Configure or remove tap-to-text error when creating pop-up sign up form

I am trying to create a sms & email multi step sign up form and cannot publish the form as I am receiving the following form alert: “Configure or remove tap-to-text - Make sure you have compatible SMS numbers for your account to use tap-to-text.”We have just set up SMS on the account and the SMS settings are all active and correct. Would just like som guidance on how to proceed with fixing this error so that we can start collecting numbers via the sign up form.Thanks!

Collecting SMS consent with Client Subscription API

I’m trying to build a client side subscription using the new Client API and wondering if its possible to collect SMS consent.The documentation here doesn’t include any reference to SMS consent:https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/create_client_subscriptionHowever the API documentation here says it should be included in the attributes object when posting to ‘a.klaviyo.com/api/profile-subscription-bulk-create-jobs’:https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/collect_email_and_sms_consent_via_api#subscribe-a-profile-via-api"subscriptions":{ "email":[ "MARKETING" ], "sms":[ "MARKETING" ]}But the Create Client Subscription documentation (first link) specifically doesn’t include ‘subscriptions’ as an option in the documentation, so I’m working if this has simply been overlooked or is it not possible?

Klaviyo Popup integration with PostScript

Hi, I have a Klaviyo Desktop pop-up form that I thought I integrated with Post script following these guides: 1. https://help.postscript.io/hc/en-us/articles/1260804685189-Link-a-Klaviyo-Form-or-Popup#Set-Up-Your-Klaviyo-Desktop-Form-or-Popup 2. https://help.postscript.io/hc/en-us/articles/1260804630390-Grow-Your-List-with-Klaviyo-Forms-and-Popups#Link-Your-Klaviyo-Form-Popup-or-Banner It wasn't clear what I will put in my Call to Action Button but I'm directing it to my SMS Klaviyo List (Although after testing this List does not populate with the new mobile signup). I didn't check the SMS Consent as this will not allow me to publish the form since I'm not using Klaviyo SMS feature. I tested this pop-up and my mobile number was subscribed to Postscript (after I replied Y).  Here are my questions: 1. How do I track the signup rate for Email and SMS?- I see in Klaviyo that my form did not reflect the email and mobile number signup rate. So I'm not sure how I will track it??- Here's a sni

How do I ensure the same dynamic code is displayed in an Email and SMS flow?

We have a newsletter sign-up form with an option to sign up to receive SMS messages as well. We provide a dynamic discount code in the newsletter welcome email series flow. Is there a way I can send that same discount code via SMS to any users who also sign up for SMS?Thank you!

Is a Suppressed Profile part of the "existing Profile" in sign up form targeting?

Hi, I just wanted to get clarity on the above. I have a new SMS sign up form that I want to only show to my current email subscribers and exclude SMS subscribers. I’m asking because there’s an option in Sign up form Targeting that says: Show to any existing profile And I’m not sure if that includes the suppressed profile? Here’s my current set up: This is the targeting I thought of for my new SMS sign up This is the definition of my “Email Subscribers” segment which are all not suppresed Thank you for any clarification!

New SMS subscriber flow not working - coupon text not sending

I have a coupon for free shipping I want to send via SMS when someone signs up for the SMS list (it is set to double opt in).I made a sign up form for the website and a flow series. The trigger is “when someone signs up for SMS Subscribers” and there is one SMS message containing a short message and coupon code. When I publish the form and flow series the form works and the user receives the double opt in texts, however, they are not receiving the flow coupon text.How can I fix this?

How can I create a SMS flow based on a specific subscribe keyword?

I’m trying to set up a SMS subscription keyword that will trigger a different welcome message than my normal one -- essentially having customers text in a keyword that will 1) add them as subscribers, 2) send them a custom message with a coupon code and a link to the product they’re texting about.I can’t set up a flow that’s triggered by becoming a new subscriber + filter for the keyword in their message, since those are two different metrics (became subscriber + sending SMS), and filtering for the keyword in their message doesn’t seem to work in the tests I’ve done. If I make an automated keyword in Settings, I can’t add a link to the special product. So far, it looks like the best I can do is to make a new subscriber/welcome flow that’s only live for a short period of time, which is a huge hassle. Our texting number is verified and has been used previously, so that’s not the issue.  Has anyone else had this issue and figured out a way around it?

API (via make.com) getting [400] Invalid phone number format - but I'm not updating the phone number!

Hi, i wonder if anyone can lend me some assistance (I’ve messaged support also)I am new to Klaviyo - migrating from mailchimp and so far so good!However I am running into an issue trying to update a single profile property across all my contacts via a make.com module.  (API)I created a scenario which successfully updated 377 profiles correctly with my desired property taken from my CRM database (Airtable)However, all of a sudden I started getting the error: [400] Invalid phone number format (Example of a valid format: +12345678901)I am NOT trying to update the phone number and this field has been left blank (which as i said worked for the first 377 times!) I have also tried putting my own phone number (in the correct e.164 format) and still get the error.I tried putting “null” in the phone number field and this also throws the error. I saw a post about needing to set up SMS in Klaviyo settings (which i don’t want or need!) so I have gone through all the steps I am able to do this and m

Is there a way to automated rebuild frequently re-ordered products via SMS?

