You should contact the Klaviyo team and they will be able to do it. You can not do it yourself. here is the form https://www.klaviyo.com/can...

Security of this platform?

Have to say, I am kind of dismayed at what I perceive to be a low-level of security for our account at Klaviyo. I just had a meeting with an account rep at Klaviyo and somehow this account rep has access to our entire account, including  all our customer/profiles information, all our sales data,… everything. This is quite ridiculous. Under no circumstances should anyone on Klaviyo’s team have access to our data on the platform unless we specifically permit it. How is this even allowed? I have never seen this with any other platform and I am curious whether I  missed some sort of setting in my account or something.

Hi everyone,I have a question regarding double opt-in process:Where can I adapt the text of the e-mail that people receive when they opt in for my newsletter to confirm that they want to opt in? I don’t see that e-mail in the flows section, and I don’t see the text of that e-mail in the sign-up form section. Thank you very much for your help.

Whom should I talk to about our account disabled?

We have a challenge!  Our company was a long-time customer of Klaviyo since May 2018.  Sadly, our account was disabled due to our refund dispute.  We are trying to talk to a thoughtful Klaviyo representative who will listen to us.  Who should we talk to?

Dedicated domain - Unable to apply domain

Hi,I’m trying to add dedicated domain. I added 4 dns settings (3x cname and 1x txt) and verification was ok. After clicking “Apply domain” it says it cannot be applied: Unable to apply domainThere was a problem and your dedicated sending domain was not applied. Please try again - if this issue continues to occur, check out our support resources for assistance.I’m doing this in my customers account. Is the reason that customer did not buy any plan yet?

Hey! For some reason, when I connect my Facebook account to Klaviyo, I can connect all my ad accounts but only one Facebook page? And the page I actually need to connect doesn't pop up.  Help is very much appreciated.

How to properly merge two accounts after a brand merger

Hi!  We are merging our brands coming into the new year and we wanted to know if there is a standard practice for doing so. Can someone point me in the right direction for completing this process, best practices, any red flags/warnings about moving over customer subscriptions to the main brand?  Background: currently have two companies, different Klaviyo accounts. Both brands have been owned by the same company but we are now moving the smaller brand under our larger brand and rebranding those products. We want to move all customers over from the smaller brand and have them in a separate segment so we can properly communicate the brand merge to them and as well target them properly in the future with campaigns.  Thanks!

My account was locked when I clicked activate for 1 flow

Hi, am posting here in the community to ask if someone may be able to help me!l have 2 stores, I used 2 different accounts to join kalaviyo for both stores. I set up a flow for a store and activated it successfully. Account (1) runs normally.There's nothing worth mentioning. When I create a flow for the 2nd account and press activate it (live), I'm informed that my 1st account is Disabled and the 2nd account is inactive, I can't log in. There's no reason at all.Thank you in advance!

I am new here, and of course I did a rookie mistake. Without reading the warning, I switched my account into testing, and I can not take it out.Is there a way it can get fixed, or do I have to close the account and start fresh?

Klaviyo Product Certificate - Referred to as 'holder' rather than my name

Hi everyone, I looked around for a solution but haven’t found one so I am posted here. I completed the Klaviyo product and I can’t wait to apply my knowledge to my work. My issue is that the certificate does not mention my name at all, meaning that there’s no way I can really “prove” that the certificate belongs to me.As suggested in a similar post, I have ensured that my Klaviyo account’s contact information details are set to my actual name.For reference, the certificate states: “This certificate recognises the holder as have completed all requirements for the Klaviyo product certificate.” There is also my certificate number and validity period.Thank you all.

Digital Products show up as Not Published in Settings

So I just set up an email flow and had to realize that my products do not show up. Learned that they were not published on Klaviyo and then that digital products have “no stock” in Klaviyo. Now I am on a free plan and would need to upgrade JUST to let support know that I need them to change a setting I myself can’t change? I’m sorry but that seems ridiculous. We’ve only just started collecting subscribers and I had Klaviyo installed right from the getgo so the 60day trial is over as well.  So what can I do here without paying 20 bucks just to ask support to put a checkmark somewhere?

We are planning on changing the organization website and the default sender email address. We are currently using a shared sending domain. If I make these changes, may keep sending campaigns and flows as regular or do I have wait for a while?

Sending domain not sending from domain I set up

I have set up and verified my sending domain. I elected for subdomain.rootdomain.com as my sending domain, however, I receive the email from rootdomain.com instead of subdomain.rootdomain.com as the from address.I am confused as in the past I have configured sending domains as subdomain.rootdomain.com and it would appear as such in the inbox.

Klaviyo rip off

I subscribed to Klaviyo again about 2 days ago which is not being considered a month‘s use. I got a notice stating my monthly paid for subscription will end August 31st. That is not a monthly subscription. Also Purchased the subscription that will allow me to send 5,000 emails in total to 251-500 persons, and I’ve sent that with one email. Now I’m being notified that I’ve reached my limit by just sending 3 emails. Make it make sense please. I’m trying to reach out to a customer rep and you have to pay for that as well. What a rip-off. I need HELP.

Klaviyo app for android says my email isn't registered

Hey. I can log into klaviyo on my chromebook, no problem, but when I download the app on my phone (I’ve tried two different phones, too) it just says that my email isn’t registered in their systems. And, of course it does, I log in to Klaviyo on chromebook all the time. I really need to be able to work from my phone, and using the klaviyo web page on a phone is a literal nightmare, even worse if I try to access klavyio from inside the shopify app. I really wish the Klaviyo app for phones would work.  Anyone with the same problem?

Klaviyo Customer Service Team

It's been 6 business days since I emailed Klaviyo's support team, but I haven't received a response. I even sent a second email with case number for any updates. But STILL NOTHING!I've even listed my email priority as urgent. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. How long does it take for Klaviyo to respond to your emails, just wondering.

Klaviyo's LIVE CHAT has not been manned for weeks. HELP

The customer service holes are showing, friends. The live chat is an endless loop of “we are contacting your agent, please wait”. I have waiting days, weeks. If you say you have a live chat from 9-5 EST than DO IT, otherwise change the chatbot to reflect that NO ONE IS COMING as to not waste our time. This is poor customer service. With no phone number and no live chat, this is really lacking.

Cannot Upgrade Billing Information

On the Change Plan page, I cannot update my billing information to upgrade to a paid subscription plan. I cannot enter my card number in the placeholder and cannot click on the confirm and pay button. Can someone assist?
