Discount code not listed in automated email reply

Hello,I have a “Welcome email” sign up option on my website, offering "15% discount" if customer's choose to sign up, however, after testing this sign up option myself, the 15% discount code SIGNUP verbiage was not provided in the email response message.  Can anyone provide assistance on what I may be doing wrong and the steps that I can take to correct this?  Thank you!Christy

Using a form to collect emails at a live event - Reset the form after submit?

We’ve got a full page signup form which we want to display on an iPad for in-person events. After someone submits, we need the form to reset so that’s it’s ready for another person so use it. I haven’t been able to find a way to achieve this in the form settings. Anyone have a solution for this?

Klaviyo sign up form not displaying on Webflow site

Klaviyo sign-up form not dislpaying on Webflow site.I am having trouble viewing my sign up form on my Webflow site. I have installed the snippet code (as per Klaviyo suggested), I have made sure it’s within a container in Webflow, published it, and I am not able to see it displayed. I went to the published site in a separate tab, and I do see that the code is sitting there where it should be through “Inspect” on Google browser. Am I missing something? I have done this before, put Klaviyo sign-up forms on many sites, but my luck here is just not coming through. Any ideas? Thanks.

Signup form Button Value Issue. Please help!

Hey, I have an issue with my signup forms and I’m hoping to find the answers I need here.I was trying to sync Klaviyo signup form information (phone number) to SMSBump, so I was testing out stuff and found the “submit hidden fields” to the “signup button”. I changed the value from “Embedded Signup Form” to “Embedded Subscription Form” since it was giving me that as an option. The issue is that my email signup forms aren’t working and I can’t seem to undo my mistake… The SMS opt-in is fine, it’s just the email info I’m not receiving…Thanks in advance

Email form isn't loading on page.

My client has embedded a form on two separate pages, here and here. On the first link the form loads all the time. The second link the form does not load at all. I can see it in the html, but the form still does not render at all. I’ve gone through the form troubleshooting tips on this blog post, but still the form is not loading as expected. Why would it load on one page but not the other? Each page uses the exact same form id. <div class="klaviyo-form-VuKmsx"></div>So frustrating for my client. What gives?

Mobile display issue with email confirmation form

Hello, I am having a display issue with the confirm subscription email on mobile. Hoping someone can help. I am receiving the confirmation emails very small on mobile, while the emails look just fine on desktop. The mobile preview in the editor looks fine, like this: But when it is received in both my ios inbox as well as in the gmail app, it appears like this: I have compared all settings to other templates that are displaying just fine in mobile, and made similar settings in this form. I have the form width set to 600 px. The editor for this email form is rather limited and seems like the classic editor, so not really much to play around with. Am I missing something? Thanks in Advance!

Exit Intent signup form is showing constantly (not following set rules)

We are using Klaviyo with Shopify using their built in integration. Everything has been running smoothly for months until today we noticed that our exit intent popup signup form is displaying on every page refresh even if the user closes the form, already has signed up, etc.  We have the form set to never show if the user already has signed up, and it is set to only show every 180 days once someone Closes (X) the form. It has been working for months, so we are not sure why it all of a sudden will show on every page refresh.  We think it may be an issue with cookies although we have not changed anything with our theme or Klaviyo integration, so not sure why the issue appeared just today.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any idea on what might be causing this and how to fix?Thank you,Mark

Is it possible to collect both email addresses and phone numbers on one form? Meaning, it’s one form the user fills out, not sign up for emails, hit submit, then sign up for SMS, hit submit again.Thanks,Lynn

Has Anyone Used a Conversational Pop-UP form?

Hi all, Trying to optimise our pop up form to entice more sign ups. Has anyone manage to create a conversational type pop up using Klaviyo?  Is multi-checkbox on sign up form the only option? Open to your thoughts / view on conversational pop up versus discount offer pop up.

Tracking events across sub-domains

I have shop with checkout happening on separate sub domain, it seems like Klaviyo tracks only on domain user was created. example:a.com (Klaviyo form)check.a.com Here all activities of a.com are tracked for a user created via Klaviyo form; while when user moves to  check.a.com - nothing is tracked.

Do Warranty Forms work to sync information to Klaviyo?

Hi,I was wondering if anyone is using Warranties forms on Shopify and the data syncing across into Klaviyo.What i am trying to do is capture email address from no direct purchasers so we can manage warranty and give added value to their purchases.I did think about using a Klaviyo form but the data is overridden each time I fill the form in.Any ideas?Dave

Variable for Current User's URL

Is there an Event Variable that pulls the user’s current URL on a website? I’m looking at this page: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002779071#common-examples-of-event-variables6 and I can’t find the answer I’m looking for.I’m looking to pull the current URL so that I can use it in a sign up form to redirect users to my other country’s website with the same URL structure.Thanks in advance!

Popup Form Holdout Test

I want to A/B test a popup form and create a hold-out audience. So, Version A is delivered to 50% of the audience and Version B is empty - they get nothing. How can I accomplish this with Klaviyo forms?

How do I schedule a signup / popup form?

We are running different campaigns at www.legeakademiet.dk where we would like to create a popup, which tells the visitor about the current campaign offer. So I have created a sign up form and removed the form fields and just added an image and a text block, so it works more as a sales banner. But i'm missing the opportunity to set a start and a end date for when the campaign should run.Is that not possible to schedule a sign-up form?

Can you create a list or segment without e-mail adresses?

I have created a short survey to get customer feedback about my product. I want to keep the survey as accessible as possible and make the commitment to fill in the survey as small as possible. That’s why i don't want to ask for their e-mail. The purpose of this survey is not to collect e-mail addresses, but honest feedback.I made a list to collect the data, but after filling in the survey, nothing gets added to the list. I also tried to create a segment, but that didn't work either. Do you know how i can collect the data without customers having to fill in their e-mail address?Thanks!

Facebook Event Manager doesn't work with Klaviyo? How to manually do it on Shopify?

I saw a previous post going over something similar but I didn’t understand the solution. Thought it would be as simple as throwing this code into the theme folder but I don’t see it working. I already have the pixel installed by shopify so it’s on every page. I’m not a developer but it seems like it should be pretty easy but I’m just not getting it to work.
