Klaviyo’s metric for Email revenue per recipient. The metric that pops up is the revenue divided by the number of emails sent… not number of recipients. I honestly don’t care about revenue per emails sent as much as I care about revenue divided by number of contacts.  Why don’t they show, in the analytics the revenue per contact? It’s easy to figure out, but when I’m showing clients it’s much better to have the proof there in a screen shot. Or am I missing something here? 

I want to get profile ID by this API https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/exchange. This API require exchange_id <IDENTIFIER>.<COMPANY_ID>. But what is identifier?

Hey there ! On my email template, I’d like to create a blue footer (that is my client’s branding color).The thing is, that’s also where you can click on the unsuscribe link.But unfortunatly, the color of the unsub link and the blue footer is the same so we can’t see the blue link “unsuscribe”…How can I change the color of the link, so it can be seen in the blue footer ? Here’s a screenshot below. Thanks a lot.Steve.

I have my shopify site with some Print on Demand items from Printful, Printify, ect. and when I go into my Catalog they are showing up as Not Published.  How can I “force” these items to show up in the catalog? 

Hello all,I came to the realization that I have a large number of profiles named “Guest Customer.”Whether this is because of me not collecting names on Klaviyo or Shopify is irrelevant, and I’ve fixed the issue anyway.I’m not going to go through hundreds of profiles one-by-one and rename them.Is there a way to modify the customer name variable ({{ first_name|default:''|capfirst }}) to make Guest profiles show as the default term between the apostrophes?Otherwise, when I send emails, it opens with “Hey Guest!”Which is not ideal.Alternatively, is there a way to change profile information in bulk?Thanks for any help!

I created a form with a custom input text field, but when I go to personalize an email template, I don’t have that field as a choice!  I’m sure I’m missing a step, but there aren’t clear instructions for this specific use case in the documentation.  I found several articles with bits and pieces of information, but none of it is clear to me.Can anyone help me with this?Thank you in advance!

Our first requirement is that the users who will subscribe will get a customized email where there will be the price list of our company. Right now, the users are redirected to subscribe to emails, which we don't want. We have created a demo template for this.2. Is there any way to filter the users who will click the submit form from the website? as in the subscribers will be filtered as "Price Subscriber". 3. Later we plan to forward our promotional emails to these "Price Subscribers" with a customized email template. Thanks.

To me this should be simple math - but I feel like I’m missing something. Main marketing list November - 250,143 members. In the list growth view it says: Total subscribes - 3,582 and total unsubscribes - 549So net growth for the list is 3,033. However when I look at the marketing list size in October it was - 247,380. So doing the math November minus October the result is 2,763 which is a completely different number to the net growth. Why is there a difference of 270 members? Who are they, where are they coming from? If they’re not being listed in the subscribes and unsubscribes, I can’t understand why there is a discrepancy. Can someone please enlighten me? 

Hi, I’m having an issue with my dynamic content on my abandon cart flow. Please see the images where the dynamic content shows for some products but not others. The event properties are messier for the listings that don’t show so, I’m assuming it’s something to do with the product set up. All of my products are published on Klaviyo so that is not the issue. How do I fix the event properies for the listings that aren’t showing?   

Hi all, I would like to have something similar to double Opt-in but related with unsubscribe action. Right now when I click on the unsubscribe link I am redirected to the page where I need to put an email address. Let's assume that I know who subscribed that list so I can put email address that does not belong to me and unsubscribe someone.Is it possible to send a confirmation email in order to unsubscribe? Or maybe there is another way how I can provide secure unsubscribing?

Good day all,I’m working with a very credible, but not well known ESP.  They will be supplying email lists that have been through a permission pass - meaning they are opt-in and CAN SPAM compliant.  They quietly supply various services to many of the Fortune 500, so they would not compromise their and their client’s reputation by spamming or selling lists that are not 100% opt-in.This page suggests that Klaviyo does not allow third party lists.  Can anyone shed some light on this? There must be a some exceptions. Thanks in advance…..Jim

Hi Folks,New here and would really appreciate some advice on how to best track Memberships in Klaviyo.I'm trying to track club memberships for both adult and kids categories. I use GoCardless for payments, and I want to distinguish between those on a free trial, active paying members, and inactive members.When exploring my options, I initially created tag groups but then quickly realised it doesn’t appear you can apply tags to profiles and only lists, segments or campaigns.So instead of tags, I'm exploring the use of perhaps custom properties.The workflow is this..Free Trial - Person signs up via form for free trial to gym / club and gets added to a List.Active Member - Person signs up GoCardless form, I use Zapier to add them to a List.Inactive Member - Person cancels GoCardless, I use Zapier to tag them.So, now using Klaviyo, any advice or tips on setting this up would be greatly appreciated! Not 100% sure if using custom properties will be the best solution or if I should have diffe
