What Flow Filter Condition will Prevent People from Coming in With a Certain email?

I want to add a flow trigger filter to eliminate people from the flow that have ebay in their email.Is this the correct configuration?Properties about someone > email > doesn’t contain > ebay I also have these two options in flow filters:$address1 and $source - Can anyone explain what these two mean? Fiona

What is the correct Trigger set up for the ADD TO CART metric on Flows?

Hey. I have set up the correct coding for my add to cart metric but i’m not sure I have the flow set up correctly for people to go into it. I do also have a viewed product/browse abandonment & cart abandonment flow set up and these are running correctly, people are being put into these flows. So obviously I dont want the viewed product & add to cart to clash, but no one seems to be going into the add to cart flow, even though google analtyics says I’ve had add to carts.Would really appriceate some screenshots of other peoples flows to see how they should be set up or any suggestions or advice. Thanks in advance.

How to Update a profile via .CSV

Abandoned Cart Flow Product Layout

Hello Has anyone had success in changing the layout of the Klavyio Default Layout?I want the image  on top, and text underneath - which is much better for mobile.When moving the code into a text box, the emails didn’t pull though the Shopify data (as 2nd image) Help

Klaviyo is asking me to setup and integrate with shopify again

When I logged onto klaviyo, it acted as if I did not set up my account yet.  I have been a paying customer of Klaviyo for over a year.  The prompt was to run the integration with my shopify store, which I have already done.  I did not run the integration again for fear of losing everything I have set up in my klaviyo account in the past 15 months.And since the system does not recognize me as a paying customer, I can not access Chat.  VERY ANNOYING!!! I need to access my account immediately.  I did submit an email, but no response yet.  Argh….Anyone have ideas?

Shopify Variables

Hi, I’m setting up a Replenishment flow and I’d like to include the size of the item because the size of the item purchased informs the customer of how frequently they should repurchase (we offer 1oz, 2oz and 4oz bottles).I thought the variable for item size would be {{ item.line.title }} but when I previewed the email, the value was blank.  Does anyone know what the “size” variable for variants is? Thank you!

How to track if someone clicked a phone number link?

I’m using phone number link with my phone numbers in the email. So that users can easily click and dial from smart phones. However, I don’t see any data on how many people have clicked the phone number link. Historically, I was seeing 30%-40% of clicks happening on phone numbers in a different ESP.I know Klaviyo is known for data and this is a crucial piece of data for us.Please let me know how to check it.

I want to address our customers according to their gender:Our customers are sorted by gender (we are using the Shopify App Customer Gender), so every customer in Shopify is linked to a female or male tag. I want to address our customers personally, with their first and last name. I would add the following variable:Hi {{ first_name }}{{ last_name }}If I only have the first name or last name or neither, I want an alternative/ fallback to appear like “Hi there” Where do I have to put the default? Thanks in advance!

Product feed and recently viewed product not showing in flows

Hi, I recently setup Klaviyo with Shopify and realized that no product is showing in “you might also like” section populated by shop_popular_feed (I did not create other feed yet). I’ve read in the forum that it might be due to inventory being managed by third party app which is my case (printful). But how can we change this setting so the feed can work?  Also in the the abandoned cart flow, often products aren’t showing up (see screenshot attached). Is it because the viewer did not accept cookie or blocks them? Thanks for your light because an email sent with no information in it (product recently viewed or you may also like) is irrelevant and bad for reputation i guess..Best regards,

Segmentation with multiple offers

Hey everyone, I’m very confused what the best approach for my situation is.  My clients has multiple opti-in offers/lead magnets A free course, a cheatsheet, etc.  Currently, they all get signed up to a Master list. Then they are segmented by source. Then they get added to a flow corresponding to a source. The problem I have is that I don’t want people to be in copies of the same flow if they sign up for multiple lead magnets. How do I avoid that?  Also, I’m getting a lot of skips in my flows (Person no longer in list/segment) and I can’t quite understand the reason why. I think I want to just re-do the whole flow set-up from scratch, but the problem is this: If I change the current sorting segments, they will kick people out of the current flows.  If I create new segments and send them to flows, some people will get added to multiple flows because they will belong to the old and the new segment.  If I disable the old flow, It will stop sending to people already in it.  How do I approa

Add customers that had signed up in Shopify that were imported to “profiles” to a list.

All I want to do is add customers that had signed up in Shopify that were imported to “profiles” to a list.I have exported customer csv from Shopify, import to list, DOES NOT WORK.I downloaded Klaviyo “Skipped Records” from that failed upload, nothing is indicated as wrong or anything about why they were skipped, only message: “Check that the correct type was selected for each column during field mapping.”Re-uploaded and changed the “type” everywhere I could to every option available, DOES NOT WORK.Hours of searching for an answer and nothing but the same stupid answers that talk about segmenting lists and harvesting new customers to a list, BUT NOTHING about how to use the list we already have.On the verge of dumping Klaviyo.

Removing the Event Value From Profile Activity Object

Hello. When posting a profile activity via Klaviyo’s API, the activity object has a value property that is named according to the event, e.g. if the event is “Exception” the property will be “Exception Value: 0.00”. How do I remove this property? I’m not sure why it is populating automatically.

Where do subscribers go when using back in stock API?

I am using the API based on this URL: https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/how-to-set-up-custom-back-in-stock I am am able to see (based on the API) that my users are being added to the database, however, when I go to look at the subscribers in my lists I can’t find the dummy email address that I am sending to the database. Where do I find these users? Because, based on the API they are being added to the system somewhere I just don’t know where.Also, there is a note in the page:“To subscribe a customer to a list as part of the Back In Stock workflow, you will need to make a separate, additional call to the List API.”Does that mean that the users are in the system but I need to create an additional list and add them to the list there?

My store is through Big Commerce, all of our products include Variants/Options, so when utilizing the Abandoned Cart flow, it would be helpful to include the size of the product on the email.Is there a way to pull the Products Option Name to include in the title of the Product?I’m not entirely familiar with Klaviyo’s variables, so any help/insight would be appreciated.

I have a pop-up where users can sign up to receive a promo code. What's the best way to handle this in Klaviyo?

I started by creating a flow that's triggered whenever a user signs up for my "newsletter", but that doesn't make sense to me... If someone makes a purchase, I'm assuming they're automatically subscribed to my newsletter. If that's the case, I don't want them receiving this flow after they've already purchased. If someone signs up via my footer (which doesn't promote the discount), I don't want them receiving this flow. I just want them added to my newsletter. What's the solution here? I imagine this is very common.

Having trouble uploading new emails from spreadsheet?

Hello! I need someone’s help. I have a list of emails in a spreadsheet I need to add to our email subscribers, but somehow it won’t upload due to there being columns present. The thing is - there are no extra columns. I deleted all extra columns and rows, converted the spreadsheet to a CSV, even moved it over a new spreadsheet and downloaded it as a CSV. Opened the downloaded version and turned that into a csv from Numbers on Mac. What am I doing wrong? Nothing seems to be working.
