Is there a way to sync Typeform answers into emails?

We have a typeform questionnaire that assigns a specific product based on the client’s needs. We want the assigned product to be included in the email and the payment page linked.Is this possible? If not, is there an alternative platform that integrates with klaviyo that would be able to do this? Thanks

Importing an unused list of subscribers. Best practice suggestions?

Hi everyone,I am looking to import a list of subscribers into Klaviyo.  This list was put together over the last 4 years with a form for the person to subscribe to a newsletter.  Double opt in was required.These subscribers never received any newsletters.  Some of them are recent sign ups while others are much older (> 6 mo).  Also, this list remains in the same company, with the same target audience and purpose.My questions are:What are best practices in this case? Do I request approval from everyone in the list? (even if they signed up recently?) Do I request approval from people after a certain date in the past? Are there risks of using this list now? Thank you!  Have a great day and I appreciate your comments.

How to add marketing code to sign up form

Hi there,I’m trying to create a pop-up sign up form where I’m asking for customers name, email and phone number. Straight forward enough.But I also want to record the customers marketing channel against their record if they sign up.What is the best way to do this? I tried adding some custom jquery that added it to an additional form field but the inputted value kept getting overwritten when I clicked on another field.Is there a proper way to do this with Klaviyo?My marketing channel/code will be held in local storage.Thanks!

Broken email with html "postimage removed"

 For some reason one of my flows which was created using html has broken. All three emails in the flow are now showing this and I can’t find any broken images in the code. I have then tried reimporting them from Canva but they aren’t displaying at all. Does anyone have any fixes?

Issues with Unsubscribe link

Hi all,I’m VERY new to all of this so apologies if there is an easy fix! I have created an email flow and each email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom.  When previewed the link takes me through to a ‘Place Holder’ page.  How do I fix this so it goes to an unsubscribe page?  I have customised the unsubscribe page in my list but I’m not sure how to link it so it is accessed when the user unsubscribes. Thanks in advance!!Cat

Adding data elements for order confirmation

I need to add some additional event variables to my order confirmation email. This is a Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration. Does this data just need to be available in the data layer, or does it need to be specifically sent to Klaviyo as part of the event?

Automatic discount code email not sent out after sign up form submission

Hi all,I’m having trouble with my new email list subscriber sign up form. The form itself is working fine, except after an email is submitted and recorded into the list, the email with the discount coupon code wouldn’t be sent out automatically. I have set up a trigger flow attached to the subscriber list, and the emails have been changed from Manual to Live. I don’t know what’s wrong and Klaviyo support is ignoring my emails. Please helpThank you

Why is my WooCommerce/Klaviyo integration causing an error: "Klaviyo extension is uninstalled or unavailable"?

HiI am trying to create the integration between Woo/Klaviyo. I have set up the REST API and entered the Consumer key etc but am getting this message: The Klaviyo extension is uninstalled or unavailable. What is causing this?  Could anyone point me in the right direction please? Many thanks

Email not linking to website!

Hello! Looking for help with a campaign email. I have previewed / sent tests to myself (living in the states) and my business partner (living in Canada). All of my links (header, image, and button link) brought me over to the proper linked site.  When my business partner opened the previews/tests she could only tap through on the header link - the image and button links were broken with no response.  Wondering if anyone has had this happen to them or if you’d suggest any solution!  thank you!

Add total TAX to Placed Order?

Hello!What is the best way to add the total tax in a placed order event? Referral link without a rewards program

Hi everyone! I have a question about Referal links. I saw people have previously asked about building up a referral program for their site through Klaviyo and for that many wonderful integrations were suggested. Is there anyone who has had an experience with just adding a Referral link to their Klaviyo email without creating a whole program with rewards and such? The main point would be to send our clients the referral link, which they can share, and with any friend who would sign to that email list with that specific link, they would be eligible for a price afterward. That means we should be able to track all the people who have invited their friends to join the list.

I’ve got an email in a flow pushing our app and I’d like to show/hide the CTAs based on the mobile device the email is open in (i.e. only show the iOS CTA for iOS phones).  Is this doable?

My Newsletter list does not include everyone who "accepts marketing".

