Solution: You can find the form under Lists & Segments > Newsletter > Subscribe & Preference Pages > Email Confirmation

Where does klaviyo put the code in shopify?

Somehow there are more than one klaviyo codes in my shop. Support have told me to deactivate and it will automatically remove it which it hasn’t. So they have asked me to remove the code manually which I am struggling with.I have tracked it down to something happening within jquery.min or at least seems to be. However the code means very little to me. I am assuming it is pulling data from somewhere to get the url to pull for the code, however that is as far as I have got. Any ideas?

Why Can't I Upgrade my Plan?

Hey everyone, does anyone else have issues with their billing on Klaviyo? I have many customers on this platform, but for some reason for one of the customers, I am unable to get out of the FREE Version of the software. The billing went through last month with no problems, but it didn’t allow me to send the right amount. The past three days I tried three different credit cards to upgrade the account another tier higher or swap out billing methods. Nothing seems to work. I don’t get an error message. Once I click the upgrade button, the window just sits and nothing happens.

Why am I being asked for my website password?

My new account was flagged for account verification. I was sent a list of questions which I answered. I was then asked for my “site password” to continue verification. Is this normal procedure? I’m not even sure what that means- my Klaviyo password? My WordPress admin password? I’m pretty sketched out at this point and am thinking this is a scam.

Why Can't I Remove Double Opt-In?

Updating the reply-to email address in my account

There may come a time when you need to update your reply-to email address. Perhaps you want to change it for just one message, or for all future campaigns and flow emails you create. Either way, here’s how you can make those updates.Update My Reply-to Address for One MessageBy default, your sender email address will be the same email used for replies. If you want to change the reply-to email used for a particular campaign or flow message, go to the email editor. Before clicking in to edit the content of your email, you will see the options to update the sender name, sender email address, and subject. Below Sender Email Address is a checkbox. Toggle this off to set a different reply-to email from your sender email address.Update My Reply-to and Sender Address for all Future Messagesif you’ve changed your email address recently and need to update it going forward, you can do this within your Account Settings. Go to Account > Contact Information > Organization. There you will see a

What happens when you exceed Active Emailable Profiles limit?

Hey Team,We are ramping up our usage of Klaviyo and see we’ve exceed our active emailable profiles.  Does this mean that when my BF emails go out Monday that only 2500 of them will be email? Do I now need to upgrade?

Why is Klaviyo not loading?

I’m having some issues with my Klaviyo acocunt. When I log in to Klaviyo, the left menu shows and I can click on to flows, segments etc.. But nothing shows up on the main part of the screen. I’ve tried incognito - doesn’t work. Restarting my browser - doesn’t workTrying Safari - Doesn’t work.. I just paid for Klaviyo yesterday and now a whole day’s worth of work is gone :(..

Orders not aggregating in the metrics

Hello, I am new to klaviyo, transitionning from mailchimp.So I followed the tutorial, i first migrated data from mailchimp to klaviyo, and then data from woocommerce to klaviyo. I see the history of purchases on the left, but see, on the right, it does not show on the right panel METRICS.How come ? should I do the other way around ? sync first woocommerce then mailchimp ? does that matter ?

How To Resend Email Confirmations?

Dear community, I have an existing list of newsletter subscribers. In Germany, they only are officially subscribers if they confirm their subscription via a email confirmation. 2 questions:Could you please tell me how I can individually send a specific mail (in this case: Email Confirmation) to a list of email addresses? Multi-account is a feature built for clients who want to integrate multiple stores in Klaviyo using one login. To use this feature, you need to create a separate Klaviyo account for each store using the same email address and password. This allows you to track each account without having to log out and log back in using a separate email address. Rather, you can toggle between accounts through the switch option on the upper right of their account.The multi-account feature also extends to your team. Any member on the team can be added as a new user to multiple accounts with their primary address. Once added, the team member will have the ability to toggle between each account on the upper right corner, similar to how the account owner would toggle.Learn more about Multi-Account User Privileges here.