I’m trying to find a solution to help improve the ordering process for a simple product that is a commodity and customers often re-order it. I’d like to promote something like ‘Text ‘GAS’ to 0411 123 456’ then trigger an automation based on that keyword that checks or collects the customer’s details, creates a unique checkout link and sends it to them to place an order. So for instance, the flow would work something likeDoes customer have existing order? (this would mean we have their details) Yes they do > ‘Thanks for your request {First Name}, just checking the below details are still the correct ones: {Name} {Email} {Phone} {Address} Reply Y to confirm or N to update’ No they don’t > ‘We can get your gas order organised straight away! Why does my SMS list say they are not subscribed or opted in? How do I fix that?

I have subscribers coming in through zapier where they are subscribing to emails and SMS, yet they only come into Klaviyo as subscribed to email. How do I fix this and get my current list onto my SMS as well as those new contacts subscribing?

SMS Sign ups from sign up form not going into my SMS list

Hi there! I am slowly getting my SMS stuff together, and I published my first SMS Welcome Flow yesterday. Hooray! I updated the embed Sign Up form on my website to include a spot to collect phone numbers and birthdays, and I’ve had a few people sign up. But I see that the folks who have signed up are not showing up on my SMS Subscribers List. I am not sure how to get the sign up form and the SMS list to talk to each other, and I haven’t found the answer scouring the help forums. Any guidance is welcome! Thanks, and have a great week.

Question: How do I prevent Shipping Insurance from displaying in my abandoned cart SMS message?My abandoned cart is set up to display the product name and image for the first item in the cart. What if that item is Shipping Insurance? Can I have it “skip” that item and display something else? Answer: Great question! Typically, you can display the product name for the first item in the cart by using the tag {{ event.Items.0 }}. Is it possible to access SMS campaigns and templates through API?

It’s quite clear here as to how to access email campaigns and templates via API calls.https://apidocs.klaviyo.com/reference/campaigns#get-campaign-infoIs it not possible to do the same for SMS campaigns and templates?If I do a GET to the `/campaign/{ID}` endpoint and use an email campaign ID, it works just fine.  But if I change the ID to an SMS campaign ID, I get a `404`?  Is that by design?If so, can anyone on the Klaviyo team give some kind of sensible answer as to why this isn’t possible to do, when your competitors make this pretty straightforward?https://www.twilio.com/docs/usage/api

Transactional SMS - Event Items

Is there anyway to have a neater formatting option when pulling in event items into an SMS flow? For example in the screenshot attached - the array of line items {{ event.Items|default:'' }} is pulled in [ ] and product names in ‘’. However, when puling in a single event item {{ event.Items.0|default:'' }} it looks much neater.Is there a way to make the array of items (red box) to be formatted like the single event item (green box)?

Whose number do I put in for the SMS trigger? Mine or the business location?

Hello,I’m new to EM, and am helping a brick & mortar restaurant create an email list. This may seem obvious, but it’s my first time with a client and I want to get this right:When creating an SMS & email opt in trigger, for SMS it asks for the brand’s phone number. If I am the one managing the email and SMS for somebody else’s business, who’s phone number needs to be put into this step? The business owner’s or mine? Hey everyone!I’ve followed the guide https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035056972-Guide-to-Collecting-SMS-ConsentI’m making a text box and I’ve followed the GIF instructions with the following code<p style="text-align: center;"><a href="sms:+1%20<(844)933-4127>?&body=Send%20this%20text%20to%20subscribe%20to%20SMS%20Updates!%20%28ref:JOIN%29">Text JOIN to (844) 933-4127</a></p> As you can see it’s looking fine, but the ‘To’ section when I actually click the message it looks wrong.I am based in Australia, so I’m wondering whether it’s because of that, a code mistake, and if someone based in the US would see an actual number instead of +1<Also, with this source code would I be able to create this into a button? Just for appearances and better CTA clicking, I imagine.Thanks heaps in advance :)Michael

Wondering if I schedule an SMS ahead of time if it’ll not include new profiles who sign up to my segments/lists, because i can’t see the ‘Determine Recipients on send time’ function for SMS. I can only see it for sending emails.

Google Form for Unable to Verify Toll Free Number

I received the unable to verify message regarding my toll-free number. My website is live and I’m selling non-offensive or flagable apparel. I think my toll free number was not fully activated and that might be why. I filled out the Google Form to have it re-verified. Does this solution work, how long does it take? Since I have zero access to someone even via email unless I have a paid plan (which I just don’t need yet) I don’t know if the Google Form submission will work.  Any insight here? My toll-free number is hooked up. My website is LIVE and I’m not selling any questionable products. Thanks so much in advance for any guidance.

Why am I getting an error message when setting up SMS?

Hey there,  I keep getting an error message when I try and set up SMS messaging in Klaviyo. For some reason I was able to set it all up during the tutorial but I was never able to verify a phone number to actually use. I try and redo it all now and I am unable to get past a certain point in signing up.  This is the error I keep receiving . I get it after filling out the company information part of the setup. Any help is appreciated! Thank you

I have an application that (via API) collects the consent from user to receive SMS messages. Double opt-in is setup for this, and as default, users receive the following message to give final consent:“Please reply YES to receive updates. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out”I would like to customize that message, is that possible?