I have recently set up a Klaviyo account and integrated it with my Shopify store. I have just over 2,000 profiles and according to Shopify, nearly 1,300 are subscribed to our emails. However, when uploading these contacts to the Newsletter list, the list only populated just over 900 profiles.This means that I have around 350 people who are supposedly subscribed to receive emails from us but are not in my Newsletter. Why might this be and how can I fix it?I have read the Whats the difference between accepts marketing and the Newsletter list? question which recommends using the ‘Subscribe customers who Accept Marketing to a Klaviyo list’ check box but I do not appear to even have this option in my Shopify integration settings and even if I did I’m not sure whether that would back-populate to include profiles that have already been uploaded.Can anyone offer any solutions to this? I am reluctant to start sending emails until this issue is resolved.

I want to create 3 browse abandoment flows, what happens if someone triggers all 3...?

*** EDIT: my title doesnt relate to my question - I already answered that myself ( ie ive made a single flow) *** Hi,  First question is: is there a way I can make my CTA button url the same as one of the products that they were browsing? second: So basically our website sales can be split in to 3: jewellery, kimonos, and other.  What ive done is made a flow with conditional triggers related each category. first in sequence is: “was viewed product jewellery” - if no, then “was it kimono”. im assuming it will prioritise jewellery products first ( what i mean by this is that if they were viewing loads of items, including jewellery, then they will be sent down the jewellery path only, because that is the first check in the sequence).  So this has got me thinking, and maybe this is too nitty-gritty but ... If I have someone who comes on to the website, maybe they land on a jewellery product page from an ad or something, and they’re vaguely interested - they go off for an hour or so (the fl

Gmail addresses not receiving campaign emails, yet analytics says they were delivered

Hello!I just sent my first campaign to my subscriber list, but where only non-gmail recipients are receiving my emails. Yet it says all were delivered.I am just starting out with Klaviyo and entered my small list manually. Myself being one of them, who did not receive it.Does anyone have advise for this issue?

How do I centre align an embedded sign up form on Shopify?

I have created the sign up form on Klaviyo and copied the embed code and entered onto my Shopify site using the Custom Liquid feature on Shopify 2.0 themes. The sign up form sits to the left hand side of the page and I don’t know how to centre align it. Any help? Image for reference:

Flow Message IDs, Names via API

Is there a way to access a list of flow message IDs and flow message names via API? I’ve tried numerous calls for flows, lists, and campaigns but none appear to include any flow message name or ID.  Ideally, accessing flow message names and IDs would be useful to then loop through calls such as curl https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/metric/RECEIVED_EMAIL_METRIC_ID/export -G \ -d api_key=API_KEY \ -d unit='week' \ -d measurement='count' \ -d where='[["$message","=",'MESSAGE_ID']]'and use the relevant message ID for a specific flow.

How can I collect my Typeform quiz's outcome results in my account?

I’m using Typeform to create a “which product is right for you” quiz. I would like to create segmented flows based on the results. When I look at the data returned on the customer profile page, I see all of the questions asked within the quiz, but the final ending/result is not there. The ending is designed to determine someone’s affinity for a type of product: it I’m not able to import their result, it’s not simple to try creating segments out of multiple responses to the quiz. Please tell me there’s something I’m missing!

Random CURL Failures/0 Responses Today

I’ve submitted three tickets on Klaviyo support but heard nothing back.  This is atypical, I usually hear within an hour or two but the oldest ticket is over 12 hours old.Starting early this AM my curl calls to Track and Idenfiy API started failing/returning 0.  We made no code changes to these systems for weeks.  We log all failed calls and I’ve validated that all the JSON is accurate for these calls.  These failures lasted for a few hours before returning to normal operation.  System hiccup, I assumed, though there were no system status updates that I saw.Unfortunately these errors started popping up again about 30 minutes ago.  All my track and identify API calls are returning 0, and all logged JSON is accurate.Is anyone else having these problems? Is klaviyo having issues they aren’t reporting?  Is there some other cause of these seemingly random failure times?

Downgrade email plan to free

Hi! Might be a strange question, but how do we downgrade our account back to the free plan? FYI we have 155308 Active Profiles  5797 Suppressed profiles and are currently on the 500 people - $20 / month plan. Not sure if that matters.Asking because we couldn’t find any way to downgrade (back) to the free plan.Thanks for your help!

Using triggers variables in conditional splits in "equal" field

Hello, I have a flow that sends reminder emails for and appointment- The flow is triggered when the appointment is created.I dont want send additional reminder emails when the user already did  visited us. User can have multiple appointments so I need to do condition on the id of the appointment. is it possible to use trigger variables in equal field? Thank you
