Hey Team ! I hope you’re doing good. :)For my client, I have a problem with my email sequences and especially the dynamic content.My client owns a jewelry workshop.In addition to jewelry, they offer to engrave jewelry.Of course, on Klaviyo, this is considered an additional product.The problem is that it's not a real product, so it displays an ugly image that doesn't look like engraving.I'd like to know if it's possible to prevent certain dynamic products from being displayed in order to avoid this.In the dynamic code, can I do something like : “if product equals : itemXXX, then, show the next one”.Thank you very much for your help.Steve

Branded domain

Hey thereI just set up a new branded domain for my client.I ran a test with mail-tester and I see that it misses many things included DKIM, DMARC, etc.But I actually noticed that I didn’t update the sender email address.Is that email adress : send.mywebiste.com ?(I followed Klaviyo’s instruction to set this up and its all good, it worked as you can see below.When I was sharing a domain, my email adress was : contact@mywebsite.com.But is my new sender email adress is : send.mywebiste.com ?ThanksSteve

Hey there.One of my client sells in many countries (Europe and North America).He wants me to translate the emails, but how can I be sure the right perspon will get the righ email ?How Klaviyo knows what language people speak ? Do I need to create differents segments if people speak french, german, english, etc. ?I heard you need 3 diffrents CMS, and 3 diffrents Klaviyo accounts if you sell to 3 differents countries…The thing is, he only has 1 CMS (Prestshop) so what am I supposed to do ? Why setting up a new sub domain ?

Hey there.I’d like to be able to add a link in my welcome series that applies a coupon code to a Shopify cart.I read this article : https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005253088 and tried this : mysite.com/discount/CouponNamemysite.com/?discount=CouponNamemysite.com/discount/{% coupon_code 'CouponName' When someone I click the link in the welcome email I get, it doesn’t apply the coupon on the cart (I’m not on Preview mode).Can you help me please.Thanks.Steve

Can't see the unsuscribe link

Hey there ! On my email template, I’d like to create a blue footer (that is my client’s branding color).The thing is, that’s also where you can click on the unsuscribe link.But unfortunatly, the color of the unsub link and the blue footer is the same so we can’t see the blue link “unsuscribe”…How can I change the color of the link, so it can be seen in the blue footer ? Importing font from my website

Hey there.So my client is using a font on his e-shop that doesn’t exist in Klaviyo nor Google Font.I’m wondering how can I import a font to be able to match his website font and the font on the pop-up ?I’ve tried to look up a few tutoriels but all of them focus on Google Font or Adobe Font, but none on actually how import font.Thanks for your help.Steve

Connecting Klaviyo with Calendly

Hey there.So my client sells jewlery on the french market, but a few people from oversize purchase her products sometimes.Probably 1 or 2% of them.How can I exclude from my welcome series the non french people to make sure they don’t receive our french emails marketing ?Do I need to create a segment ? Hey.My client has imported some profils from her Shopify account in Klaviyo.She also has a list in her Mailchimp and also another one in Calendly (she’s a retailer and wants to sell online that’s why she books appointments thru Calendly).I’m very confused about what I should (or shoudn’t do) to make sure I can import everything right in Klaviyo...If I import all of those lists, is there a chance that an email adress would be added 2 times ? Can Klaviyo understand if 2 same email adress are added and allow it only one time ? Thanks. Steve.

Hello.Can we send emails to Profils that are not suscribers and ask them if they wanna opt-in or not ?I’ve a list of 4900 and only a few people opt-in in the newseltter… how come ?Can I send a reengagement email only to those people who didn’t suscribe ?Thanks.Steve.
